It really feels like having two personal trainers but it's even more fun to be in the space with a few other people. They have been really watching me lately as Ive been dealing with injuries. The attention to cleanliness, social distancing etc was fantastic, so I felt safe and comfortable there immediately.I had some physical issues causing me pain, primarily acetabular labral tear in my right hip. My doctor suggested muscle strengthening via weight training and I found Lift on a Google search.I have been going once per week and I have been really happy with my progress. I have been getting stronger and am in significantly less hip pain than I was prior to starting. It's challenging in all the right ways and I look forward to going.Dirk and Chenell are both excellent. They are kind, patient and great teachers. I have always found teacher/trainer correction important in yoga and I value the same at Lift, so I'm able to get stronger and not hurt myself. LUIS GARCIA JR: I started visiting Rise in December of 2022. Initially I just wanted to learn the basics of boxing, and have fun, so I took a class a week. Soon after, I discovered the amazing commitment of the coaches, the members, and specifically Taylor. Everyone works very hard, everyone is very supportive and encouraging. It’s a great atmosphere. This made me want to join the Rise family, and I became a full time member by March 2023. It was the best decision I’ve made for my lifestyle. At 45, I’ve lost approximately 30 lbs, I’ve learned the value of matching a proper nutrition regimen with consistent exercise. Im stronger and more active than I was at 35! It’s been a truly life changing experience. If you’re ready for a positive lifestyle change, don’t think twice, Rise will take you to the next level.

I also found a new love for cucumbers and lettuce haha.

Noe Duenas: Great staff and facility. Highly recommended especially the HIIT classes and the nutrition guidance if you do their 6 week program. Coaches explain exercises well and help scale thing down if you are not physically at the level they tend to do things, so you can still reap the benefits of the workout at a pace that's doable for yourself.

Seriously though, every single machine or bench I have to remove weights first, it's pretty ridiculous. On another note, the leg curl machine freaks me out, I always feel like I'm about to launch head first out the window.

Meagan McCall: via the alley in the back, then take the stairs up from the garage, make a right, then take those stairs to the top floor, turn right again, and you’ll see the sign pointing to Pure Barre.You’ll shake, and they push you harder than you can push yourself, but since it’s just for short amounts of time you can do it! After just a few weeks, I definitely noticed more definition and strengths, especially in my glutes and abs.

Jasmine Jones: I love this gym! Before the WeHo location opened, I attended the location downtown. This location is much better. I appreciate the layout and how there is always space. The only area that can feel cramped is the free weight station but it’s still much better than the downtown location in my opinion.The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. I typically come at opening time and the morning crew is all smiles at 5 am.My only suggestion is to dim the lights by the stair master if possible. The stair master is a pretty tall machine & the lights glare right in your eyes.

Marissa Lepor: Love bunda! I’ve been going for years. It’s a great way to build endurance in a low impact environment, and it compliments my other workouts very nicely!

Gloria Davila (Gloree): Bunda is a great place to workout! It’s a great way to start your gym journey! This class helps with forms and already set workout routines making it so easy to workout! You just have to show up and do your best. I had Ray as my instructor for my first class ever at bunda Music was fire and Ray was very motivating! It’s a bit fast pace for first timers but I’m sure you get use to it with time! I ended up buying their package deal because I loved it so much!

Marivampp: Ruby's Kpop dance class is awesome! She's so fun and full of energy, and her teaching style just clicks. Whether you're into Kpop or just love to dance, you'll have a blast in her classes. Definitely recommend giving it a shot!

Ryan Richko: Kpop with Ruby is one of the best classes at LA Dance Fit. It’s fun, challenging, and you get to learn your favorite Kpop choreo. Ruby is also a wonderful instructor with a great personality and some sick dance skills. The community at this facility is incredibly supportive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Dominique Schultz: Ruby is the best! I have had so much fun in her kpop dance class. It is so hard to find studios that teach kpop classes in west LA and hers did not disappoint. Kate O'Donnell: Took my first class here yesterday and had the best experience! I took hiphop 2 with Kiari - definitely a challenge for me but it was not as intimidating as other studios. Loved the choreography and Kiari made the class really fun. Street parking was easy to find. Can't wait to try out the other classes!

Molly Kron: I took Body Groove class with Nikki and had the absolute time of my life!When I first heard of Body Groove, I wasn’t sure about the style of dance or how difficult it would be. I have taken a lot of dance classes over the years, and this one was the easiest to pick up by far. All the moves that the class does in unison are open to interpretation, and there are no wrong answers! Seriously! If you’re rusty, have two left feet, or you’ve never even danced before, you can joyfully dance your way through this class. AND if you’re an accomplished dancer, you will have a blast expressing yourself and get a great workout.Nikki was a fabulous teacher: hilarious, uplifting, and great at breaking down the moves. She was attentive to the needs of everyone in class, providing thoughtful options for modifications that still felt fully engaged with the dances. As a bonus, she had so many creative interpretations of the motions that it was fun to watch her for inspiration throughout the songs. I don’t know how anybody on earth could have gotten through even a few minutes of this class without a huge smile on their face.It felt like having an energetic dance party with friends on a weekday morning! I had so much fun that I didn’t even notice that I was doing an insane amount of cardio. Go check it out! You will not regret it!

Sara Rutenberg: I took Body Groove which is taught by Nikki Tilmouth. I always feel like an idiot in dance class, but this was no ordinary dance class. Nikki's exuberant enthusiasm, choice of music, and amazing choreography made everything easy to follow, and I had a wonderful time. If you want to have fun, dance, and just feel great about your body, take this class. There are even chairs to use as props, or if you need to do some sitting movement!. It's truly unique and you will enjoy every minute.

Rich R: Busy . 3 hrs validated parking level 123 . Entrance from target building. No bands .

Alondra Flores: I like the facility. The front desk is always welcoming. I really enjoy the classes, even though there are minor issues that interfere with having a great workout. After every class it would be really appreciated if they would wipe the studio floor. It can get really sticky in between classes and also slippery in some areas due to sweat, which can become a safety issue.

Alexa Flores: Overall, a great place for self care. There are minor issues in the facility. In the women’s dressing room, I would rate the showers 3 stars. I understand the gym can get a bit busy but they are not as clean as they should be. Most of the time people leave behind trash. The sauna & steam room are most of the time under repair. The sound system in the studio room lacks as well. Sometimes you can hear the music through one speaker as opposed to all 4 in the space.
