I stopped in as I passed by one day, and was amazed. Diamond in the rough I tell you. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Amazed at the variety of pops they have. Once I received my package I purchased online, the POP was mint and packaged with extreme care. Thank you very much from this OCD Funko Pop Box collector. Will definitely be back, again and again.

Marcus Borjon: There's something about being a "collector" of anything... but... as a collector of funko pops this place is a mecca to me. From the actual pops for sale to the staffs customer service and down home friendly feeling this place is wonderful. My girl and i were expecting this day and they were so overjoyed to have us there and took time to talk with us... I even returned a second time later that same day and iI in alone... they asked if I had left my girl at the hospital?! Of course i did not but it was so nice of them to ask and that's the kind of people they ate here at Tom's model!!! And it's located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles.
