mgordo2: Great experience today at the Century City store. I recently made a direct online purchase of the Wanderer Comfort Shoe, but unfortunately found the laces too short. I brought the shoes into the store and expected to have to give a long- winded account. No need. Assistant manager Colin Tidwell took care of the problem immediately. I appreciate the first class customer service as much I do the shoes. I own many pairs of Allen Edmonds. In the future, the Century City store will be my first stop.

Gino Arroyo Publishing: I purchased a pair of shoes from C & E but I ordered a 9 and was sent a 9 1/2. When I called I got an answering machine and left a message. Cheryl called me back within an hour and was very apologetic and courteous and assured me that I can return the shoes and gave me the option to repurchase or get a full refund. I chose a refund and in a few days was returned my money. My only complaint was since there was a mixup in size, I shouldn’t have ad to pay the $25 shipping fee to return the shoes. Thanks C & E for your professionalism. Although there was a mixup with the size, I will be purchasing another pair of shoes. Oh , and I have purchased from you guys before. Great quality shoes!

Boxes can be disposed of at the cash register, but they cannot be returned.Men's sizes around 38 or so are available in fairly cheap corners...

Jackson Phillips: As a new runner I was very intimidated with the large selection of shoes, however the team at Front Runners were patient and kind when answering all my questions. The store manager was very helpful in guiding which shoes were going to work best for my training needs. Throughout the consultation I felt like the manager was invested in process and picking shoes based on my athletic ability and objectives.Leaving the store I felt confident with my new purchase. I highly recommend visiting this store for all the gear needs. The staff are serious experts when it comes to fit and comfort.

Lorena De Fátima: Sports clothing and accessories store, very specialized in footwear for all types of activities, I liked that they have devices to check your feet and suggest the appropriate footwear. They are very professional and have a good assortment of products. The personnel is very friendly. I bought unisctenis and was so satisfied that I returned the next day to buy more.
