I had walked over to Macy's to get my watched fitted and they told me they couldn't help me because I hadn't purchased the watch there. So on my way out I decided to try the Jewelry Pavilion. I told them I was there to get my watch adjusted and they said they could do it and it would take 10 min. They were very quick and extremely nice. The charge was only 10 dollars, but they had issues with their internet and couldn't run my card. They looked at me and apologized and asked if I was local. I told them I just work two blocks down. They said when you get a chance come by and drop of the 10 dollars. I was amazed at their trust, and only had 7 dollars cash so I gave them that and told them I would drop off the other 3 dollars later. The gentleman told me don't worry about it, its ok, this is our fault. I have to say I couldn't be happier with my experience. I certainly will bring my business back and recommend it to others.

Mistress Morgue: Went here today to return a ring that was a size too small. I drove 2 hours to get here and they made it right . I was first told that I would have to ship it back but the manager here worked it out for me. Great customer service at this store. I forget her name but she has great customer service skills and I will definitely shop here again in the future.
