Tracy Wallace: We have a rental house and our property management company had successfully leased it a couple of years ago so when the tenants moved out in September to buy their own house I was hopeful. Well they had showings but applications weren't coming in and our agent suggested lowering the price. When we got to December I started to panic and started looking for alternatives. Long story short, Kathleen marketed our property and hustled as if we were her only property. The level of service and attention were impressive. She ended up getting several applications for us and during the Christmas and New Years holidays at that! We were able to find a wonderful couple to rent our home. And because she had done her homework before we listed it, we got a good price. Not the bare bones price our property management company wanted to set it at. Kathleen accomplished her goal with professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and a sense of humor too. I can't say enough good things about her! If you're on the fence about using The Rental Girl to help lease your property I say jump in! These "girls" know what they're doing, and Kathleen ran circles around our property management team in terms of leasing. I will definitely use her again!

So when it came time for my husband & I to purchase our second rental, a duplex, we had double the worry. We had invested our entire savings to making it just right, and finding the right, dependable tenants to make sure our investment was protected was no easy feat. So we knew we had to reach out again to Fallon and her team, who were wonderful in being flexible as renovation dates would shift, and the professional photos, video and property pages made great marketing tools for sharing. They were flexible and provided me the option to stop by for same-day tours, and demonstrated professionalism and deep knowledge of the property when showing me different floor plans.I'm very excited to move in to Watermarke Tower in a few weeks — the decision to move here was easy with how truly outstanding the staff is!

Krina: I’m a resident at Watermarke going on 3 yrs. The building is very safe. Residential parking is gated and on-site. Neighbors on my floor are friendly as well as other residents I’ve met.The Bozzuto management is very attentive to the residents issues. Tyler, Kyle and Jennifer are always so kind! They put in a lot of effort to provide us additional amenities on-site for residents such as car wash service, food trucks, yoga, cold brew and kombucha on draft!The maintenance team is great! George does a good job with his team. For all work orders— George, Javier and Carlos will have it resolve it within 24 hoursOverall, I feel safe and welcomed living here!2/14: Danny and Carlos from maintenance are amazing. Darryl McCane: I have been living downtown for six years and in this building for approximately eight months. It is the best secure feeling I’ve had in a long time. The concierge desk is fantastic and everyone down there is helpful and focused. In particular, Yvette, Daniel, and Taz have been fantastic.Quiet, clean, and secure.
Drew Johnson: If you're looking for a Class-A building in the heart of DTLA, look no further than Watermarke Towers! This building is beautifully designed and professionally managed. The units are spacious with incredible views of the city in every side of the building you're on. Love hanging by the rooftop pool for the sunsets and working by the clubhouse during the day. It's my go-to Zoom background for work calls.The best part of the building are the staff. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance, to management truly care about the building and the residents and are always quick to assist. Maintenance work-orders get done faster than my Uber Eats deliveries. Shout out to Tyler, Kevin, Jennifer, Yvette, Daniel, George, Javier, Carlos, Danny, and everyone. You all rock!
Irene J: this review is so incredibly overdue but I have been living at the watermarke tower for over a year and some change and was here for the management change which was a little shaky in my opinion. however, i would say the one person that has been consistent has been george. he is such an amazing staff member and person. he always makes sure that everything is good at my apartment and always is such a delight to run into during the day. he is a very kind and hardworking person and definitely makes everybody's living experience here so much better!! I hope the company also appreciates him as much as i do!

