Rebecca Douglass: Short stay at LAX airport for an early morning flight. Would stay again.The good: bed was incredibly comfortable. Probably the most comfortable Marriott bed I’ve slept on in a while. m lounge was nice - lots of apps and desserts. Lots of other options for food - we ate at the JW Steakhouse - good and quick. We had the porterhouse. Cooked well, tender meat, but overly peppered on the seasoning. Drinks were good. Crab cake was excellent. Asked for upgrade with my platinum status and we were given a one bedroom suite!The bad: check in took awhile, only a few desk agents for long lines. That’s about it.

Jess Valiente: Have stayed here twice for business trips and I've enjoyed it both times. If there is one complaint I have, it's that the coffee shop in the lobby can be a challenge to actually enjoy - they only ever seem to have 1, MAYBE 2 people working there at a time which causes a long line of people in the morning trying to get their caffeine, and I have usually ended up getting coffee somewhere else. But the facilities are nice and the room itself is comfortable and clean. I look forward to my time at the JW.

Tanya Fogg Young: -- and the valet. The only downside was that our room was serviced while we were out all day and the toilet tissue wasn't replenished with an extra roll. When we called the front desk, we were told that only housekeeping could access it and no one would be in for hours. Might I suggest you start keeping toilet paper rolls where they can be accessed by front desk staff in cases like my family's?
Steve Hunt: One of the best Courtyards, even hotels, that I have stayed in in Los Angeles.The only drawback is that, after picking bags up, having left them after checking out whilst I went to a meeting, I had to change in the toilet, being told that I would have to.buy a room if I wanted a proper place to change.

My room was clean and pleasant, my favorite part was the bed and the pillows. Archit Ojha: Can't be happier with my stay here. The check-in was buttersmooth at the front check-in. The front desk was helpful and suggested food options around. The room was clean and had a bathtub as I had requested earlier.The valet service is free and you only get charged the parking fee. There's a Ralph's right across the street which makes it convenient. The room itself was cozy and had a nice smell to it. Would definitely be staying here again.Rooms: I got the courtside side room and just near the firepit on the first floor. The bed was soft and you could request feather pillows if the need be. Overall satisfied with the room and its service and would recommend.
Shannon Adams: Reasonably affordable and close to LA and Santa Monica Pier. Also, easy walking distance to a large shopping mall with a wide variety of dining options and shopping. A grocery store is literally across the street. And one thing I really like is a covered offload area with covered parking or valet. Overall, good value for an LA area hotel.
HJ Curtis: I chose the Marriott primarily for its location close to doctor's office. On the morning of my appointment, my uber driver mistakenly picked up someone else. Because of this error and because I was running late, an employee at the Marriott, Ray I believe, offered to drive me to my doctor's appointment so that I would not be late. Not part of his job description I'm sure. I am truly grateful for his assistance. Thank you Ray. Overall, great service and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Adr M: This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The breakfast is rich. However, the parking lot is charged, but it is really a very good hotel.
P Liu: Room was clean and modern. Location was great. It is not near the skid row of down town LA. However, the service was pretty horrible. We have stayed in this hotel for a event near the convention centre. Given that there was an event going on, the hotel was at its full capacity. Requested to have late checkout which was not approved by staff, as they stataed “hotel is at full capacity and cannot accompany everyone’s wish.” Fast forward to the next morning. Everyone was checking out at the same time! Huge line up at the counter waiting to check out, crowds of people are waiting in the lounge waiting for Uber cost to come down as EVERYONE IS LEAVING AT THE SAME TIME. The worst was picking up our vehicle was a nightmare since we parked at the hotel. We were told that there was a 2 hours wait time as everyone is picking up their vehicle at the same time.Very disapointed with the organization of the hotel. Great experience with the location and the facility, but organized check-out time the next day would’ve made the experience so much better. Tia Collins: This hotel has definitely been a home away from home. I travel often and a Platinum Elite member and the staff is very professional and always welcoming. On my last few visits Mr. Daniel Bruington has always gone above and beyond to make my experience more than amazing for myself and my children, and I am extremely grateful. My 8 year old broke her toe and he had a microwave brought up so she could pop her popcorn and watch a movie. This may seem like a small thing, but it made a memory for her that she will always remember. It’s the little things and the attention to detail and noticing things without having to ask. Daniel’s professionalism and work ethic is extraordinary and goes a very long way. The rooms are also spacious and extremely clean. It’s also very safe and private which is also very important to me. When I’m in the area this hotel will always be my first choice.
Clif Kimpson: Top of the line experience, small temp problem with the room. They fixed it with a space heater within 20 minutes of my call. I didn't have much of a view, but so what... definitely first class.Rooms: Roomy clean and timeless.Walkability: There are theaters, restart and UCLA within a mile.Food & drinks: I ate at STK on property 😋. The food was good if it was a bit overpriced.

