Great customer service. The gal who helped me went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Even tho I knew I was only going to get a dark chocolate she still answerd any questions and provided me with a great service. I do wish they would label how much cacao is in the individually sold truffles.

Glenn Wallace: The service was outstanding. The chocolate was even better. They have top quality Belgium chocolate that is fantastic. They make the best hot chocolate in either milk or dark chocolate. Just went again. They are so nice, friendly and helpful. I tried the turkey and provolone sandwich, and it was excellent.

I found this place to be cute, quaint and cozy. The outside area is very nice since it shares an alleyway with the flower shop across the street. Travis Dietz: Quite simply the best chocolate I've had in my life up to this point. The store itself is cozy and service was friendly and helpful. I was able to try a number of different chocolates they have available before buying. I would also highly recommend the tour of their facility, which comes with a tasting of a number of their different chocolates. I learned a lot about the chocolate industry and how they make chocolate in-house. The quality of the chocolate is well worth the price.Parking: There are usually spots on the small side street next to the shop.
James Bassett: Top notch husband-and-wife bean to bar chocolate maker. Truly artisinal hand-made single origin chocolates with excellent flavor. A unique offering in Los Angeles. The makers and staff are very nice and have extensive product knowledge. Treat yourself to a visit! They even offer tours of the chocolate making process. Lots of fun and delicious chocolate.

The staff person at the counter was friendly and helpful; we tried multiple samples before purchasing four bars. It is a small, cozy spot, I especially loved the wall with letterpress blocks interspersed with plants. Quite a few people came in while we there including a chocolate maker from Seattle! Glad to see a small, artisan business thriving!

Evan Cole: This was a very good experience for my partner na do. We are not French food experts but I will say the food was quite authentic and would recommend their fish dishes the most. I had salmon over cream sauce, accompanied by squash with tomatoes and snow peas. Everything was fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is great and service was among the kindest I can recall. I will recommend this place to friends and family. Any comments on parking are beyond the control of this restaurant. It’s in busy location but you know that going in. The onion soup was also very good but one serving was easy shared with two people.

Dana-Angelamia Dudley: GREAT CUSTOMER CARE ... Friendly, respectful, kind, and COSTLY!! Literally, EVERYTHING was expensive, but the ENTIRE service care team, starting with the security at the front of the store onto the inventory management or maintenance techs in the back, we're ALL able to make their patrons FEEL SEEN! That was such an amazing experience for someone who ran in ONLY to use the facilities and grab some fruit chunks and such, but ended up purchasing $88 worth of WHAT!?!?
The One Who Stands Above All: Hiring experience here is horrible. Maybe they’ll make it easier for people who live in the area with no criminal history, no bad records, etc… I applied so many times in person. They made more excuses then I’ve ever heard. Never been treated like this before. They’re a great store, fresh produce, abundance of items, very clean. However the hiring process is horrid and very cold-hearted. I was having living problems and they still made excuse after excuse on why they couldn’t hire me or my brother. This is my last attempt. Hopefully they pull through this time. Cause my review WILL CHANGE.
