I was visiting the LA area and stopped by the Champion store to do some shopping and left my hat/sunglasses in the store while I was trying on clothes. I realized after leaving the LA area that the items were missing so I called the store and spoke to Priscilla who was able to locate my missing items and offered to send them to me via UPS. Today I received the items and I wanted to say THANK YOU Priscilla, you're a true Champion!!!

We were treated like rock stars. Nothing was too much trouble, we were free to try, size, explore and encouraged to take our time.There was an excellent selection of brands, we both copped pieces we feel are highlights of our LA visit, in fact we visited the store twice during our vacation, and once again, were made to feel welcomed and special.Highly recommend you don’t miss this iconic LA brand’s store. They have evolved and upgraded and I for one approve.

Lorenzo Warfel: EXCELLENT Merch Selection. BAD Staff Selection... I'm impressed with the quality LA KINGS items they had here and I'm not even their fan. There's plenty of jackets, jerseys, shirts, hats, and items for little ones at this store! The store is also massive and has a variety of items. Now, don't get me wrong just because they have good quality items doesn't mean they warrant the price. Some things are too expensive, I mean it's the NHL. However, they do have some deals here and there. SO, the staff, I'm tired of stuck up staff looking customers up and down, it's honestly tacky. Several of the staff did that here and it's extremely disrespectful. Plus, they're not very helpful and they lack any kind of haste. The lines are long at the merch line, speed it up guys. It's sad because the staff in the rest of the arena are great, I guess they put the worst of the worst here.