Omar Weathersby: Great hotel to stay for business. A few local places to eat with walking distance, quiet in the evening. Good place to explore from if I come on personal time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hertz rental in the garage. The rooms were great. King bed studio apartment style a comfortable and useable couch sitting area. Very nice. The bar/restaurant was not open. Too bad as that would have been great. Smart TV on a rotating stand, mini-kitchen, floor to ceiling windows for great light and nice views on various sides. Definitely stay again.Rooms: Very comfortable bed, couch and table chairs. Super clean great job by the room staff! Pleshetta Williams: Excellent experience. Stayed there for five days. I chose the location because it was centrally located to shopping and tons of eating spots. Many eateries were reasonably priced. If you like to shop off Rodeo drive, its about a five minute drive. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly and they offered a light complimentary breakfast. Most hotels in the facinity don't offer that service. I was extremely pleased with valet but they also offer self parking. I'll be back in the future.Nearby activities: Close to Hollywood tour sites, Walk of Fame/tourist events on Hollywood Blvd.Food & drinks: Food and drink locations are in walking distances and many are in driving range less that ten minutes to upscale restaurants. Two of my favorites are the Polo Lounge and the CUT! Loved the location.
Ian Santos: Clean and comfortable hotel! Staff were very nice both at check in and check out. They have security deposit per day and will refund it after checking out. Valet service was excellent. Location is also convenient especially when going around Rodeo Drive.Only con was that late at night, you could hear some cars/trucks driving by. 9/10 stay.
Gary Crakes: My wife and I came here for an extended 10 day stay. With all the unknowns and pressure of the reason for our trip...the stay here was a blessing. A God sent to ease our worries. Everyone was professional and caring. It was more like being with family. This is the place to stay if you have to spend a lot of time or if it is just for one night. I have traveled the world over while in the Air Force...and have stayed in a lot of hotels. But this has been the best overall.
Ranny Haiby: They managed to make the rooms worse while transitioning from Residence Inn to Burton House. The good news is that rooms are getting thoroughly renovated and modernized. The bad news is that they made some bad design choices along the process.First, there is only a kitchenette instead of a full size kitchen like in the Residence Inn days. I get it that they probably did that to match the expectations of modern travelers who prefer to order in or bring in take out food. However, why are there no utensils or flatware?There are two design flaws with the renovated rooms: not enough electrical outlets and barn doors on the bathrooms. I thought we were over this stupid door trend! Why do my family members need to hear every noise from the bathroom? We are a close knit family, but we have our boundaries.And why there are so few outlets in a hotel room designed in the 21st century? Did you hear about chargeable devices? We sometimes use them next to a sofa, or a desk. There weren’t any…I am sorry but I an out. After staying here twice in the past six months, I guess I have to find a new destination next time I come to Beverly Hills

Scott Balanda: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a weekend of business and pleasure in the area. As a current Titanium Elite and recent Ambassador, I have stayed in a lot of Marriott's many excellent brands/hotels. The Marriott Warner center and it's wonderful staff went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations on many levels.First, Marianella checked me in, providing a very warm welcome as well as other great service throughout my stay. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable, with a wonderful balcony with beautiful views. Then I enjoyed the M Lounge, where Bella warmly welcomed us and provided exceptional customer service, making us feel very welcomed and appreciated. Then, a stop at the bar was made very special by Erick's wonderful service as well as being very personable. Other staff provided great service too, though I didn't get their names.The property is very ideally located, with lots of great restaurants, shops and amazing Warner Park, all a short walk away. This hotel is excellent for those traveling with their canine companions, lots of great green space for walking plus the great adjacent park with lots of squirrels to chase. I will certainly be staying here again and highly recommend this great property to anyone in need of excellent accommodations in the southwestern San Fernando Valley.

Chrisine Halaby: I came on February 3rd to LA at another hotel, LA had a storm that flooded streets on the 4th. Our hotel room got flooded and they were unable to accommodate my kids and I. I found this hotel during the storm it was so windy and pouring rain I had my kids with me. Once I got to the front desk I was greeted so respectfully and they were able to help find a room I was able to afford. We eneded up staying till the 12th. The service here is amazing and the people were just so sweet! Mosies was super sweet and so helpful, my kids loved him. Leslie and Marinella were the ones that helped me out so much during the storm and helped me get in asap for me and the kids. It was such a horrible day for me and I didn't know what else to do! They helped me out so much! Also, Hector he works with valet he is so amazing and sweet my kids love when they would see him. I felt so safe and felt like the treatment was amazing. I have never stayed in a hotel like this before and the service the people were just AMAZING! I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in June of this year! Of I could give them more then 5 stars I would!In the pic is Leslie and Mosies! They literally saved me that day!

This really helped with my work schedule.They are also really helpful to other customers. Some dork parked his car in the middle of the turn around and left to the bar. The shuttle bus driver found the driver at the bar and helped get the backed up cars moving.Rooms: The rooms were clean. Only poor experience was the bathtub. Kellee B: Hotel was nice enough, I didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth. Covid has changed this chain, and that’s a shame. I booked my reservation online and was immediately bombarded with emails and texts about using the app, using the app for mobile check in and virtual keys. I kept trying to check in and kept getting an error message. Once at the hotel, I was told that this location is still using a DOS based computer system. Very outdated technology. Yet, Marriott was sending all of the messages. They aren’t aware that this hotel is still using DOS? The pool and hot tub stayed open late, which was a big win. The pool towels are larger than a hand towel, but smaller and thinner than a bath towel. It was a long cold, wet walk back to the room. As stated, it was nice enough. Just not nice enough to justify the cost.

The food was terrible and my family left it without eating it. If your going to charge me $22 for parking and $91 for breakfast at least have good food. This was terrible.

Victor Wang: Stayed here only for one night on a business trip since it wasn't far from the Santa Monica downtown office. As a Marriott titanium, they upgraded me to the corner room on the top floor furthest away from the renovations and I heard nothing while I was in the room. The room was recently refurbished and everything was very new inside. Plenty of space as well. The only downside is the pool was under renovation so they use the Viceroy Santa Monica hotel pool in the mean time and that pool is inadequate for actual swimming, the size is mostly like a bigger hot tub. Used the bike rental as part of the resort fee which was quite enjoyable to ride up and down the Santa Monica boardwalk.Walkability: Lots of sidewalks nearby and not far from the boardwalk with a great pedestrian/bike path.
