Home Restaurant: what do users think?

Don C. Railsback O.D.: If you're in the Los Feliz area of LA Home is a must visit.First and foremost, the service at Home was really 5+. Our server, Farinda, was amazing. She greeted us with a warm and engaging smile, and throughout our experience, she provided just the right amount of attention. Our daughter had been bragging about Home and especially the Cucumber Jalapeno Bloody Mary. Farinda adjusted the level of heat to Teresa's taste.Egg fried rice - fresh,  lemony, and satisfying. Sliced almonds add a nice crunch.  Turkey sausage seasoned perfectly to create a unique flavor that mimics pork without losing the turkey.Steak and eggs- seasoned and cooked to a perfect medium that bordered on medium rare. Fries were cut to the right thickness, so we're crispy enough for my taste but not overdone, so the potatoey flavor met Teresa's desire for her favorite version of fries.Chilaquilles - balance great, crispy chips, perfect chorizo, right amount of sauce, huge portion but almost finished because it was so goodCalifornia eggwich- I wanted a uniquely california dish, and this hit the mark. The sourdough was crisp and tasty, avocado added a soothing creamyness and paired with the California tomatoes perfectly. The description indicated that dish included ailoii, and it was there and enhanced the flavor profile without dominating the sandwich. The fruit side was also perfectly balanced with the right amounts of strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cantaloupe, and honeydew.Carrot Cake -  I'm a huge fan of carrot cake, and this ranks among the best I've had. Moist, but not too moist, smoothly sweet and adorned with raisins and walnuts. I don't usually like walnuts, but these were not bitter and retained their crunchiness while allowing the walnut flavor to enhance the profile without domination. Cream cheese frosting was smooth and buttery. The perfect finish to an almost perfect meal.

Chigozie Mbamalu: when we got there we realized it was open and The Home restaurant is connected 😀.Ambience & decor : 5/5. This place is soo beautiful and decorated in a way that creates curiosity and wonder.Bar/drinks: 5/5. Let's get into how handsome the bartender is with the dark hair and green eyes. He was so attentive and knowledgeable about what to recommend us.Food: 5/5. For table appetizers we started with the Nachos...delicious and filling so honestly that plate is big enough for 2-3 people. We then did, banana walnuts pancakes

Perch: what do users think?

Erdem: As someone from NYC, I wasn't fascinated by the view. LA's downtown area seemed quite sketchy, too. The food, however, was amazing! The service was friendly too. At the end of our dinner the manager came to check if we had a good time. He was very personable and gave us great recommendations of places to go after dinner.Ps. Valet parking is available.

Olaf Thamm: A must do when in LA!

Olivia Rankin: I truly enjoyed my experience at perch. I arrived during the happy hour around 4 PM. This was the perfect time to go. The restaurant wasn’t really crowded and we got one of the best seats in the restaurant that overlooked the city. Not only was the view awesome, but the food was also very delicious. 🤤I recommend coming during the happy hour honestly because you get the opportunity to order a little bit of this and a little bit of that. During this time you can order from their happy hour menu and fromfrom the dinner menu.

Swats: The rooftop on the 15th floor is great, but it cannot accommodate many groups. Just five groups can occupy most of the amazing view, leaving no seating space for others. It would have been better if there were more seats. The patio on the lower floor is fantastic, and the ambiance is even better than on the rooftop. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the warmth from the heaters. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the food as the kitchen was closed, but the other service staff were polite and friendly.

Becky A.: Really lovely rooftop - gorgeous views during the day and at night.Got the chance to come here for a group event and tried the chicken skewers and brioche beef sliders and they were really good.Had the Moscow mule which was more on the sweeter side than I’m used to due to the candied ginger but it was still a decent drink.

Bacari Silverlake + Bar Bacari: what do users think?

Scott Plummer: We celebrated Roger's birthday here. We arrived early and had a couple of drinks in the bar. They were delicious and the bartender paid attention to detail when creating them for us. We had the shrimp ceviche, petite filet, margarita pizza, and a piece of the "best cake you've ever had." Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was incredible, we dined on the hill behind the bamboo, which makes you feel like you are dining alone. Best outdoor seating in LA! It was a memorable dining experience!

Carol Kyker: The patio here is amazing. It almost feels like a hidden tree house. If it's a little cool, don't worry they have heaters. The food is tapas style. I love the lamb hummus! So many options.

Jessica Feldman: tables filled up the noise level rose almost to the point of discomfort. Still, I would come back!

