John Kelly Chocolates: what do users think?

Mayra Matos: A place with a wide variety of artisanal chocolate and sweets, of great quality and very good prices.

Aaliyah White: I received candy from this company 3 years ago and i have never forgotten the taste or quality. It was candy heaven.

Anya Meksin: Received as a gift. Pretty sure they are the best chocolates I've ever had. The flavors are exquisite but it's the textures that really take it to the next level.

Mytao Westside: There is definitely quality and freshness found here. Although a single chocolate will begin at a price of $3.50. so it's all pricey. But the flavor and quality are there. I am a huge classic dark chocolate fan. I can compare the dark chocolate to the truffles you find @sees candy. Unfortunately didn't try anything else but it all looks very good. Great customer service. The gal who helped me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Even tho I knew I was only going to get a dark chocolate she still answerd any questions and provided me with a great service. I do wish they would label how much cacao is in the individually sold truffles.

Jose Hernandez: Good en clean

Stanley Shimamoto: The chocolate and vanilla twist soft serve with dark chocolate/sea salt bits and almonds was the bomb.

Matthew Casey: this is the real deal. they make the products there at their shop. when you walk in, the quality of the chocolate and the depth of the smell hit you like a wall.

Serita Moises: Love the chocolates its very good and tasy.

McCain Highfill: Quintessential retail experience - Troy was fantastic and his recommendations were worth taking. The chocolate is the best I've ever had, particularly the dark!

ZC Hallare: Go for the salted dark chocolate

Katie C: Great truffles and unique flavors

Keith Nadolny: Outstanding quality

shahram sepehri: Amazing chocolates and flavors. My favorite artisan sweet shop. Great gifts for others or a treat for yourself.

Laura Fizz: Deee-licious chocolate! Especially the truffle fudge. Yummerly!

LetterPress Chocolate: what do users think?

Travis Dietz: Quite simply the best chocolate I've had in my life up to this point. The store itself is cozy and service was friendly and helpful. I was able to try a number of different chocolates they have available before buying. I would also highly recommend the tour of their facility, which comes with a tasting of a number of their different chocolates. I learned a lot about the chocolate industry and how they make chocolate in-house. The quality of the chocolate is well worth the price.Parking: There are usually spots on the small side street next to the shop.

James Bassett: Top notch husband-and-wife bean to bar chocolate maker. Truly artisinal hand-made single origin chocolates with excellent flavor. A unique offering in Los Angeles. The makers and staff are very nice and have extensive product knowledge. Treat yourself to a visit! They even offer tours of the chocolate making process. Lots of fun and delicious chocolate.

John Powers: This is an exceptional experience. The staff at Letterpress Chocolates is knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating.

John Li: I went on the tour with my wife last year. Very informative and very interesting. Also great chocolate, we were excited to see it being sold at a nearby central market.

V' Deetz: Fun little tour. Decidant chocolate options Absolutely would recommend this hidden gem.

Merrick Madrigal: , but it's very good. Plus, they pride themselves on paying more than Fair Trade prices for their beans. I kind of wish the samples at the end of the tour had been from the bars themselves rather than dots

Clara Chia: This is a quick, random thing to do in Los Angeles. It's more fun if you are a chocolate lover. They let you taste the chocolate at the end of the tour and give you a paper to keep notes. It's really interesting how each cocoa can have such distinct flavors!I found free street parking in a residential area not too far from the building. The staff are really nice and friendly.

M J W: Fun, informative, friendly tour of a very small, gourmet chocolate factory. Family owned, handcrafted chocolate. The tour includes a chocolate tasting flight! Fun!

Michelle Keller: The chocolate at LetterPress chocolate is absolutely divine. The flavors are more intense than any chocolate you’ve ever experienced. They also have fabulous ice creams and an incredible chocolate sorbet.

Chelsea Marcantel: We had the best time on our tour and tasting -- a perfect Easter excursion! Great for a family or group of friends. Equal parts learning and snacking. Totally recommend to anyone!

Laura Frost: The tour was great, guide was lovely, and the chocolate here is simply incredible. Great way to spend an afternoon

Olivier Cali: There is no non-superlative way to say it. This is - by far - the best chocolate I've had in Los Angeles. Try their exquisite dark chocolates with hints of star fruit, nuts, warm cinnamon, floral spices, citrus, buttercream, or smokey wood. Or their matcha white chocolate. Or their intense 100% cacao bars. Or their limited editions from Hawaii or Bolivia. None will disappoint.

