wjsibal: I had a great experience working with Paris from Gearys Rolex boutique in Century City. We had been in contact for about a year and a half. With the Rolex mens watch inventory being so sparce, it was hard to find anything. Paris would routinely send me available pieces, but i had my heart set on a specific datejust 41 and she found it for me. Even though i turned down a few pieces she sent me, she still continued to work with me. A lot of brokers almost stop responding to you if you ever turn down a watch. Anyhow, when i finally came in to pick up the watch, Paris and her team treated me well, offered me champagne and did a full walk through of the watch and answered all of my questions. Couldnt be happer with the experience.

Elijah: Needed to sell my Rolex that was gifted to me by my father. I didn’t know where to go. Thankfully I found Ramin’s shop under another Yelp page called, “Sell Me Watch”. I decided to check out his store based on the reviews, at first I could not find it so I gave the store a call and he explained to me which building the unit was in and what floor. When I arrived he was quick to help me as I gave him a rundown of the watches history, how much my father paid for it, and how much I was hoping to get. He explained to me how much the watch was worth, the work that needed to be done, and offered me a fair price with all things considered. He was understanding that I needed some time to think about it before making my decision to part ways with it. After thinking it through it felt like the right decision, he made an offer I could be happy with and I am glad my fathers first Rolex can be restored to its former glory and can find a home where it will be seen and used.

I won't mention the brand other than to say it is a luxury brand that is almost impossible to find discounted.Having worked briefly in the wholesale part of the watch industry I know the typical mark up is keystone.The watch that I wanted retails for $5850.Again, without mentioning names they were able to get the watch for me, papers and box, etc., with an $800 discount.On top of that they kindly shipped it to my home in Ventura County which has a sales tax rate 2.25% lower than LA County.An additional $189 discount.Total discount $989.Needless to say, I highly recommend this company.

I had walked over to Macy's to get my watched fitted and they told me they couldn't help me because I hadn't purchased the watch there. So on my way out I decided to try the Jewelry Pavilion. I told them I was there to get my watch adjusted and they said they could do it and it would take 10 min. They were very quick and extremely nice. The charge was only 10 dollars, but they had issues with their internet and couldn't run my card. They looked at me and apologized and asked if I was local. I told them I just work two blocks down. They said when you get a chance come by and drop of the 10 dollars. The gentleman told me don't worry about it, its ok, this is our fault. I have to say I couldn't be happier with my experience. I certainly will bring my business back and recommend it to others.

Jeff Streit: I had a great experience at Saint Cross. I was looking for a Cartier Santos and I'd previously been very disappointed by the service at Cartier boutiques so I was happy to avoid all that and go through Saint Cross as an authorized dealer.Isaac was extremely helpful as I tried on each model and made my decision on which to buy. He even took extra time to explain the details of the watch, warranty and packaging without seeming rushed.Beyond Cartier Saint Cross offers a variety of other watches including IWC, Piaget, Breguet and plans to offer Chanel soon as well. I would defintely recommend and will come back if I'm in the market for a new watch!

Especially given I have previously "bit the bullet" and purchased some of the "hotter" rolex and tudor models from the grey or used market, I understand how difficult and frustrating it is to buy a new one at AD, for anyone shopping for a new rolex, whether as a special moment piece, or as a collectable. Intially, I happened to come across Saint Cross a bit on a random basis. I have been to other local rolex boutiques/AD's that have basically told me "nothing exists" and shun me away, and this is what I initially expected. HOwever, the sales rep. at Saint cross courteously disclosed the difficulty on getting a new rolex, but regardless allowed me to write my contact info and call me when my desired model comes on shores, after my honest intention to buy a rolex, if possible on immediate basis, as an enthusiast, as a milestone piece, not for "flipping" purpose. Once a stock did come, after a loooonnnnnggg wait, saint cross did call me, I drove to LA. LO and behold! after paying process, I walked away with a new rollie on my wrist! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience, and treating me with utmost courtesy!

The sales person was Jenny Jeung and she carefully listened to exactly what I wanted. She was warm and welcoming despite my lack of knowledge in watches. I honestly don't know much about watches, yet she was patient with me in terms of understanding what is what and the possible availability is in the future. I clearly remembered her saying that it would be lucky if I can get it by the end of the year, as the list is long and the wait can be forever.3 months fly by, I got a text message from her saying that the watch is finally here. I have purchased the watch and cannot be happier with my decision. Huge thank you to both the team at Saint Cross especially Jenny, Yifan, as well as the store manager. They were the All-Star team here.Usually Rolex Authorized Dealers are very picky with their customer and it almost feels like they look down on you if they don't think you are worthy. It is not the same case with Saint Cross.Tl;dr- This place is the best. Highly recommend everyone.

In fact, Agnes took her time to explain what I could expect and was honest about a timeline for what I would like.