Annie Yun: Bacari was an experience! It was pretty packed on a Wednesday night, but service was spot on. They gave a complimentary prosecco on the house as a bday gift, which was really sweet of them.American tapas style, the food was good to share. My friend and I had ordered 3-4 dishes to share, which was plenty. The brussel sprouts were on point. Crispy char on the outside, tender on the inside. The scallop dish seemed okay for me..the scallops seems a little well done, and the cheese like sauce wasn't to my liking but the dish itself did not fail. The shrimp ceviche was my favorite dish! Tart and super refreshing. The vibe was immaculate..I love the little garden decor.

Natasha Turner: Burrata Caprese, Scallops, Lamb Hummus, Grilled pita, Sea bass, Brussels Sprouts, Tripoline pasta, Gnocchi, and The Best cake were all so freaking delicious. The kid had an awesome time too. Phil was amazing. Atmosphere outside in the treetops was awesome. Can't wait to come back.

Daniel Ramos: We went for dinner. Delicious food, quite overpriced for what you're getting, however the service and experience of eating at baccari is enough to make up for it.I do wish the drinks were a bit more reasonably priced however.

A.O.C.: what do users think?

Nilu F: Food and wine selection at AOC is very good. The service is what stood out most. I dined here Monday night and the hostess was very kind. Michael our waiter really made our night. He had great menu and drink recommendations and his positive attitude was so infectious it really made our night. He really set the standard for amazing service. We will be back asap to see him!

Edward Blazejewski: We enjoyed a nice dinner during our visit to LA. The focaccia was delicious and had a perfect crust. I ordered the fried chicken and it was so tender and juicy. The portion sizes are smaller and meant for sharing. We ended up being quite full after our meal. The food was very good, but didn’t blow us away. All very simple and fresh, so can’t complain! The restaurant itself is very nice and great for a nice dinner.

William Mazur: The best brunch in LA, not even close. While there are a lot of fantastic brunch places in Los Angeles and many have had to make adjustments during the pandemic. AOC is undoubtedly my favorite brunch in Los Angeles. The fact that there are more than seven truly rockstar dishes, while also laying claim to the best sticky bun, the best egg sandwich, one of the best burgers, the best crab omelette, and perhaps the best fried chicken and waffle in Los Angeles, the atmosphere, incredible selection of beverages and remarkable service andstaff make this a must.

Briar Burns: Amazing visit! Suzanne was so accommodating and even sent complimentary drinks our way. The food was amazing; halibut was incredibly seasoned and the steak was to die for. Recommend ordering sides as serving sizes are slightly on the smaller side. The fingerling potatoes were good but honestly a little under-salted. House made bread was soft on the inside and has delicious crispy crust. All in all we will be back—every single member of staff was on their A-game and I’ll be thinking about the halibut for a long time.

Redbird: what do users think?

Danelle Leong: Beautiful, unique venue, wonderful service and delicious food!

Hunter Clements (HunterSees): who without hesitation happily walked us through a tour of the whole property, sharing his knowledge and personal anecdotes along the way. Hats off to you Redbird, we will undoubtedly be back!

Phyllis Fleming: My steak was so delicious and I loved the sauces that they included.

kn: We hit up this spot for brunch inside a cool, old church, and honestly, it was awesome! The vibe was just as you'd expect - super chill and unique. Tried the pumpkin pancake, and it was bomb - tasty but not too sweet, with a nice kick from the pumpkin seeds. The beef dish was tender, flavorful, and just right. Definitely going back to check out dinner next time!

Plant Food + Wine: what do users think?

Tim Kielpinski: Kelp noodles rule! Don't miss banana cream 'pie'

Caroline Ross: Saw this place on Evolving vegan and had to try it. The raw lasagna was everything I dreamed of. The ricotta was literally the best ricotta I’ve ever had. I actually drooled while eating it.

Ved Contractor: I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. The menu was a culinary adventure, offering a variety of innovative and delicious plant-based dishes that were beautifully presented. Each dish was a work of art, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures that left me wanting more. The highlight of the meal was the dessert, which was not only visually stunning but also incredibly delicious. I couldn't believe that vegan food could taste this good! The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The ambiance was cozy and romantic, making it a perfect spot for a date or a special occasion.Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance were all exceptional, and I can't wait to go back again soon!