Julie Ray: Stopped by for a quick visit while in town. I had read about it in Edible LA and was eager to visit. We didn’t register for a tour but would love to try that another time. The staff person at the counter was friendly and helpful; we tried multiple samples before purchasing four bars. It is a small, cozy spot, I especially loved the wall with letterpress blocks interspersed with plants. Quite a few people came in while we there including a chocolate maker from Seattle! Glad to see a small, artisan business thriving!

Lady Chocolatt: what do users think?

Glenn Wallace: The service was outstanding. The chocolate was even better. They have top quality Belgium chocolate that is fantastic. They make the best hot chocolate in either milk or dark chocolate. Just went again. They are so nice, friendly and helpful. I tried the turkey and provolone sandwich, and it was excellent.

Juan Montoya: I walked in to this place unexpectedly during a neighborhood walk. I was greeted by the owner whom I found out runs the place with his mother, both of Dutch descent. I found this place to be cute, quaint and cozy. The outside area is very nice since it shares an alleyway with the flower shop across the street. I got an almond milk latte and the turkey and provolone sandwich and they were both really good. Definition of a mom and pop place.

Em Allyn: **UPDATE I WAS TALKING TO MY FRIEND MERYL AND I SAID "BELGIUM? More like Belg-YUM" SO I HAD TO EDIT THIS TO INCLUDE BELG-YUM!!!**Ok Wow. I have been walking or driving past this shop so many times after it is already closed, and every single time, I think "I need to go in there!"Well folks, today I did just that and I can tell you I will absolutely be doing so again in the future.First of all this chocolate shop is so delightfully A CERTAIN KIND OF WAY. The displays and just everything about it is EUROPEAN which is sensible because the chocolates are flown in from BELGIUM. Insane how good at chocolate they are in that area of Europe where they have been working with dairy for many centuries. The lady who runs the shop, I am guessing she is THE Lady Chocolatt, is indeed a true Lady in every sense. She is a treasure and the candy is amazing plus she also has awesome coffees and even cocoa which is what I may try next.Pictured are the chocolate frogs I got a bag of today. They are not minty just pure sweet chocolate.Make your life nicer by stopping in to the Lady Chocolatt soon!

MJ H: Delicious chocolates and extremely gracious and efficient service.

Los Angeles Sign Company: Fantastic !!!!!

Ekaterina Ukhanova: Great chocolate

Dmitriy Vi: , and get some work done while at it.

Eddie Berin: and they were absolutely great. We are visiting from San Jose, California and check out promising hot chocolate shops - Lady Chocolatt did not disappoint. The owner was great - she did a quick prep of our chocolates and even gave us a taste of some new chocolate-covered orange rinds. The quality of the hot chocolate was rich, amazing flavor and thickness. It's classic rich hot chocolate - more quality cacao and not sweet sugary version. Highly recommended - 12/28/22

Kenneth Williams: AMAZING SERVICE! THIS COFFEE SHOP IS A MUST! Super sweet ,you have to try these chocolate!! They Have a wonderful Easter collection filled with chocolate eggs and VESPA BUNNIES! I have been coming every morning for years, and will continue!

Reign Barts: The best chocolate ever. love this place

Kevin Greene: best chocolate ever.

Roselyn Davis: I've been eating and buying Candy for this Location since I was a young Teenager, I'm older and gray now in my 70sI Love You Candy 🍭 the prices have gone up tremendously, but that's too be expected back we are not in the 60es any more. It's always Fresh and Clean and the Manager at this Location is Wonderful, Kind and friendly!!!!! I would recommend anyone to this Location because of the Great Vibes everyone has.

Laura Z: Chrystal is the best! She provided us with AMAZING customer service. She was so kind and thoughtful. See's Candies is lucky to have her! She deserves a raise!

April Mabry: Crystal is amazing. I was feeling a bit nostalgic and decided to stop in at See's Candies on LA Cienega. The customer service was stellar as usual. Crystal was great. Very friendly, and I loved her suggestions. She recommended some great packages that I could share with my beautiful nieces in the South. They are going to be so happy to get their Valentine's candies from their Auntie. I loved Crystal's recommendations! Happy Valentine's Day everyone!!!

Rindge Leaphart: Stopped into the store on La Cienega yesterday and had the pleasure of dealing with Tiffany E. She was both pleasant and very knowledgeable. She answered question after question and made very good recommendations about the different chocolates. Always a pleasure to deal with someone who has a great attitude and great product knowledge. Now I am off to eat my candy.

Mignon Chocolate: what do users think?

David Pippenger: The chocolate here is luxurious and all hand crafted. The flavor infusions they perform are nothing short of magical. They imbue each chocolate with well defined but not fake or ovewealming flavors. The boxes are a staple of holiday gifts for my significant other.Vegetarian options: I haven't seen any chocolate here with meat. So it's my belief all of the options are vegetarian.

