Jon Arnold: WOW FACTOR! Today is my works Christmas party so I went last minute looking for a nice suit. After visiting 3 other suit stores including men’s warehouse, I called La suit and Angel picked up. He told me to ask for him on arrival. When I showed up I was greeted politely and within no time, Angel was helping me try on different tuxedos I liked. He was very knowledgeable and recommended the perfect suit in the end for me. I tried on nearly 4 different ones but he was calm and collective the entire time. Very professional. He honestly gave me an unbelievable price, I’m glad I decided to buy a tux rather than go rent one like I had originally planned but I fell in love with a really nice suit. After all this, Angel walked me down the street to show me where I could get my suit fitted and everything. This whole experience made my entire day honestly. I will definitely be coming back in the future for all my suits.

Walked in with my brother last Sunday morning to get a suit for him and we were immediately greeted by the most knowledgeable gentleman who handed my brother a tailored stylish suit that fit him almost perfectly. We were then able to select a nice color. After trying on four suits and without any pressure, we found the perfect suit and were in and out the door in about twenty minutes. It felt like we had made an appointment and were VIPs. Oh, and the low price for a quality suit was awesome too. Give this place a try if you want quality and service. Thank you Al Weiss!

And the young lady that assisted us was such a dear. I wish I knew her name because she didn’t mind the multiple suit changes as we narrowed it down to 2 options. It was only as we were going to leave and check the next store that we saw THE ONE displayed in the front window. We saw it at the same time. I looked at him like “Maybe??” and he said “Oh yeah…” So we went back in and she was as patient with us as if we had been there for the first time. In-person shopping is still the way to go because I’m not sure we would've thought twice about it online. So glad we made the trip. It’s truly a one stop shop with matching accessories such as a feather bow tie and boutonnière. Reasonably priced. Great quality. He picked a stand out kinda suit for a standout kinda guy. It was my job to tone it down to make it classy. We argued about the hair but the end result was amazing. The peacock feather design of the suit was also the inspiration for his send off party. And the day itself, PERFECTION. Proud mom right here. Thanks for providing us with the perfect suit and a great shopping experience.

The gentleman helping us knew from looking at us…our correct sizes as we both were completely looking at the wrong size suit jackets! The gentleman really guided us well. Never once was he pushing us at the more expensive suits…he listened to what we wanted and then showed us the best supply of jackets and pants. Just a great experience here. Enough so that we will definitely return. Great mens store!!

Jacob Miller: are phenomenal. This store functions mainly as a showroom where you can get fittings and do returns, so if you buy a suit here, you're likely going to be getting it in the mail.The fulfillment center responsible for my order messed things up pretty bad for me. I ordered a suit on a tight deadline, and after taking entirely too long to ship it, they decided to only send the top half. Major issue. I was originally told that the garment went "out-of-stock" between my purchase date and the shipping date, which not only turned out to be incorrect, but really shouldn't be possible with a modern inventory system. In my mind, when I bought the thing, it should have adjusted inventory accordingly, and not taken a week to give me the bad news. Regardless, this snafu almost rendered me suit-less for my wedding even though I gave myself nearly a month of lead time. Upon hearing this, however, the local team went above and beyond to help me out. They managed to get everything resolved within a couple of days, and it looks like I'm going to be in the correct clothing after all. My advice would be to only deal with the store, and if you have any sort of problem, don't even bother with online customer service. In the end, I had a stressful couple of days, but the team here made it right.

Cameron did a fantastic job at calming my nerves and finding my perfect fit. Not just a "here you go" and "how does it feel", but lots of options, pros and cons, and some suggestions along the way.Last but not least he stood in contact with me throughout the process to make sure everything arrived and fit properly.Shoutout to the entire staff for their help as well including the store manager who searched hi and low for items that were out of stock.If you're looking for a friendly staff, nice clothes, and an overall great experience I highly suggest this store.

Rob Traill: First time trying Bonobos. Aaron C was a true professional! I was shopping for a suit for an upcoming wedding and the second I walked in the store, he had me sized up on first look. I tried on a few items, which all fit well. Aaron was super helpful - had answers for all of my questions, suggestions for sizes and colors, and made the whole experience quite simple. All with a smile and not pushy or sales-y at all. You just don’t get this kind of service very much anymore. I cannot recommend him enough.
D I: Maggie was very helpful, I am not a fan of shopping whatsoever. She went out of her way to find clothing that fit, suggested color combinations, and made the overall experience delightful. The clothes at bonobos fit me very nicely. I wish they had more in stock, but, having someone as helpful as Maggie definitely makes me want to return to the store and buy more clothing because of how easy she made the experience.

With one look, he knew my sizing for a tuxedo. He was also a delight to chat with, and gave very insightful advice on accessories for my wedding like how to fold a pocket square and which shirt/bowtie matched the best. I can't recommend Aaron enough!
daniel garza: Aaron C was super helpful getting me fitted for some casual pants. I’d seen some things I liked online but was unsure what might fit me. The format of the store is such that you get fitted then have the natural option to go and order based on your fit from home - which for me is everything that I wanted. No pressure to decide on the spot if you don’t want to; no awkwardness when telling staff that you’d just like the fit data and to order later online. We were there for like 5 minutes and left w/ info to buy two diff styles of pants. Aaron is very effective.
