Nicolas Teran: I’ve had many pairs of Havaianas for 20 years. First time they broke and only after having them for some months. I thought something was not right and took them to the store in Marina del Rey. The sales person who helped me at the store was so kind and explained to me what had happened with that batch and apparently they changed the material. Now she told me they brought it back to their original material, so she just exchange them to me. I knew something was wrong with the sandals that broke. Her name is Diana and she is a very good retail rep and on top of the situations.

Yunah Hahn: Staff here is hit and miss. Today, sales reps were wonderful. Last time, it wasn’t. The only thing I come back for is the Grand Pro Tennis shoes. It’s my favorite white sneakers. The only problem is it never goes on sale. Like today, almost the entire store was having 50% sale except this pair. Also, make sure the shoes are in mint condition. Sometimes I get a pair with wrinkled leather. It happened several times. I feel that because the shoes is so delicate it can easily get damaged when customers try it on. I like this shoes since it’s so light! It also has enough cushion. I can also wear it with casual outfits and dresses during summer. It was the single pair of shoes I took to Rome. It was the best option. Made my feet very happy even after walking all day.