A.J. Stanford: Best Chocolate in all of Los Angeles County!!!

Emiliano Noriega-Petti: My boyfriend absolutely loved going here, picking out his individual chocolates. They are as delicious as you would hope they would be and you're getting exactly what you pay for. The chocolates were adorable and the service was very kind. He was able to pick out the color of his bow and everything.

L Wong: Mignon Chocolates is the place to go for exquisite chocolates for indulging or gifting. The truffles and chocolate pieces are beautiful and eye-catching, and they taste amazing.A family run operation, the owner is very nice and pleasant.Definitely a place to shop if you need a special treat!

Joshua Lawry: oh so good

M. Raquel Rivera: Delicious vegan options. Friendly service. Support a wonderful local business.

Ross Curtis: I came to pick up an order for my company and the store owner here offered me a sample piece of chocolate. She told me the sample had jalapeño as an ingredient. It tasted incredible. Come here! You will not regret it by any means.

A. Hashimoto: Amazing chocolates and wonderful, friendly service!

Daniel Krueger: Pretty good. The Chilli chocolate was VERY good, the heat is slow to build and not too strong, really enjoyed that one.The Mojito chocolate was very good too, nice flavor without being too strong. The Sesame Crunch was nice too, mild and nutty with some small crunchy pieces.Toffee Crunch, Dark Chocolate Favorite and Dark Chocolate pistachio filled thing were all good. The Lemon Drop was a little strong but not bad.Ginger/ sea salt was nice, maybe a little weak for my taste.Earl grey was nice, also a little strong but I really like that flavor.Pumpkin pie was ok, it tasted like smarties more than pumpkin pie.The blueberry was not very good, it tasted artificial and kind of like blueberry perfume at the end.Champagne lips were good, I'm not exactly a champagne expert but the flavor was nice without being too strong. The Mignon Haven was good. It had a good flavor but didn't really stand out in a good or bad way.The staff were very professional, friendly and willing to give recommendations.

Robert Chave: This is a lovely, smaller, long established, family business on one of Old Town Pasadena's scenic walking streets. Shops of this type are endangered species in a world of mass manufacture and the 'commoditization' of how we shop for personalized gifts. The face behind the counter will, as often as not, be one of the extended family of owners.

James Cooke: The best chocolate hands down

Newton Gavins: This place is extremely professional, clean, and the staff is super knowledgeable and kind.

Belinda Rivera: Sandra is wonderful great customer service, very attentive and friendly.

Noemi Viera-Liden: Perfect gift. Amazing service. Delicious, beautiful treats

Carlo N.: A family owned and run chocolate business. They have been crafting chocolate since 1935, using a combination of a time-tested craft, innovative techniques, long-standing relationships and a complete obsession with making a premium chocolate that delivers a spectrum of flavor for every discriminating palate. I love their assorted chocolates from sea salt to dark chocolates. Interior atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. Its neat and organized. Besides their Pasadena location, they have another store in Glendale. Staff were very amiable and knowledgeable. Prices were fair. Street metered parking only. Overall, I highly recommend this chocolate store.

Joseph Collesano: Best toffee I’ve ever had. Sooooo good.

Turke Balamash: They have the tastiest toffee I have ever had

Benny “Fugetabotet” Chavez: Get over here right now 😲👋 / English Toffee melts in your mouth 🤤 / Located in the Farmers Market 🤩

Judy Garceau: Best Toffee ever. Warning: You will not want to stop eating it.

M MM: Always buy this whenever I’m around. $35 for a pound but worth every cent

Deborah Clague: As everyone else is mentioning, the caramel covered marshmallows are god-tier.

Marilyn G: Go! If I could give 100 STARS I WOULD. First stop at Farmers’ Market..Fudge MELTS in your mouth..brittle to die for..PENUCHE FUDGE…HEAVEN. Sometimes I just go to get my sister her FAVORITE CANY..BETTER THAN SEES…HONEST!

Laura Arnold: . Plus they have something called “marshmallow delights” which is the best thing to ever happen to a marshmallow: it is dipped in soft buttery caramel and individually wrapped. To die for. If you come around pumpkin season, you might luck out and get some autumn spice marshmallow delights

Carlos Santana: some of the best candy!

T Fleming: Just visited today and got some toffee, which is excellent, and as a novelty got a caramel covered marshmallow, which I kind of expected to hate but turned out it was absolutely amazing! Now I wish I’d gotten more of them!

Bob Green: The Fudge here is the best. So smooth, so velvety. It melts on your tongue. Best ever.

James Bradford: Unbelievable fudge, so creamy with wonderful taste!
