Everett Co: I dropped off my watch for service at the beginning of January and was told that it would take about 3 months for Breitling to replace the crystal and do a service. I've had the watch for over 20 yrs. and it was an anniversary gift from my late wife, so it has a tremendous amount of sentimental value. At the end of March I contacted the store to see if the work had been completed and was told that there was some delays with obtaining older parts. I continued to contact the store in April and May for updates and was told that they were still having difficulties at the service center. In June Adriana reached out to me and told me that she had found out that the watch didn't pass certification and had to be sent back to Switzerland for service and would not be back until the end of July. She was extremely apologetic for all the delays and was gracious enough to offer me a gift for my long wait. Long story short, I just picked up my watch and am thrilled to have it back looking as it did when I received it. I'm truly appreciative for Adriana and her understanding of customer relationships. She went above and beyond, so I look forward to working with her in the future for my next watch.

Kenny L: A great place to buy large quantities of Ghirardelli, duty free, discounts on buying the whole set, unique snowman shapes, and mixed flavor bags for easy sharing. In addition to Ghirardelli, there are many other types of chocolate to choose from. Because the whole trip didn't cost much, I spent almost US$300 here.
Bernie: Convenient place to do last minute shopping. Has wide variety of duty free products including souvenir items. Prices are reasonable. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the products are appealing.
FELIPE C ESTRADA: Due to its size and the number of people who enter and leave that airport, it is complicated but nevertheless it is friendly, the aspects of security and inspection and migration without problem, agile and very organized. The bad thing is the works outside that complicate traffic. For that reason alone, take precautions and leave well in advance to avoid a traffic jam.
Holly Carter: It took me a minute to find someone to help me, but when Kei came over she was extra helpful. I was purchasing something that I thought would help my problem, but when I described my issue to her, she showed me two other products and had me try them with instant effect. Grateful to meet someone in my travels who knows their products and how to use them!
Debra White (Realtor Keller Williams): Great selection of name brand products from all over the globe at a Duty Free price. They have make up, perfume, chocolate, alcohol and alot of skin care brands I've never heard of. The staff was helpful and the store is very clean and well stocked. I recommend that you take time to browse this store at LAX.

Michael Farebrother: My wife and I have actually been twice now; resizing two wedding bands and an engagement ring. One wedding band was smooth in shape and one was had a ridge, 22 and 18 carat gold. Both were done beautifully, as was the engagement ring which was more complicated due to the shoulder stones and it's shape. All looked perfect afterwards.Sam is an exceptionally nice and patient person, we will certainly be going back for any kind of jewellery work we need in the future.
Samantha Sison: Sam did a wonderful job at resizing my engagement ring! It was a bit more complex since I have a crossband but you can’t even tell that it was resized. Went from a size 9 to a 10 and it took about an hour. The entire experience was very welcoming and he accommodated me by fitting me in sooner as I was in a rush! I would recommend anyone to go to him! Great family owned business!

With the Rolex mens watch inventory being so sparce, it was hard to find anything. Paris would routinely send me available pieces, but i had my heart set on a specific datejust 41 and she found it for me. Even though i turned down a few pieces she sent me, she still continued to work with me. A lot of brokers almost stop responding to you if you ever turn down a watch. Anyhow, when i finally came in to pick up the watch, Paris and her team treated me well, offered me champagne and did a full walk through of the watch and answered all of my questions.
