Alison Halem: I was a patient at this facility which for a 34 year old can be an unpleasant experience, but the staff here made it bearable and were extremely kind and helpful. The DON Kristine is on top of everything and is very kind. The administrator is also easy to talk to and will make sure everything is going smoothly during the stay there. I also appreciate the social worker Efie, the admissions coordinator Tania, all of the LVN’s and CNA’s, the physical and occupational therapy staff, and even the people in the kitchen who made sure I had food I enjoy as a vegetarian during my stay. Thank you all so much for your kindness and support during my stay! I highly recommend this facility.
Tim Keagy: Windsor Gardens saved my wife’s life. Under the direction of care of the incredible Dr. Hourani, the staff gave my wife wonderful care and comfort. The nursing staff is incredible. They cared for my wife and treated my family with love and made us feel a part of their family. Wound care, Adrian. He is amazing. His knowledge, and treatment of my wife was incredible. Administration and Social Workers, helped me with all my questions. The staff at the front door, always greeted my family and friends who would visit with a smile and kindness. Housekeeping, would clean the room, and always gave my wife a smile and encouragement. PT, and OT. These folks are wonderful. Under the guidance and never give up attitude, they gave my wife her first steps in 8 months and gave her the tools to be stronger. The Speech Therapist. She helped give my wife the ability to remember again and speak, along with swallowing so she could eat my mouth again. Dr. Hourani. He is our super hero. Fantastic doctor and advocate for my wife’s health. He is number one for us. My wife is home now. Recovery will be slow and steady, but improving everyday. This would not have happened if it was not for the wonderful staff at Windsor Gardens on Crenshaw.

Jonathan Retana: Very thankful and appreciative to the Staff here at Windsor Gardens of Los Angeles. My Uncle had a minor procedure where he needed some therapy after his hospitalization. The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive to my uncle. Tania Pineda and Rosa from the admissions department were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting my family with anything we needed or asked. Overall excellent experience and would definitely have my family return if need be.

But I came across Tania who helped me and guided me through the whole process and never pressured me to make a decision. During her stay everyone was very caring and kind. She recovered from her hip replacement surgery quickly enough to go home in a relatively short time. When she was getting ready to go home she said "anyone would be lucky to do rehab here."Thank you, Alexandria Care Center!
