Glenn Wallace: The service was outstanding. The chocolate was even better. They have top quality Belgium chocolate that is fantastic. They make the best hot chocolate in either milk or dark chocolate. Just went again. They are so nice, friendly and helpful. I tried the turkey and provolone sandwich, and it was excellent.
Juan Montoya: I walked in to this place unexpectedly during a neighborhood walk. I was greeted by the owner whom I found out runs the place with his mother, both of Dutch descent. I found this place to be cute, quaint and cozy. The outside area is very nice since it shares an alleyway with the flower shop across the street. I got an almond milk latte and the turkey and provolone sandwich and they were both really good. Definition of a mom and pop place.

The displays and just everything about it is EUROPEAN which is sensible because the chocolates are flown in from BELGIUM. Insane how good at chocolate they are in that area of Europe where they have been working with dairy for many centuries.The lady who runs the shop, I am guessing she is THE Lady Chocolatt, is indeed a true Lady in every sense. She is a treasure and the candy is amazing plus she also has awesome coffees and even cocoa which is what I may try next.Pictured are the chocolate frogs I got a bag of today. Roselyn Davis: I've been eating and buying Candy for this Location since I was a young Teenager, I'm older and gray now in my 70sI Love You Candy 🍭 the prices have gone up tremendously, but that's too be expected back we are not in the 60es any more. It's always Fresh and Clean and the Manager at this Location is Wonderful, Kind and friendly!!!!! I would recommend anyone to this Location because of the Great Vibes everyone has.

Jan Davis: Fancifull Gift Baskets has been my go to for many years! I discovered them in the LA Smalll Business Section years ago! Regrettably, the Times no longer has this part of the paper. Anyway what caught my eye is that "Michael Jackson" used to have gift baskets sent from them. If the King of Pop used them, I knew that their products had to be AMAZING! Wally, the former owner has been a gem to work with over the past decade. He and wife Terri sold the biz. I can only hope that the new owner is just as phenomenal as the prior owners. The standout for me at Fancilfull is the "presentation" and "contents". My Clients are always thrilled to receive these wonderful goodies sent from all over the world. Often the packaging can be repurposed and/or used as a keepsake..........I've been dealing with Peter, one of their Representatives that is a long term employee. He is professional, timely, and a joy to work with! Keep producing WONDERFUL baskets that awe the eye and palate...............

Great customer service. The gal who helped me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Travis Dietz: Quite simply the best chocolate I've had in my life up to this point. The store itself is cozy and service was friendly and helpful. I was able to try a number of different chocolates they have available before buying. I would also highly recommend the tour of their facility, which comes with a tasting of a number of their different chocolates. I learned a lot about the chocolate industry and how they make chocolate in-house. The quality of the chocolate is well worth the price.Parking: There are usually spots on the small side street next to the shop.
James Bassett: Top notch husband-and-wife bean to bar chocolate maker. Truly artisinal hand-made single origin chocolates with excellent flavor. A unique offering in Los Angeles. The makers and staff are very nice and have extensive product knowledge. Treat yourself to a visit! They even offer tours of the chocolate making process. Lots of fun and delicious chocolate.

Or their intense 100% cacao bars. Or their limited editions from Hawaii or Bolivia. None will disappoint.

The staff person at the counter was friendly and helpful; we tried multiple samples before purchasing four bars. It is a small, cozy spot, I especially loved the wall with letterpress blocks interspersed with plants. Quite a few people came in while we there including a chocolate maker from Seattle! Glad to see a small, artisan business thriving!

They have pretty much every candy that you can think of really good selection of many different candies. They have the weigh per pound and also individual bars.I got a root beer float there and ice cream was just mediocre though .
