After a tricky delivery from a 3rd party transport service did not initially go well, he assisted with the claim process and was easy to communicate with regarding follow-up. The replacement was delivered by their own delivery team and went smoothly. Oleg made what could have been a frustrating experience one that I don’t hesitate recommending the company for to others.

Robert Charet: I had purchased a sectional sofa from Modani, Los Angeles. I also purchased a warranty and it was a good thing I did, as my dog ripped the sofa within two weeks. I was fortunate to receive the assistance of Monaliza at the store who guided me through the claim provided, resulting in my entire sectional being replaced. She aided me in communicating with Modani customer service and in providing the necessary documents required by the insurance company. She called me texted me, sent documents, and was really my savior. I would recommend Modani Los Angeles and Monaliza specifically to anyone shopping for new furniture. Their future happens to be elegant , beautifully crafted of good quality and very reasonably priced. Raquel Scott: I've ordered several pieces from them and am always satisfied with the service. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The only downside is there's no showroom so you just have to hope what you're getting is what you want. Some wooden slats in the bed frame that I ordered broke shortly after having it and they replaced some of the wood pieces because while the bed was almost $1000, it was made of cheap wood.

Kristina Williams-woods: . Just so I could see who I was dealing with face to face and be a little more comfortable spending my money somewhere I hadn’t heard of before. The guy inside who helped me was pretty cool I read the reviews before hand of him being rude but I don’t believe that’s the case he just not a bubbly person but he has no problem having a conversation with you. He asked me to show him the bed, he pulled it up, I paid for it and we set a date for Saturday. The only issue we had was the store is closed on the weekends and so I couldn’t call to verify which Saturday when I didn’t get a call from the driver. Called Monday morning explaining that I thought they were coming that past Saturday and he apologized and had my bed delivered the same day. The delivery driver was awesome and had my bed set up in no time, even after we spent awhile trying to figure out which direction I wanted the bed so that I could get to all the storage spaces in my small room with such I large bed. Needless to say I LOVE the bed and it was $1000 well spent and I didn’t have a terrible customer service experience. I feel comfortable buying from them in the future and referring others to them as well.

Kevin is nice guy to work with, spoke to him over the phone on last Thursday and placed an order for a sectional sofa and they delivered order today, they delivered it in 5 days , I was surprised with their fast delivery during the covid time, couch is well packed and delivered and installed with great care.

Sean S.: If you're looking for furniture, it takes a strong will to not buy everything you see. Before coming in I would suggest taking measurements of your room and how big the space is as it's easy to miscalculate the size of the furniture or room it's going into. The service is great here and have never had an issue buying.
Gerald Harrison: I don't know why this newly opened Room & Board gets poor reviews. It's a great place to get exercise and a bite to eat. Then you can shop at the food market and take yummy Swedish food and weird juice home with you. This Burbank location is the largest Room & Board in the world, yet it doesn't seem larger than the old one.

Vee Dinh: I have always viewed their catalogue and wanted to see their stocks in real life. I like the simple and modern style with neutral tones of this store. The design is simple so it matches easily with every household. The size of furnitures here is a little bit small for houses, it matches more with townhouses, apartments, or condos. A bit more upscale from Ikea furnitures.

Brittany Bae: We’ve been coming to this location for years and I’m only now writing a review because as they change locations, I want everyone to know how incredible they are. I’m picking up a bookshelf today but my toddler is asleep in the car, so they are bringing it out for me without hesitation. They also proposed the idea of me picking up a boxed version of the furniture piece we wanted because the shipping would be too high. They’re always considerate and thoughtful and although Dtla js out of the way for us, we will still come to shop! Thank you 6ixth sense ❤️ happy moving - the bae family.
