He had multiple challenges - a bit of cover up, my quite delicate skin and coming up with a design that would mesh with previous tats while taking the artwork in a fresh direction. I brought in a lot of concept images & ideas and we talked about what to do… he first did a rough sketch on my forearm and wrist and then began to work.Working completely freehand, he created a graceful, detailed, and shaded spectacular Japanese-influenced chrysanthemum. The funny thing is had I chosen a flower variety I probably would have started out with a peony, but after discussing with him, turns out it was the perfect image for the area. It’s just gorgeous, and I can wait til it heals. He is an artist. Cali is filled with amazing tattoo artists and I was very aware of that when I decided to vacation here. I had filled out inquiry forms to several shops and Broken Art was one of the first to respond. Joshua was able to fit me in the same day. The shop is small and quaint but plenty of room for all 4 artists there and their clients.All the artists seemed great and their clients were all happy upon completion of their tattoos.Joshua was amazing. He was very personable and also gave me and my best friend so many good places to go for food.On top of that the tattoo he created for me with just a mere of an idea was awesome. I’d share but I don’t want anyone copying it! The tattoo that he designed and completed would have taken 3 hours for someone here in Texas to do. Anastasia Fenald: One of my double piercings on my earlobe closed unexpectedly the other day when I was trying to put in my earrings and go to work. I wanted to get it redone ASAP. I sent an email and was able to go the same day after work.Alex was very professional and even checked to make sure that the piercing was actually closed from the back despite the front part seeming normal. I arrived right on time to my appointment and Tim had 7 or 8 different abstract designs ready to go. He helped me, someone who is extremely prone to decision-paralysis, work through my thoughts on each design and identify what I liked most and helped me vocalize my favorite option. The process was a snap, 4ish hours altogether for nearly my full forearm. Tim was kind, thoughtful, and a consummate professional in every sense of the term.Tim and the rest of the team at Abxtract were extremely kind to me all day, chatting and keeping me not focused on the actual tattooing and just keeping my spirit high.I'm over the moon with the tattoo we settled on and while we're still in the middle of the healing process, it's clear that I received a beautiful, well-designed piece of art that will live on me forever. Ori Brown: I was looking for a place to get my septum pierced and to get another tattoo and found Tattoo Love and their $50 piercing on Tuesdays deal and made my plans! The owner, George, was very kind, helpful, and he worked with me and my budget for the tattoo. Brian, the artist and piercer was also very nice and professional. The spike fell of the jewelry the day I got the piercing, but I called the shop and they as able to get a new spike put on with no fuss. I’m very happy with the piercing, the tattoo, and my experience!

I got referred to come here by a friend, and more specifically to work with Endry after reviewing his work on instagram. He was personable, professional, and did an incredible job with my tattoo. The session lasted about 3-3.5 hours with breaks in between, and the tattoo healed beautifully.
