חיה פלצר: A small counter inside the Hilton Hotel. Personal and kind treatment. Nice selection of cars.It was very easy to take and return. The opening hours are limited compared to the big branches, on the other hand - there are no long lines and waiting for a representative.
Zeus: but was not pushy at all and was very transparent with answering all the questions I had regarding some add-ons. Ahmed mentioned possible upgrades to my reservation which I declined, the CDW insurance - which I declined and he did not get pushy or upset about it, just made sure my credit card had the rental coverage and then made sure I had personal injury insurance which is required in CA which I did have since I have my own car insurance. The car was a 2023 Hyundai which was very nice
Strahinja Marjanovic: After reading all the reviews I was thinking should I do hertz, but my experience was more then good , pickup super easy I went to Marriott on accident, they sent me to Hilton 3 min walk. Counter lady was super nice ,2 min talk gave me the keys and I was on my way to the garage! They gave me a super cool Mazda 6 with low miles , super clean and fuel efficient. All together 5 star experience!

The employee said that they did not have a small car for me but could offer me a bigger car for an extra $5/day, but if I wanted to wait an hour I could get it for free if there was no other car available. I was surprised that they didn't have a car reserved for me already as I had already reserved it prior to coming.... I was a bit disappointed in that bit. So, I waited an hour to see if someone had returned a small car. Thank goodness someone had returned one and I was able to get a smaller car. Service was OK, only that bit was annoying, and I have read prior to coming that the service here was not very good as they usually "did not have cars available." Otherwise, I got the car and had no problem after

Arman Thompson: I am not sure why this place has only 1.9 stars? Sure it might be small but as long as you book your rental ahead of time like a normal person then you shouldn't have any issues. I rented it originally for 3 weeks but had to cut my trip short for work and they were nice enough to refund me for the time I didn't use it.The two gentlemen at the counter were friendly, and the one who showed me to my car was able to answer all my questions which made me feel better after a stressful trip getting their.I had actually got in late and had to call to make sure I could pick it up later, and they were happy to accommodate.Drop off was as easy as just letting the guard at the gate know your dropping off a rental, and he directs you where you need to go.I have noticed most the times peoples negative reviews is from their own doings and then blaming someone else for their mistake lol5 stars from me! Would highly recommend! Clean cars, looked like most had leather seats, or were upgraded packages.

Flaviyake: After reading here the reviews I was scared to go to this place, but I did because it is the closest to my home. And my experience was great! The people working at this Hertz location are very friendly and nice. They showed me how to use a Tesla and I was able to drive it easily after their explanation. It’s a car that you have to get used to after an ICE car. The returning process was also easy. I appreciate their service.
