Our Long Beach team "The Mad Hatters" had a fun time at the Lorcana championship. One of our team mates Jenny aka Mrs. Punisher. Although they do not have a hyper-extensive offer of board games, you can buy all the essential games and the latest news. They have a multitude of options for collectible card games, role-playing and miniatures. They have a good selection of games in the toy library to play on some of their multiple game tables. Activities such as scheduled games or tournaments are organized every day. It can be easily reached by bus and car. They also have snacks and drinks that can be purchased inside the premises. Alternatively you can buy something in the surrounding stores

Dom Ku: Giant Robot is a cute little store with trinkets and such. They offer blind boxes, tokidoki clothing, pins, artists’ products, and collectibles. They have a wide selection of blind boxes like Sonny angels, Smiskis, tokidoki, and Kitan Club brand. They also feature products from local artists like prints and soft goods. As of fall 2023, they still require masks to be worn, but offer them at the front.
Tacy Prins Woodlief: the cutest little store you ever did see. i recommend visiting and coming back every once in a while because they always have different stuff. Last time i visited they sonny angel hippers in stock, which i felt very blessed to see because people are wacko obsessed rn. they also had these precious little sticker packs in little boxes 📦. we love to see it
Refused9150: Very cute little store for giant robot products, and some books and little knickknacks. They have a limit of five people in at a time and require mask that they do provide themselves. Some of the friendliest staff that I’ve encountered. Also check out giant robot to gallery across the street.

I came for a pick up but ended up buying more things upon walking around. they have a mask rule while in the store which I totally respect and if you don’t have one they provide one at the door which is also awesome ! 10/10 will definitely come back again and with friends !

Romney Baybayan: I've only purchased singles and sealed mtg product, but the folks working there seem pretty nice. They've answered a lot of my questions and are very attentive to the people shopping there. There is a kiosk in store as well if you need to search up more cards.I usually order my cards online and pick up in store and have not faced any issues with it. There's been a few times where they could not find the card in stock and I got my money back in store credit.Parking can be a bit of an issue in the latter half of the day because it is a busy plaza, but I do not hold that against them.Great independent store with a lot of products.

There's nothing else like it on the West Coast, and this maybe the best, most sophisticated board gaming store as of May 2024.Best game store in Los Angeles! Geeky Teas has a great selection of strategic board games, RPGs, and a miniature painting supplies. As well as teas and a cat rescue built in!On weekdays and weekends the place is packed with people playing together. Everyone is very cool, mean people are not appreciated.

I ALWAYS stop in on my trips to Burbank! I also heard they're moving in May of 2024, so I'm very excited to see what the new place will look like!

Ryan Anzaldi: This was really a magical place that I'm so glad to have stumbled upon during my search for the latest "Magic: The Gathering" release.Well before entering, it's clear that you're about to be among friends. Welcomed by a life size TARDIS outside the main doors, I was already grinning before I stepped inside. But the real show starts once you walk in, and only gets better as you continue to explore the building.I understand they're moving soon, to a larger building, so if you want to experience what I did, make your way there soon!Once you enter, you're greeted on your left by the friendly staff behind the counter, eager to inform and aid the stream of gamers coming and going. On your right, several windows give view to a room made out to look like a medieval dungeon; the perfect spot to pray for Nat 20s as you adventure through the forgotten realms.Continuing through, a lively noise begins to pick up as you realize how many excited gamers have come to play. Countless tables, filled with all sorts of different games, are occupied by exuberant gamers, surrounded by walls painted with fanciful murals, and decorated with a host of medieval swords and shields. Adding to the aesthetic are a host of fun obscure items, ranging from small tables arranged with gaming materials, to a life-size Dalek positioned in the center of the first floor."This place is great!", I commented to a man selling me a booster pack, "I love all the gaming rooms!""Thanks!", he replied, "Did you see the one in the back?"My eyes widened. There was more to behold?!? True to his word, the gentleman pointed me down a hallway, where even more gamers played the hours away in a comfortable, inviting store that I can't wait to return to.

Also, they make fantastic recommendations for games and are always happy to help you find what would best fit you and your gaming group.

Scott shared with us his favorite dice and gave us a tour of the place and made us feel so very welcome!! I did not catch the name of the very kind tall person who also works there, but they helped us pick out games that were specific to what we were looking to experience.
