A lovely seller, but she hid the possibility of a discount accepted in the store until the moment she feared she would lose the purchase. In my opinion, if there is a possibility of receiving a certain sale, the seller should use this tool in advance and not try to hide it, this is the reason for dropping the star.

善善: The store is spacious and cheap. Recommended as a souvenir.It's like a larger version of a shoe distribution center.They were selling versions of MERRELL that aren't available in Japan. Boxes can be disposed of at the cash register, but they cannot be returned.Men's sizes around 38 or so are available in fairly cheap corners...

Yunah Hahn: Staff here is hit and miss. Today, sales reps were wonderful. Last time, it wasn’t. The only thing I come back for is the Grand Pro Tennis shoes. It’s my favorite white sneakers. The only problem is it never goes on sale. Like today, almost the entire store was having 50% sale except this pair. Also, make sure the shoes are in mint condition. Sometimes I get a pair with wrinkled leather. It happened several times. I feel that because the shoes is so delicate it can easily get damaged when customers try it on. I like this shoes since it’s so light! It also has enough cushion. I can also wear it with casual outfits and dresses during summer. It was the single pair of shoes I took to Rome. It was the best option. Made my feet very happy even after walking all day.

Cheryl called me back within an hour and was very apologetic and courteous and assured me that I can return the shoes and gave me the option to repurchase or get a full refund. I chose a refund and in a few days was returned my money. My only complaint was since there was a mixup in size, I shouldn’t have ad to pay the $25 shipping fee to return the shoes. I was looking for one pair and i purchased three. They helped me with sizing and suggested styles. I purchased Ostrich, Lizard and Stingray loafers. They shipped them to my home in Texas and were there when i arrived from my trip. I enjoyed shopping for the shoes, I wore them at home. They look and feel wonderful.