Karen de Leon: My friend and I enjoyed a lovely Satuday brunch there last week. The food, service and serene garden setting was the perfect place for us to relax and chat. Although my companion is not vegan, she thoroughly enjoyed the heirloom tomato lasagna and coconut ice cream with sautéd banana dessert. We walked in with no expectations. We walked out pleasantly surprised.

Luke Whitney: Really good vegan food that’s extremely creative and unlike what’s expected at other, similar caliber, restaurants. Great dessert, food, service…everything was amazing.Recommended dishes …

Angie Mead King: The asparagus dish was my absolute favourite, next was the kimchi dumpling. The truffle pasta and tylauda were good also.

Eveleigh: what do users think?

Adreena Angela: I was looking for a cute, cosy classic LA date night restaurant when I found this place, and it was perfect. The outdoor seating area with the fairy lights and heaters was so cosy and attractive. The food was great- particularly the crab spaghetti which I just couldn't get enough of. Highly recommend for a date spot, I had a lovely evening.

Brandon: . So it took them a while to come around and you could tell they were so rushed running around because they had to be. Still recommend but management needs to even out the load so waiters can be more attentive to their customers and make the experience more enjoyable with interactions.

Margery Tran: This place never disappoints. Great vibe, ambiance, and food.

Openaire: what do users think?

Sheena Yap Chan: Came here for brunch and love the food presentation and it’s pretty good. A little pricey. If you come here on the weekend make sure to have reservations.

skijelli skijelli: When for brunch and even though it was raining, still a great atmosphere. Service was a bit slow. Cinnamon roll was the star of the meal. I ordered the salmon Benedict and informed the waiter to please ensure it it hot because the last time it was served Luke warm. Unfortunately it was even colder the 2nd time. Flavor was excellent. Chicaquilles were returned due to temperature. Pancakes were delicious

Terra at Eataly L.A.: what do users think?

Samantha Gravity: Really lovely people, and a great view of Space X if they ever conduct another launch! Prices are shockingly reasonable for the area with a great dining experience. I got the Lavender Collins and was over the moon with the quality, a lovely time.Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options Paid parking lot, Valet …

Gene Vricella: The food was outstanding: we had the insalata mista, the burrata with grilled asparagus, the pappardelle with funghi, and the tagliatelle with sausage and mushrooms.Wine pours were skimpy.Notably, the restaurant needs to install a major new ventilation system to get the smoke out of the dining room. Anyone with COPD or asthma or other respiratory ailments should be forewarned—the dining room is very smoky.

Amir Mansouri: But, there's something about that wood grill that adds a cozy, countryside feel to the whole affair. The grilled dishes generally hit the spot, though I must admit, their pasta dishes left me wanting more.As for starters, the Beef Carpaccio and Burrata, which usually steal the show for me, weren't as impressive as I hoped. However, the Rib Eye and Tomahawk steaks are definitely winners. And let's not forget the Sourdough Bread with butter – it's a real treat. In my book, the appetizers and desserts steal the spotlight from the main courses. So, if you're famished and craving top-notch Italian cuisine, you might want to look elsewhere. But the coffee is exceptional, and the bar serves up some fantastic cocktails and premium liqueurs. So, there's that to look forward to!

Paula Stubblefield: with grilled carrots, roasted potatoes and a separate order of pasta Pomodoro after I saw someone else’s plate! For dessert: Gelato table side and tiramisu

Kami Asgar: One of the top rooftop experiences in LAThe food is always great and extremely fresh. The drinks are perfect, the staff is friendly courteous and attentive, all together with an amazing view of the surrounding city.Best time to be there is late afternoon early evening.

Little Beast Restaurant: what do users think?

Nathalie van Linder: Fabulous place. we really loved the service, the atmosphere, and the food. Everyone's food was delicious, especially the brussels sprouts!. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that my chopped salad sounded much more exciting on paper than the actual product. It was basic and disappointing so I will order something else next time. However, appetizers and other entrees were delicious.

Bob Drew: Another delicious meal at the Beast! I had a delicately cooked pork chop paired with spicy collared greens/sweet potato/andouille hash - fantastic pairing. My wife had the albacore steak with white beans and said it was the best albacore steak she’s ever had. Cocktails were also delicious. Definitely worth a stop.😋Parking: Easy parking across the street.

Sam Saison: !

Savannah Monaghan: Потрясающая еда и коктейли. Ханна, безусловно, является удивительным атрибутом команды. Весь персонал дружелюбный и отличный сервис. Отличное место для вечернего свидания!
