However, after meeting Dr. Lalezar, my husband felt very reassured and heartened by her warmth and knowledge about vitamin C infusion therapy, which our copious research led us to functional medicine--this therapy and chemo provide a synergistic treatment that decreases the side effects and toxicity of conventional chemo. When I called, Katyia, the receptionist, was so courteous that I felt comfortable going ahead and making the appointment for a Vit. C. infusion. When my husband and I arrived, we felt Michelle, the nurse, was so efficient and genuinely kind in dealing with my husband's difficult-to-find veins for the infusion. I noticed they had a Hermann Miller store in their directory and decided to head on over.I recently was involved in a major motor accident 5 months ago leaving me with back complications and leg issues. During my weekly sessions with my PT she strongly advised on a work chair that would help alleviate the issues while sitting. My spine is shifted to the right and my alignment is off due to my physical issue. Sitting and standing can be very uncomfortable after 2 hours.I was recommended the Embody Chair by friends and also my PT. It was nice to be able to go in and try out the chair in person at their showroom. It's quite a small show room, but they had a lot of chairs on hand..Upon entering I was immediately greeted by a woman sitting on the left side. She was very nice and said you are welcome to try anything let us know if you have any questions. I like that, because I'm very particular when it comes to service. Acknowledging is nice, but to give someone space without bum rushing them is also a huge plus. My sister and I proceeded to test the chairs. Another sales person came out on the right to say hi. She noticed I was sitting in the body Chair and said if I have questions about the features let her know.After a few minutes of trying out chairs I asked for assistance. Paola was very patient as it was 30 minutes to closing and I told her I would return the following day to purchase as I did not want to keep them late. I returned the next day and she went over the features again, talked about the customization, warranty and shipping process. Her manager even came out to say hello. I purchased the chair and she continued to keep me up to date on my shipment process which was really nice.I received my chair a few days after I returned, which worked out. It came in an extremely large box already assembled, securely packed and upright as the instructions stated. It's so nice to have a chair already assembled. The wheels and features she went over worked perfectly. I have used the chair the last few days and no issues on my back. I am over the moon about my chair. The purchasing process was very seamless and quick. Thank you Paola for an exceptional service and understanding my physical needs. It's very rare to get someone in sales that will listen to your needs and in turn try to shove some product down your throat you don't want.

Since when is a jogging suit proper attire for a work establishment, especially one as bougouis as Williams-Sonoma?! The other employee working in the store had jeans and a sweatshirt on. I wasn’t 100% on what I wanted at that point but after spending several more hours testing other couches in the future district I knew Interior Define had to be the one.Delivery went incredibly smooth too! Yes it takes forever to be made and ship you’re getting a real investment piece of furniture. The local warehouse and delivery was really on top of things and notified me of delivery dates before Interior Define did. All said it took about 2 weeks less than the original delivery estimate from ID.The couch itself is amazing. I got a “vintage” performance velvet. Let me just say, my dogs have terrier hair. This is the kind of dog hair that causes splinters in your feet and is an impossibility to keep up with. It can weave into fabrics. It literally just brushes off this performance fabric! Only their soft more cat like undercoat sticks but that’s easy to vacuum or lint roll up. I also love all the custom elements I chose like the cushion density and extra seat depth.This couch was a bit out of my price range even with the sale going at the time but knowing it’s made just for me and the lifestyle of someone with dogs AND will stand the test of time including moving in the future, it’s completely worth it.Thank you again Rachel!
