natashya falcone: Great place to live in! Overall, the building is clean and in a good location with new appliances. The property manager Denise is very helpful! When the air conditioning broke she handled it in a timely fashion and gave me a portable unit in the meantime. When the hurricane came, my apartment started flooding due to a clogged drain at the back and she immediately came to the rescue and even offered her own personal towels and helped clean up my apartment. She is very responsive and very kind.

The apartment is a quaint and cozy community, and our unit is spacious with good sunlight and modern finishing. I had a maintenance issue shortly after moving in which was handled promptly with Karen constantly checking in and communicating with me on the progress. Also so many good restaurants around that are walking distance or a short drive.

Jiayue Chen: I have lived in &Pico for 2 years and just get moved out because of the work requirement. It is a chill place to live in and I have 0 complaints over two years.The amenities are great and I never see any issue. My unit is close to the street so it could be a little noisy when cars go by but it is totally acceptable.It is close to the Sawtelle area so I never worried about what to eat lol. There are a lot of good restaurants, Boba tea shop, and grocery markets around the community.The staff is the GREATEST I have ever met! I was once locked out at 11pm and Cory was still able to help at that time. Cory takes good care of the community and provides anything we require. He is always so friendly to everyone in the community and I felt so luck to have him as our community manager.Even the move out process is pretty smooth. We got 95% of our deposit back and it got sent to us pretty fast.If you are looking for somewhere to live in West LA, don't look further, this is probably the best place you can find

If you're eating out, the taco truck literally across the street is EXCELLENT, or drive to one of the hundreds of top tier restaurants in all the great places listed above.Cory is a fantastic manager - personable, attentive, and keeps the property looking great. Amenities - hot tub, gym, decks, etc - are all very nice.& Pico isn't cheap, but it's very very worth it!

The community keeps its common areas clean and the neighborhood is quiet during the day and at night. The leasing office and the maintenance/security team are amiable and professional. It is easy to reach them and they respond quickly!A big plus is that they occasionally host fun community events. The most recent one I joined, the "Casino Night" was incredible. I particularly appreciate the quick response for repairs. I recently had a leaky sink and they had someone out right away. Ralph was friendly, professional, thorough, and quick to get the task done. I appreciated how he ensured the leak was completely fixed before finishing up by letting the water run for awhile and even testing how it would handle the garbage disposal. He even gave me a tip on how to catch a leak early in case it ever happens again. Thanks, Ralph, for your help!

Grasan Kingsberry: Had a wonderful experience touring the property and available units with our Leasing agent, Janae. This apartment complex is deceivingly quite considering it’s in the heart of Hollywood.Not only was Janae informative and knowledgeable, but her warm personality made me feel like I was already a part of the community. Sadly, someone got the unit we were interested in, otherwise we would be residence at El Centro.

Diana Mia: We’ve only been at El Centro for 1 month but so far we love it. Our experience has been great and that’s due to the team in the leasing office. Janae is amazing and probably the reason we even considered living in Hollywood. We felt like she had our best interest in mind.The communication was seamless and we weren’t being oversold or pushed into something. it felt like we were speaking to someone that we know. I recognize that there is room for improvement when it comes to the initial condition and readiness of the apartments.Despite these initial challenges, I remain optimistic about my time at Aliso Apartments. jay lee: Aliso, aliso, aliso. Oh how I love you so much! This building is by far one of my favorites. Perfectly nestled in a gem of a district. The amenities are top tier and like no other, 2 story gym and club room, pool and hot tub, rooftop lounge. Newer, well maintained and clean community. Literally it has everything you need with an all star team. The team is incredible, very nice, more than Knowledgeable, charismatic and create a tour for me that felt like no other. I highly recommend this place. Oh oh oh they have 4 weeks free plus some other specials. Best best best place to live.
