У нас всегда был кто-то хороший, и поездка того стоит.Прежде чем идти в центр города, сходите в туалет, там не так уж много удобств. Имейте наличные на парковку и услуги портного.

Walked in with my brother last Sunday morning to get a suit for him and we were immediately greeted by the most knowledgeable gentleman who handed my brother a tailored stylish suit that fit him almost perfectly. We were then able to select a nice color. After trying on four suits and without any pressure, we found the perfect suit and were in and out the door in about twenty minutes. It felt like we had made an appointment and were VIPs. Oh, and the low price for a quality suit was awesome too. Give this place a try if you want quality and service. Thank you Al Weiss!

Herman Morales: Had found out about Buck Mason’s clothing line by accident when I stumbled across the location on a Sunset Blvd stroll just 2 1/2 months back. Decided to check them out online first and in person today. Was happy with the items purchased and the service provided by Chris. My sweetheart was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, complimentary glass of whiskey and conversation with Chris while I tried on my jeans and henley t-shirt. Will definitely make a return visit here next trip to LA when I’m looking to purchase more apparel.

Chris Johnson: Such an incredibly pleasant surprise nestled on 3rd Street in Los Angeles. A men's store perfectly curated to reflect my tastes, my aesthetic and my sense of who I am in the world through clothing. The owner greeted me and was kind, respectful to my desire to browse, and quite humble. The prices are a bit steep, but reflect an extraordinary level of craftsmanship, of high-level curation, and of refinement, dignity and style. I've been to more expensive stores, but not a store that's so accurately reflects my sense of personal style. An incredibly well done job in an absolutely beautiful shop.

Ejay Menchavez: Really great staff. I came in with my service dog and they were all friendly. I had an easy time finding what I wanted and they even have athletic fits for someone of my build.I have broad shoulders and thick legs so it's usually hard to find the right sizes but they knew exactly what I needed. I also like the texture of some of the fabrics they used. I bought a couple of pairs of pants and a few shirts which qualified for a current deal. Buy 5 items and get 20% off. They also have in-store dressing rooms which I utilized.Check out their suits too, they have a tailor that will measure you if you need to hem your pants or taper some shirts.

Jacob Miller: are phenomenal. This store functions mainly as a showroom where you can get fittings and do returns, so if you buy a suit here, you're likely going to be getting it in the mail.The fulfillment center responsible for my order messed things up pretty bad for me. I ordered a suit on a tight deadline, and after taking entirely too long to ship it, they decided to only send the top half. Major issue. I was originally told that the garment went "out-of-stock" between my purchase date and the shipping date, which not only turned out to be incorrect, but really shouldn't be possible with a modern inventory system. In my mind, when I bought the thing, it should have adjusted inventory accordingly, and not taken a week to give me the bad news. Regardless, this snafu almost rendered me suit-less for my wedding even though I gave myself nearly a month of lead time. Upon hearing this, however, the local team went above and beyond to help me out. They managed to get everything resolved within a couple of days, and it looks like I'm going to be in the correct clothing after all. My advice would be to only deal with the store, and if you have any sort of problem, don't even bother with online customer service. In the end, I had a stressful couple of days, but the team here made it right.

Cameron did a fantastic job at calming my nerves and finding my perfect fit. Not just a "here you go" and "how does it feel", but lots of options, pros and cons, and some suggestions along the way.Last but not least he stood in contact with me throughout the process to make sure everything arrived and fit properly.Shoutout to the entire staff for their help as well including the store manager who searched hi and low for items that were out of stock.If you're looking for a friendly staff, nice clothes, and an overall great experience I highly suggest this store.

Rob Traill: First time trying Bonobos. Aaron C was a true professional! I was shopping for a suit for an upcoming wedding and the second I walked in the store, he had me sized up on first look. I tried on a few items, which all fit well. Aaron was super helpful - had answers for all of my questions, suggestions for sizes and colors, and made the whole experience quite simple. All with a smile and not pushy or sales-y at all. You just don’t get this kind of service very much anymore. I cannot recommend him enough.
D I: Maggie was very helpful, I am not a fan of shopping whatsoever. She went out of her way to find clothing that fit, suggested color combinations, and made the overall experience delightful. The clothes at bonobos fit me very nicely. I wish they had more in stock, but, having someone as helpful as Maggie definitely makes me want to return to the store and buy more clothing because of how easy she made the experience.

With one look, he knew my sizing for a tuxedo. He was also a delight to chat with, and gave very insightful advice on accessories for my wedding like how to fold a pocket square and which shirt/bowtie matched the best. I can't recommend Aaron enough!
daniel garza: Aaron C was super helpful getting me fitted for some casual pants. I’d seen some things I liked online but was unsure what might fit me. The format of the store is such that you get fitted then have the natural option to go and order based on your fit from home - which for me is everything that I wanted. No pressure to decide on the spot if you don’t want to; no awkwardness when telling staff that you’d just like the fit data and to order later online. Always tons of clothes I want to buy, and they always have some really great clearance items if you spend the time to look. Clean store, didn't seem disorganised in any way.
