The bad thing is that there is absolutely no one who knows Spanish and that is the only worrying thing. , but my experience in this hospital is 10/10 😊

Supergirl Toybox: Recently, I got diagnosed with appendicitis and I came to this hospital. The nurses and doctors and very funny, kind and know what they're doing which I really like. They know how to calm a child while doing their job efficiently. Love this place!!

Her pre/post surgery care was always great and every single social worker, nurse,doctors, surgeons etc took the time to answer our questions accordingly. Mike: I came in as a trauma patient with a compound tibia Fibia fracture to my right leg due to a major car accident. Dr. Moon and his team we’re able to put my knee back together with a rod and three pins in my ankle. I’ve been admitted to the hospital for almost 2 weeks now for pain control and physical therapy. I have a great team that looks after me and awesome staff of nurses with exceptional doctors that do their job I have a orthopedic team that looks after me a pain management team that takes care of me not to mention Dr. Moon and his partners, who at this level one trauma center simply provide the best level one care anyone can receive in this town. Thanks for getting me back on my feet.

Manny Cat: This UC visit was my first of dealing with anything of Kaiser. I got here at 8 but the urgent care opens at 9 however the lovely ladies in the front opened up for us 15 minutes prior. I was quickly seen, had lab work and x rays done in 2 hours.This was hands down the best medical experience I honestly had. The people working in the front to the actual doctors are very professional, and sincere!Switching my insurance to here has been long overdue. I'm one of the stubborn ones but this facility makes you feel welcomed to have your health concerns checked up at.

Wanda Shannon: The doctor was excellent every nurse and every person in the facility that helped me check in they were excellent I went to the other side to go use the bathroom and I suggested that the bathroom in the handicap stall was a little dirty and they didn't get offended and I told him that you guys are very nice it was three people over there and their names were Ramona Angela and Jeremy they treated me with respect and they gave me the survey to give to everybody but everybody in urgent Care everybody was excellent my doctor he took good care of me he took his time and he had patience with me the receptionist were very nice over an urgent care they seem concerned I just had a wonderful experience and I just want to say thank you to all the Kaiser members but whenever I come whichever floor I'm on each person every time has never disappointed me in my treatment and my cares from Dr pilla pill Dr Perez just all of my doctors they're very wonderful they take their time with me and I just love Kaiser West LA thank you

jesse aguilar: I pulled my back a week ago and had constant cramps and spasms. Arrived 30 minutes before doors opened. 7 people were ahead of me already. Doors opened ten minutes early and i was assisted within 15 minutes. Had xrays done, consulted with doctor and was out if the hospital in less than 2hrs. Great experience.
