Hilary Wagner: We are so happy we decided to send our 2-year old to Le Petit. It's clear our kid loves it. When we're slow to get out of the house in the morning, he urges us toward the door, imploring "school! school!" And then he comes home, singing songs and counting in other languages -- things he learned at school. Le Petit also has a good amount of outdoor space, with a bunny, chickens, and a little garden. When we drop him off, we know he will spend the day being loved by the teachers, learning with friends, and eating good food.

I get to see what the kids do everyday, making me feel like I was there! I honestly can go on and on about the school and everything that I love about it but this would just become a ridiculously long review! Also they prepare kosher and organic meals which my food hating daughter actually eats!If you get bored of reading the above paragraph, all you need to know is that I recommend LPG with with not just 5 stars but 5 million stars!!!
Shelly Hay Anderson: Le Petit Gan is truly a gem. Wonderful attentive, fun and loving staff. Great curriculum including Yoga, Krav-Maga, cooking and gardening. Not to mention organic food which is a real draw for my family. My daughter is always excited to go to school. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Asher Kelman: The preschool is a safe and nurturing place for children. They are taught to socialize and respect one another and appreciate the natural world and each other. This is a rich environment for preparing enriching language skills, as they use Hebrew as well as French in addition to English in their play and instruction.Can't recommend this preschool enough!Asher

You can feel that they care about our children as they were their owns.On top of that, Mathilda has been learning a lot since she started and you can see her growing every day thanks to Le Petit Gan.
Adib Jacob Sage: I am very impressed with the love and care Le Petit Gan gives to every single child. My little cousin attends the preschool there and we couldn't be happier picking him up each and every day! Not only is he learning several different languages like french and hebrew but he is also making new amazing friends. They take such great care of him as he is loved and looked after so carefully. Not to mention the beautiful new location and amazing Kosher/Organic menu for everyday lunch. I cant recommend this Le Petit Gan enough!!
C I: Le Petit Gan is a very special pre-school. From the minute you walk in, it's apparent that there is something different about the aura. Sophie and Simon have created an environment that is so welcoming and loving the children know it the minute they walk in. The campus is beautiful and provides students with so many alternative scenes and options. The yoga room, painting room, classroom, and kitchen are in different locations that are filled with color and highly accessible to all the children. I love that the children eat organic kosher food and are able to be in an environment that is language rich and friendly. Sophie speaks and teaches in French, Hebrew and English which is an incredible commodity and not so readily found. The most important thing to our family, is that our little one is happy, and if he is having a tough day, Sophie and Simon will communicate with him and teach him how to appropriately express his feelings & they will tell us about it. His previous school did not do this and it left Ari really frustrated. When children are young they can't express themselves well yet, and you need to be able to trust who they are with and, without a doubt Sophie and Simon are highly conscious, intelligent, loving, nurturing and wonderful with the children. We are so happy Le Petit Gan now exists in LA, where it has so desperately been needed. I could go on and on about the wonderful experiences we've had thus far, maybe next time....Thank you Le Petit Gan!
Kevin Vaisman: First thing I have to say about Le Petit Gan, is that my son has been so happy since he's been going early 2013. He adapted quickly and I'm sure it had to do with the level of commitment, care and love that Sophie brings to the kids.Second is that same level of commitment focused on the kids is given to the parents as well. On days that I felt unease, I got text messages from the school with pictures of my son happy and having a blast. This kind of communication to me is priceless. It's also great to see the photos Simon takes every week of the kids, he's a great photographer.On another note I have seen my son improve on many levels. He has been a slow talker, and can now speak much better, is more confident and creative. He loves cooking with Sophie as well as gardening and art.I am thankful to have Le Petit Gan in our neighborhood and will highly recommend it.
Roey Burg: This school is fantastic! My son Liam has been here for about a year and we couldn't be happier with the staff teachers and the environment. It took us a long time to find the right school for us and we are so thrilled to be a part of this family of educators. Liam is always so excited to go school to see his friends and his teachers especially. Alexandra Pottier: It's called love at first sight. The first minute I stepped into that school, I just toldMyself that's where I want my boy to go. Unfortunately, he is still too young to be a part of the school, however, we are already a part of this small community. We attended the mommy and me classes and it was amazing. My son loved it even though he was small at that time. He had so much fun. Sophie and Simon are so welcoming, warm and they always try their best to help you.I'm just looking forward for my son to go there. The school itself is so clean, several classrooms, a lot of different activities, outdoor and indoor, organic kosher food and more. Thank you for being just the best.

