Jailien D: I arrived at LAX on Tuesday and took the shuttle straight to Thrifty. In about 10 minutes I was already being help at the service desk the lady who assisted me was pleasant and quick in less than 10 mins I had my paper work in my hand and on my way to pick my car. On Saturday evening I returned the car, also quick and easy no hiccups and no extra charges. By the time I got to the airport I had my e-receipt. Will definitely be using Thrifty again !

The people here are a delight, the cars are wonderful. If they’re able to upgrade you they will. If you’re like me and need to change your reservation they make it easy and seamless. Very happy with their service and feel like they’re the best in LA. Look no further this place is value town.

Joel Zeiset: Had a great experience. From the shuttle driver from the airport to the gentleman who took the car upon our return, all employees were super helpful. Specifically, Lester was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using them if a rental car is needed at LAX.
D Sanchez: Rented from Budget with the in laws. Wheelchair bound; they pulled up at the airport and kindly asked to help drop the lift from the side of the bus to lift her in. All of this with a smile versus seeming annoyed. Loved the attitude of the girl driving-I forgot her name. She was wearing anime shoes. Great experience!

I received a call on the return day to see if I wanted an extension. My deposit was returned quickly. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Please note that when you are married, there is no point in taking the second driver option.During our trip we had a bad experience with the LAX airport agency, fortunately this agency was able to help us resolve the problem, we were able to continue our vacation as planned in the end.

Kristen Keller: . My final location was about a two-hour drive away, and when I looked, it would cost the same price to get a hotel vs a rental car, so decided to head to the Enterprise desk. When I arrived, Courtney was phenomenal. She did everything she could to get me the best deal and help turn my night around after I thought I would be flying home but ended up having to do a two-hour drive. Thank you, Courtney, for being customer-focused and just a great human in general!
Quinn: My rental experience from the beginning was excellent. It was my first time not only in L.A but also in America. There was a free shuttle from the terminals to the rental facilities. The front desk was polite and helpful, not trying to push any upsell items on me which I didn't need. The automatic machine for checking in did not work, however a staff member was able to help and let me know if I want to pay with a debit card you do need to have a return flight itinerary, which I had. Once paid I was then shown the way to the cars which then a staff member took me to the forecourt and let me choose which car I preferred. Once chosen, and inspected I was all booked in and sent on my way hassle free. I would reccomed enterprise for anyone visiting through LAX.
