marie lopez: From the moment we pulled up in front of the hotel, the hotel staff was welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful. Valet, Doorman, Reception/Check-in staff all greeted us and answered all of our questions. The hotel itself and the room was very clean. The room was very roomy, plenty of space. The bathroom was large with a separate bath tub and also a shower stall. Water pressure was good, and the water stayed hot throughout our showers. The views of downtown LA were beautiful. Plenty of outdoor places to walk through and enjoy. Plenty of places to take beautiful pictures. The area is safe and clean. Plenty of places to dine or enjoy a few drinks. I really appreciated the extra security features, although you will always need your room key handy to use the elevators or to come back into the hotel from the outside court area on the second floor. Family friendly hotel with an outdoor giant chess board, corn hole, giant connect four games. The Angel Flight Trolly will take you down to more restaurants and more sightseeing areas. I highly recommend Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza.

Despite our Airbnb in Beverly Hills, we found ourselves drawn to the hotel's elegant rooms and inviting ambiance. While our time was short, the experience was nothing short of welcoming and luxurious, providing a delightful retreat from our adventures across LA.
Ashley Thomas: The only reason this hotel gets 4 stars is because of the food and the hotel staff…the rooms themselves are 2/3 stars. But the food- omg delicious!For breakfast I had the mushroom omelette, bacon, and sourdough toast…the toast I could have done without, but the omelette was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. For a late dinner I had the mini burger + fries and it was the perfect serving size and cooked to perfection - 10/10!The hotel is walking distance to the mall, so I loved the location as well.

I found the staff friendly. The design I found a little strange, with mirrors pretty much everywhere. The foyer seemed to be lacking energy, but overall good experience.

Gerald Balbalec: Used to be great during the 1980s, 1990s and up until 2015. Nowadays the hotel guests that have stayed there make the hotel look bad. Nowadays, some of the hotel guests are mostly thuggish, criminals or wannabes disrespecting hotel staff, always complaining to get anything FREE and continue to make themselves think they can have anything their way. "Disrespectful degenerates need to show some class, respect and dignity for themselves!" I commend the hotel staff for putting up with these types of guests. As for the rooms and service from hotel staff, I have no problems with since they are respectful and have done a decent job despite being understaffed during the COVID-19 pandemic and at present. Update: 4 Stars for now until the majority of the disrespectful type of people visiting or staying are no longer or discouraged to stay and or visit. If and when the hotel rates starts to increase due to inflation. Hopefully it happens sooner than later. By the way, a lot of hotels in the Los Angeles area are being affected by the same type of degenerates. I also forgot to mention the Valet parking is currently at $49 per day with limited parking spaces and so far, not enough employees in that department to deal with so many vehicles, rude people before or when the "GARAGE IS FULL." Once overcapacity happens,, hotel guests and visitors will be waiting to get inside for at least 1 or 2 hours from the garage entrance and by then you will be denied parking because THE GARAGE REALLY IS FULL. Plus it takes even longer to get any vehicle out. Once everything goes back to some type of normalcy, the star rating will go up in the near future.

Gered K: The rustle of whispering crickets roared in crescendo as we approached the precipice. Overwatch from the entrance we see the sound wasn't crickets but the small warbled of a cloverleaf mantle of burbling fountains of crystal clear water.The first view was amazing, the lobby and open courtyard and 24 hour food selections are awesome.They had booked our room though and the "deluxe" room they replaced it with was staring straight at the outside elevator.The elevator ride was fun, but it was so strange to see your room on the 11th floor before you ever enter it.Beds are nice and pillows are variable firmness which allows one to mix and match to achieve the level of comfort home may provide.Both nights here were interrupted by extremely loud talking followed by very loud music. But the first time stopped by itself and the second time a security guard fixed the problem extremely fast.All in all 4 stars is fairSorry this review isn't as funny my others. Thank you to the team!Room was gigantic, bed was perfect with perfect pillows of various firmness.Staff is really nice.Only weird thing is the use of a transfer elevator which is a bit annoying.I had a great experience here and would highly recommend staying there.

The shower head is in an awkward position & you will get drenched immediately when you turn it on. Our reservation on the app said that we had access to club lounge, but we were firmly denied it. In Los Angeles, you should also have more vegetarian options in your restaurants.

The ambiance is gorgeous and relaxing.Nearby activities: LA live is next door with tons of eateries. And you have Regal Cinemas across the street for a movie night.Walkability: Conveniently located on Olympic and Figueroa in Downtown LA and just outside of Korea town.

Tia Collins: This hotel has definitely been a home away from home. I travel often and a Platinum Elite member and the staff is very professional and always welcoming. On my last few visits Mr. Daniel Bruington has always gone above and beyond to make my experience more than amazing for myself and my children, and I am extremely grateful. My 8 year old broke her toe and he had a microwave brought up so she could pop her popcorn and watch a movie. This may seem like a small thing, but it made a memory for her that she will always remember. It’s the little things and the attention to detail and noticing things without having to ask. Daniel’s professionalism and work ethic is extraordinary and goes a very long way. The rooms are also spacious and extremely clean. It’s also very safe and private which is also very important to me. When I’m in the area this hotel will always be my first choice.
Clif Kimpson: Top of the line experience, small temp problem with the room. They fixed it with a space heater within 20 minutes of my call. I didn't have much of a view, but so what... definitely first class.Rooms: Roomy clean and timeless.Walkability: There are theaters, restart and UCLA within a mile.Food & drinks: I ate at STK on property 😋. Otieno Okatch: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Bel-Air. My wife’s birthday was the occasion and a subtle mention by me during the spa reservation resulted in so many birthday surprises. From the gorgeous and delicious edible display in the room to the lovely cake at dinner. The Bel Air helped me spoil my wife the 5-star way and it very appreciated. The property of course is beautiful but the team are clearly exceptional as well.Rooms: We stayed in a pool suite and everything about the space is exceptional. It’s so comfortable and posh. Great space.Noteworthy details: The property is not built like a hotel. There are numerous lushly manicured paths and walkways around the over 12 acre property.

