Rachel Pearsall: I really enjoyed the tour as a potential wedding venue! Melanie was my guide and she was sensational from start to finish. She was wildly accommodating before the tour and has still sent me information after. The best part, that I wish other venues would learn, is she was honest, genuine and not trying to “sell” me on anything… and that’s exactly what is making me and my friend most attracted to the property aside from the sheer beauty.

Our guide, Adriana, was so knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating and to this day, it remains our favorite venue tour of our entire planning process. Ultimately, we decided upon a destination wedding, but will never forget how magical our day was touring the estate - and it was honestly because Adriana was such a ray of positive light.

Lauren Maldonado: Once my fiancé and I started wedding planning, we immediately had our sights set on the Houdini Estate. Our tour guide, Sarah, made it so easy to say yes. The property is so special and unique. Sarah took her time showing us the property and made the effort to connect and get a feel for our overall vision. We never felt rushed. Not only were we able to see our dream venue in person but she also timed our sunset tour perfectly. We were able to see the lights turn on and appreciate the property in the evening. I can highly recommend working with Sarah, she is personable, responsive and super helpful getting all your questions answered. We’re so excited to host our wedding here.

Akiko Ashley: The Hollywood Bowl is definitely an experience when you go to see music and the Philharmonic. I love the way the sound bounces in that live space. It is one of the better places for listening to music. It is difficult to travel to with traffic and parking is expensive. I have taken a bus that takes you back and forth but that is not fun either if it get stuck in traffic. The venue is awesome and there isn't a bad seat in the space, and there is plenty of places for food and drink...though being in the back of the seating means you may not see much. I love going but only for a couple of times a year because of the traffic.

Rucha: The acoustics of this place are mind-blowing! It's a must visit for anyone who loves music. Food/ drinks are expensive inside but you're allowed to bring your own picnic! Check online for size restrictions for bags/coolers. Bathrooms are clean and plenty. I wasn't able to find a place to refill water bottles. It would be nice if the management made free water accessible.Update 2024: there are water filling stations now available inside!! Thanks for listening to the reviews!!

Valerie Thom: While the procedures for registration, check-in & checkout are not yet seamless nor intuitive not to worry, the stay was great. The daytime onsite staff are there to bridge the gap getting you checked in & settled with competence & kindness. The DTLA location, as well as the beautiful historic building, with it’s interesting rooms, rooftop pool & soon-to- be restaurant seal the deal. I recommend the Kasa Stiles Hotel without reservation. Great stay that exceeded my expectations. Looking forward already to my next stay.
