The only downside is there's no showroom so you just have to hope what you're getting is what you want. Some wooden slats in the bed frame that I ordered broke shortly after having it and they replaced some of the wood pieces because while the bed was almost $1000, it was made of cheap wood.

Kristina Williams-woods: . Just so I could see who I was dealing with face to face and be a little more comfortable spending my money somewhere I hadn’t heard of before. The guy inside who helped me was pretty cool I read the reviews before hand of him being rude but I don’t believe that’s the case he just not a bubbly person but he has no problem having a conversation with you. He asked me to show him the bed, he pulled it up, I paid for it and we set a date for Saturday. The only issue we had was the store is closed on the weekends and so I couldn’t call to verify which Saturday when I didn’t get a call from the driver. Called Monday morning explaining that I thought they were coming that past Saturday and he apologized and had my bed delivered the same day. The delivery driver was awesome and had my bed set up in no time, even after we spent awhile trying to figure out which direction I wanted the bed so that I could get to all the storage spaces in my small room with such I large bed. Needless to say I LOVE the bed and it was $1000 well spent and I didn’t have a terrible customer service experience. I feel comfortable buying from them in the future and referring others to them as well.

Kevin is nice guy to work with, spoke to him over the phone on last Thursday and placed an order for a sectional sofa and they delivered order today, they delivered it in 5 days , I was surprised with their fast delivery during the covid time, couch is well packed and delivered and installed with great care.

I was fortunate to receive the assistance of Monaliza at the store who guided me through the claim provided, resulting in my entire sectional being replaced. She aided me in communicating with Modani customer service and in providing the necessary documents required by the insurance company. Dylan Gottlieb: We did a full Kitchen remodel with Bradco back in 2012. Recently one of the hinges broke. I looked everywhere for an exact replacement with no luck, it had an embossed logo but no name. The manufacturer was a mystery. Finally I called Bradco and spoke to Charlie who asked we send them photos of the hinge. They were able to find two in their warehouse that matched ours and gave us both for free, the additional one as a backup. Now we could do a direct swap, no fuss no muss. Good customer service for a small inquiry 9 years later. Very much appreciated.
Jessica Persson: I chose Bradco Kitchens to do the cabinets in my entire home. This included the kitchen, closets, breakfast nook and a bench. They were 1 or 3 companies I was interviewing and I’m so glad I chose Bradco Kitchens for my project. I chose to go with Bradco’s own custom line of cabinets which are manufactured in their own factory. The owner Michael invited me to see my cabinets being made at the factory which was so cool. I was able to see my own cabinets being made and Michael, the factor manager Roberto and I decided on some last minute details to make the cabinets look even more spectacular. So neat to see how the cabinets were being made and the thought and care that was being put into them. I had my own contractor but even he agreed it would be best for Bradco to install their own cabinets. The installation took a little bit longer than I expected because their installer Mauricio was extremely diligent and detail-oriented so I was happy to wait. The kitchen island was particularly tricky as there was a post that could not be removed on one side of it but was installed perfectly. We had them come back once the house "settled" and the crew came back in a timely manner and finished the job quickly. I would highly recommend Bradco Kitchens to anyone looking for new cabinets.

TIME IN THE BOTTLE: I was amazed to meet such a genuine people...Upon arriving at Bradco Kitchens / Baths, I was greeted by Angela and Michael, the owners. I’ve explained to them that I needed to locate this specific cabinet hinge, and I had a hard time getting help from Home Depot and Lowe’s. The couple listened to me with care, and then they went out of their way to research and locate this particular hinge.I thought that these days, business owners are too busy doing more important stuff, and not worry too much on menial task.I was wrong...Imagine, when the owners really care about small stuff, how wonderfully caring and apply themselves on their professional projects!!!It was a pleasure to meet good people like you, Angela and Michael...When we do a kitchen project, I’m sure to come by your shop.
Christine Grimm: Bradco Kitchens and Baths designed and installed my kitchen when their original showroom was located on Pico Blvd. Needing a repair I called upon them and the Manager Charlie was able to research the cabinet, sink and dishwasher parts by e.mailing the pictures and model numbers.The Job was completed with precision,the installer covered all areas so no dust or dirt remained for cleanup. I was extremely happy that Bradco was able to accommodate, usually they handle bigger projects, the installer did an amazing job and wore a mask throughout the duration of the appointment.

Raphael was amazing with communication answering all questions I had kept me updated step by step on my frame and mattress set. Let me know the window of deliver it was way sooner than expected he called me days in advance to let me know eta. Omg and just the quality and the mattress I literally have the hardest time wanting to get out of bed fall asleep so quickly I had to force myself out of bed on day 3 🤣. Well after firing him, and hiring a new contractor, I called The Kitchen Store and fortunately Victoria was still there.So again my wife and I have placed our kitchen in her hands.Victoria and the Kitchen Store have been absolutely incredible to work with. Thru the supply chain issues and price increases, and the City of LA delays and permitting issues the kitchen was the least of our concern, again handeled with professionalism, and top of the line customer service.Look, how many times do you remodel a kitchen? I will likely never need to purchase an entire kitchen full of cabinets, but you can truly bet on the fact that there is no one I will ever recommend other than The Kitchen store and more specifically Victoria Torres.

Before coming in I would suggest taking measurements of your room and how big the space is as it's easy to miscalculate the size of the furniture or room it's going into. The service is great here and have never had an issue buying.

Then you can shop at the food market and take yummy Swedish food and weird juice home with you. This Burbank location is the largest Room & Board in the world, yet it doesn't seem larger than the old one.