Jake Futernick: While it may look fairly modest from the outside, inside you can find one of the best preschools in LA! My daughter has been going to Harvard for two and a half years and in that time, has gone from being a little shy and still wearing diapers, to now being potty trained, able to read, write, do math and most importantly, make friends!Every box you could hope to check off is here...-Family run with tons of experience-Fantastic staff-Diverse and friendly student body-Good mix between fun activities and academic schoolwork-And possibly most important of all... E. Barrois: We are truly happy to have found such a loving caring nurturing school within our neighborhood. Our four year old is thriving and happy to go to school each day. We are sohappy with Ms. Pamela the way she has encouraged him to be positive and yearn to succeed. The curriculum is ideal and he is tracing, learning color, letter and number recognition as well as penmanship. We have had bad experiences in the past and would recommend any parent who is interested to come see for themselves how great of a school Harvard is.
Sofia Pan: This is a wonderful family owned and operated preschool and kindergarten staffed by fun and caring teachers. They provide a safe yet interactive environment. There is a strong emphasis on fun with learning and is reflected through our child's behavior. I can go to work in peace knowing our son is in a great place.

Mike Pepin: Harvard is a truly fantastic preschool. My wife and I have so enjoyed our experience with the school since our son started attending a little over a year ago. Our son has grown so much in that time, both in the knowledge he's soaking up, as well as in the "being a good human" department. He's learned how to play well with other kids, to be a better sharer, to be a better eater and basically is getting a pretty good, well-rounded education for a three, almost four-year-old. The teachers are fantastic and are focused on the students in their classrooms. The staff, beginning with Lisa, are all really friendly, and working to give the kids their best every single day. We can't be happier with our experience with Harvard.
Stephanie Luna: We feel very lucky to have found this school !! The owners and the staff are all super sweet with everyone as well as attentive ! It’s very obvious that they care so much for the comfort and the well being of their students. They keep the kids super productive during the day and also offer gym, music, art , karate, and other extra curricular to prepare these young scholars for the future ! My son has developed and improved so much in a matter of two months with his social skills alone ! My son has always been very quiet and shy but now that he’s grown comfort in his classroom he has gained confidence to participate in the activities ! You can not go wrong with Harvard Preschool!

Robert Johnston: Harvard preschool and kindergarten is a hidden gem in the Normadie/ Fountain neighborhood. It's hard to entrust your two year old into another's care, but rest assured your little one is in excellent loving hands there! Harvard is run by two generations of an exceptionally wonderful family, with kind gentle teachers, and small class sizes. It's a great introduction to socialization, fun activities, and learning in a calm setting for your little one. I love the shaded outside tables for snacks and lunch, and unseen from the road awesome treelined play area out back. We can't recommend Harvard enough!
Jennifer Roux: There truly isn't enough good you could say about Harvard Pre-school. Harvard's commitment to children is bar none. We have been part of the family for a 1.5 yrs and the growth I've seen in my daughter is nothing short of amazing. I'm very happy with the curriculum. All of the teachers have decades of experience with a true knack for the gentle care that every child receives at Harvard. We are blessed to have them as our daughter's first step, helping us build and mold her into a well balanced soul.
Gigi Quan: Great school. Owners, teachers and staff are committed to families and building a loving, respectful community. The families who are drawn to this community are really neat people, devoted to their kids and working in a vast array of professions. Harvard takes very good care of our kids while we are at work and are kids come home happy.

