With the Rolex mens watch inventory being so sparce, it was hard to find anything. Paris would routinely send me available pieces, but i had my heart set on a specific datejust 41 and she found it for me. Even though i turned down a few pieces she sent me, she still continued to work with me. A lot of brokers almost stop responding to you if you ever turn down a watch. Anyhow, when i finally came in to pick up the watch, Paris and her team treated me well, offered me champagne and did a full walk through of the watch and answered all of my questions. I decided to check out his store based on the reviews, at first I could not find it so I gave the store a call and he explained to me which building the unit was in and what floor. When I arrived he was quick to help me as I gave him a rundown of the watches history, how much my father paid for it, and how much I was hoping to get. He explained to me how much the watch was worth, the work that needed to be done, and offered me a fair price with all things considered. He was understanding that I needed some time to think about it before making my decision to part ways with it. After thinking it through it felt like the right decision, he made an offer I could be happy with and I am glad my fathers first Rolex can be restored to its former glory and can find a home where it will be seen and used.

Michael Farebrother: My wife and I have actually been twice now; resizing two wedding bands and an engagement ring. One wedding band was smooth in shape and one was had a ridge, 22 and 18 carat gold. Both were done beautifully, as was the engagement ring which was more complicated due to the shoulder stones and it's shape. All looked perfect afterwards.Sam is an exceptionally nice and patient person, we will certainly be going back for any kind of jewellery work we need in the future.
Samantha Sison: Sam did a wonderful job at resizing my engagement ring! It was a bit more complex since I have a crossband but you can’t even tell that it was resized. Went from a size 9 to a 10 and it took about an hour. The entire experience was very welcoming and he accommodated me by fitting me in sooner as I was in a rush! I would recommend anyone to go to him! Great family owned business!

It seemed a little steep, but I don’t know what went into fixing it, so I guess I can’t complain. Plus it’s cheaper than losing a diamond. That’s for sure.

Paul Kobylarz: I would like to say how pleased I am at the service I received from the MTM service department. I originally had my MTM watch battery replaced at a local fine jeweler. One week after the battery replacement I noticed that moisture accumulated on the watch face. I contacted MTM and received instructions on how to send the watch for repair along with a repair estimate. I sent the watch for repair and in about 10 days the watch was returned to me. MTM did an exceptional job in repairing and cleaning the watch. It looks like the watch is brand new! Way to go MTM! So from now on any service I need for my watch will only be completed by MTM.