Mannie Daly: Once you learn the hotel is loosely based off Alice in Wonderland, you'll see it in a whole different light! The design choices become so thoughtfully selected, with black and white checkered bathroom floors, pops of teal, multi-dimensional side tables, etc. It combines whimsy, with luxury, with traditional.The in room dining was very fast! I had my order within 15 minutes of placing it, and it was excellent.I wish I'd had more time to enjoy the pool, but learned it's an iconic spot in LA!The hotel is in a great location being clean, safe, and being the perfect central location to lots of other parts of LA.
Eva Boguski: My family and I just spent five nights at Mondrian Los Angeles for March break. Everything was top notch at this hotel, from arrival to departure. The front desk staff, especially Rachel, were beyond helpful and kind. They accommodated every request with patience and understanding. We had a gorgeous, huge room on the 10th floor and we literally never heard a single noise all night. The room was clean and functional with lots of room to sleep our family of four comfortably. The pool is gorgeous and warm and my 12 year old stepdaughter had a ball swimming in it each day. The bar staff made us delicious mocktails. The restaurant in the hotel, Casa Madera, was the best meal we had on the trip. The lattes at Cafecito in the hotel lobby were perfect. The valet staff were excellent. The check out was seamless. I can’t say enough good things about Mondrian LA. Thank you for an amazing vacation! ♥️

If you go early you hear lots of birds and see the mist come up into the sky.Fun party on the Saturday night. They handed us earplugs and offered us free entry. If you can't beat em, join em. We were tired but still had fun.The rooms were clean, the showers were really cool with different faucets. The hotel shampoo was lime and bergamot. I used it over the one i brought.Wine key included with the room. Balconies were great, loved the mattresses, pillows, sheets, the breakfast restaurant in the hotel is so good too. So quiet you can have a conversation.We can't wait to come back here.

Katrina Samen: The Intercontinental downtown is a huge, buzzy, well maintained hotel, and I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially assisting guests to navigate the very confusing elevator system to check in and leave/enter the building. Better wayfinding signage is needed. But I did appreciate the china service set for my room service breakfast, not plastic, as in other hotels. The US just needs better coffee overall!Rooms: As an IHG member, I was upgraded to an amazing room with a stunning view.
Richard: There is a lot to like about the hotel.If you're going to stay downtown, it's very conveniently located and very central. Also, the views? Good luck beating the panoramic views of the city anywhere else.The gym is tremendous both in size and offerings. Probably the best gym I've seen at any hotel. Very diverse equipment and they have a real squat rack, lift platform and bench press racks. An extreme rarity for most hotels.I was also impressed that the hotel uses Breydo products, which are fantastic.I did have an issue during my stay, but no hotel is immune from this happening though. It's how the hotel responds and I can confidently say, this hotel is first class. I didn't expect anything but the hotel went way above and beyond to make it right. So in the oft chance you have a problem, this hotel does a very good job here. My dealings with the staff were all top notch. Maria at the front desk was wonderful at check-in as was Franz in the front office.I definitely look forward to returning next time I'm in town and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Toilet are clean and spacious.Hotel lobby is located at 70 floor. You need to go to lobby every time you want to go to your room. It is maze to find the elevator. However, there are multiple elevators so you don’t wait for more than 1 mins.Hotel is fully accessible and has cafeteria and bar. There are meeting rooms for conference and business meetings. Aaron Sanchez: to and from the airport. Navigating to the shuttle stop at LAX is confusing, but that's an airport issue. Some shops & restaurants are nearby, but would not say they are walkable.POSH, CLEAN ROOMS - Very happy with my first visit. Large TV, mini fridge, user friendly climate control. Everything looked clean with attention to detail.STAFF WENT ABOVE & BEYOND - Taylor and Inez at the front desk are some of the best! They made sure to address all of my requests with combining reservations, late checkout, and questions about parking. I hope my company chooses this venue again, the staff made it a great visit.

This hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are beyond Superior with extra large LED TVs and iPad system for ordering services and room service and you couldn't ask for a better location in Beverly hills for sightseeing but by far what makes this hotel better than others is the staff and service. They even have aluminum bottles that you can refill at the ice machines through a water bottle filtration system. Jayden Burke: two nights It took longer than we planned. The first night we had a leaking air conditioner, but the bed was great. I told the front desk about the air conditioner and put it in the new room. The new room was perfect and very quick to help.The service was great.Had breakfast there and it was perfect. I didn't eat dinner, but I wanted to. The location is in a very good location. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Richard Horan: , we had decent space for our family of three. There are garages nearby if you don't want to pay the high rate for on-site parking. For the rate we paid, I would definitely stay here again.