The owners, who have been there for almost 35 years, come from a rich background of teaching in LA unified schools prior to their preschool.Within the first couple weeks, our boy was writing his name! He was doing homework every day. He does art projects. He learns so much about different cultures, the world around us, music, the human body- they have parades, birthday parties and something that is oh-so important: structure. The list probably goes on much further than that, but he's only been there for two months! They provide lunch and snacks everyday, too, which the little boy was the biggest of fans.Top notch!

Garry Gekht: This little school is the best kept secret in LA. Quality, classic European education that focuses on all the senses with something new every day—dance, art, live animals, foreign languages and amazing interpersonal skills. I looked at many schools and am so glad we picked this one. I really feel like our children are getting an education and socialization in a home-like setting with individualized attention and amazing teachers who actually care about the children like family. We have been here since age 2 and even though our kids now qualify for free school with our district, we’re sticking with WHCA because the quality of their development here is bar none.

Tuition includes snacks and a hot lunch every day - a bonus for busy parents.We are so incredibly grateful for each of the teachers bringing their whole self to school. Aleksandr Melnik: My daughter has been attending West Hollywood Children's Academy for over 3 years now. We are very pleased with how are daughter has developed academically, socially, and emotionally - so much so that we decided to enroll her younger brother into the preschool as well. He has been attending for just under a year now and we are just as pleased.The pandemic has been very tough for most and it was no different for our family. However, WHCA providing excellent child care and educational services in a clean, safe environment throughout this trying time has been a huge help.The teachers are very professional yet also very in tune with the children. They are able to create a happy, nurturing environment where rapid learning can take place. Their academic curriculum is well structured and was able to keep my daughter engaged despite the fact that she sometimes has trouble staying focused. She now reads fluently while my son can count as well as recognize different shapes and colors. We are thrilled with their progress and I have no doubt that my children will be well-prepared for elementary school.In addition to the quality education, the school provides organic food for the children and keeps things fresh with a variety of different activities such as Spanish immersion, singing, dance, and zoology.Their Brightwheel app provides us with daily logs that include pictures and videos throughout the day. This allows us to feel close to our children even when they are away at school. It also provides instant communication with the teachers in case we want to reach out.Our children have made a lot of friends in school and we have had a lot of fun getting to know other parents. The two owners, Ms. Julia and Ms. Sophia, have been there for us since the start to help with any questions or concerns. As you can tell, we are very happy we entrusted our children to them and their wonderful school!
Jenn Kong: My two children currently attend WHCA and love it! The teachers create a fun and engaging environment for the kids, actually pay attention to our children due to smaller class environment and give us daily updates through the AWESOME Brightwheel App. I measure the effectiveness of WHCA based on my children's enthusiasm for learning and their warm and caring personalities. Ms. Marissa and Ms. Taisia are phenomenal. Even during the pandemic, they kept our kids happy, healthy and safe. Ms. Marissa even stepped up to provide fun activities for a range of ages during the slow open of COVID-19. Finally, the owners have always been accommodating to each family. They always answer our questions to the best of their knowledge and even give sound advice on teaching and managing child development based on their expertise in this field. After 5 years of being here, we just love the school and hope to see it grow further!

Nadia Raizer: , learning various skills through games - you name it.My son has spent 3 consecutive years, attending the school and I have never heard him saying that he didn’t want to go there. Facilities, small classes and an interesting program were my “selling points” while enrolling him, but the most important thing for me was to see him having a desire to go back to WHCA every day. It was the biggest indicator that whatever WHCA owners have been doing - worked - my son felt safe and loved. This stems from the culture of the school, built by the owners and centered around kindness to both kids and parents and a desire to help children develop in the most positive environment.He is now 5 years old, he knows letters and numbers, he knows countries and planets, he has participated in several shows, staged at school. He has learned to be polite and be respectful of others. But - he also made close friends and it has become his second home. which is as important as academics and development
Oksana Samchuk: My daughter has been attending this school since she is 2 y. o. I see a Great progress in my child’s development. starting from being potty trained from the very begging to the reading and counting skills at the of 3,5 y. o. they put lots of attention on physical exercise. i am very happy with things like yoga, dance classes, zoology classes that don’t cost nothing extra , i am happy with menu. they have soups every day that my daughter loves. i really don’t have to give her nothing extra to eat.Art projects- every day, Spanish class once a week, kids performing for the holidays.i recommended to my neighbors. hopefully the school will have spots available. 👍🏻
Beth Lamprecht: I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school. My daughter has blossomed and grown socially and academically over the last few years. Every week, they have special instructors come teach various things...yoga, dance, music, and it seems everyone’s favorite is Friday Zoology day! The students get to learn about animals by touching and experiencing them at the school, and there is a different animal/critter brought each week. So cool. My daughter can count to 100 by 10s, 5s, and 2s, but “3s are still a little tricky”. She can read practically anything I put in front of her! Those kids are ALL very well prepared for the upcoming years!
Irina Oykhman: , knows alphabet and phonetic sounds associated with every letter, and is starting to read. The extracurricular activities include yoga, painting, and dancing. The school also pays a lot of attention to the free play time. There is a wonderful very well-equipped playground behind the school, where kids are welcome to play for a few hours a day. In addition, they provide three full meals and make sure that kids nap throughout the day. I really love this place. It has become like a family to us. And my son and I have made life-long friends with children and parents, respectively.

Monica Hidalgo: We were so lucky to have found such a gem of a daycare for our son. Everyone there is so loving and kind, they made me feel like family. They teach the children manners and really go above and beyond for you. When we welcomed our second child they helped my son cope with his feelings about having a new brother. Thanks in part to the wonderful teachers at HPK he adjusted well to the new addition! I’m so grateful for the love and care they gave my son.
Liljana Adams: This school is incredible. My two sons and I moved from Northern California. They both left their tribal school they were used too. It was very important to find a school that was a good fit for them both. I feel so grateful to have found this school, the teachers are amazing. They helped both my children get through the big changes and it was a comfort to find such a diverse school they could fit right into. One of my boys has moved on to another school to attend first grade but my youngest son is still there. He loves his school.
Atsuko Kimoto: My daughter started going to Hollywood preschool at 2 years old and now she is 3 years and a half. She really loves going to school! She looks forward to seeing her school friends and her teachers everyday. Now, she is the middle class and and she has been learning how to write her name and drawing inside lines, which she couldn't do before school but now is getting very good at it! I am so happy she is enjoying her education and playing with friends Monday to Friday. I highly recommend this preschool!

He really loved his class teacher Ms Pressi who gave personal attention to him. Eesa developed well, learnt a lot and made friends in class. The children are engaged in in developmentally appropriate activities. All the teachers are very nurturing and attentive to all the children's needs. Also they are well qualified, professional and friendly. The school is open year around and closed only for major holidays.Tuition is very reasonable and affordable. If you are looking for a safe, fun and caring preschool for your little one this school is the right place to be. They give the best care and love as if all the children are their own.
Lourdes Waggoner: The teachers and staff at Hollywood Preschool show a lot of caring for the small children endorsed to them. It is a wonderful school and my two granddaughters love their teachers who are gentle and kind. They also promote filial love among the students who develop their social graces at a very young age.
Moonie Lantion: run a very humble daycare and school that fits the needs and values of my family. My daughters learned how to socialize properly with other children along with being taught proper manners. Whenever people ask me if I would recommend sending their kids to HPK, I always respond with, "In a heartbeat". Thank you to the staff of Hollywood Preschool and Kindergarten for helping my two girls get a positive start in their schooling.

Ale Got News: I love this school . It has prepared both my toddlers , I love that the director, teachers and everyone are super nice. They're so aware of the kids and plan fun events and activities for them. My favorite is when they do holiday events where parents go see their children perform!!! By far the best school ever !!
Teri King: Great learning environment !!! Happy days filled with Interactive on-site and off-site enrichment activities, all while absorbing lots of learning. A solid foundation for the kids to be prepared for the next educational level. The staff and management are caring and effective educators, whose efforts are reflected in the children in attendance there at LM A First Pre-School.