Arman A: Nice building with great management, maintenance, security, and cleaning crew. Shoutout to assistant property manager Kevin for being there to help prospective tenants get their questions answered and current tenants with anything they need. Despite the building being old, it is maintained very well and the cleaning crew does a superb job at keeping the common areas tidy. For example, every single morning the floors of the lobby and elevators are either being swept or mopped. The hallway carpets have been washed and cleaned numerous times during my time here, and everything looks very fresh. I have never had an issue with my packages because the security has been on top of it and the building has parcel lockers. Overall, safety is no issue here. As mentioned, the building is old and it does show its age in some aspects, but any issues that arise are immediately mitigated by the management and staff. One example is that the gym recently had a small water leak from the ceiling but instead of closing the entire gym for an indefinite period, they patched the part of the ceiling that was affected and kept the gym open for us until a plumber or someone can resolve the issue. On another note, I think one of the biggest pros for The View is its location, which is literally in the heart of Ktown, and there are many EV charging stations available for tenants. Another pro is that the tenants here are respectful, quiet, and clean. The biggest con I have had thus far is the size of the elevators. Don’t expect to be able to fit large furniture in them when moving… although rumor has it that a king sized mattress fits in the largest elevator, haha. I would recommend The View to anyone looking for an apartment in Ktown.

He was extremely organized, and made the leasing process extremely easy and convenient.I requested to have EV Charging fixed at the property, and within a week - it was done. I asked for my unit to be repaired, and maintenance had already completed the work before I returned home from work the next day.If only all property managers were this diligent, kind and thorough.Thank you View, and Thank you Kevin!

Dave K: Took sometime to write this review been here for 2 weeks and I’m loving eaves Los Feliz. The process to get approved was so fast and amazing. I was looking for apartments for weeks and was not satisfied with other apartments so I’m glad I stumbled on this community. Place is quiet and respectful. Most importantly Morgan and everyone at the leasing office made the process so easy and made me felt very welcomed. 5 stars to them.
Joseph Gordon: My girlfriend and myself have been looking for an apartment for months and it was a struggle. Most places we talked to were either unresponsive or not resourceful. But not at Eaves Los Feliz! Morgan in the leasing office was professional and informative. She made the process easy and efficient. Not only is the building in good condition but I can rest easy knowing there is always someone I can reach out to when addressing issues or general questions. Jamie also was super helpful and very friendly. Overall I know I can trust the staff over at Eaves Los Feliz. They were welcoming and I’m happy to call it home.
Em Schultz: The maintenance team here is spectacular, especially Allan! Despite being the only person on the team today, he made sure to stop by and fix our sink, which had been blocked and was flooding. He was very polite, clean, communicative, and overall I had a great experience with Allan.

riller Coder: Allen and Oscar are the best maintenance staff I've ever had. They've helped us change tires, fix random problems, and given us car advice in their spare time, as well as fixing issues in the most rapid time I've ever had. They fixed our closet door so well that for weeks we were marveling at the quality of the door. We've never had a problem waiting for services, getting good communication from staff, or with a fix they've provided. This us hands down some of the best service in my life and one of the best places I've ever lived.Also a plus, there's always coffee or donuts or fun events happening courtesy of the apartment office, which has not been my normal experience. Everyone here is kind and great to work with.

Jo'el Barnes: Natalyt was super helpful when it came to getting my lease signed and getting me moved in on time. I can understand the complaints about the rest of the staff being bad at communication and kind of rude, though. I’ve lived here for a month and have had my fair share of issues. Overall, my experience here has been great. I am a low maintenance and understanding person so maybe that has something to do with it. Every single one of my maintenance requests have been addressed the same day. I get very weird vibes from the leasing staff specifically, but concierge/front desk staff are very nice to me and always willing to help. Maybe they are just really busy and annoyed with the higher paying residents complaining all the time. Amenities look exactly like the pictures and are are not usually crowded. My unit was also pretty much in perfect condition when I moved in. The dog park has an odor sometimes but it’s a dog park lol. I always see someone cleaning it, too. I have always lived in the valley and was worried about living downtown but South Park is not as bad as the rest of the areas from what i’ve noticed from exploring. At the end of the day, the price point works for me and i wouldn’t live in any other building downtown.
Mackenzie Gortva: The only reason I’m writing this review is for Natali Gebran the GM. If it weren’t for her we wouldn’t be living here. She helped us get the floor plan we wanted when our previous apartment fell through. When the assigned parking spot we were given was taken she helped us get everything sorted. When our insurance didn’t register she helped sort that out too! They need 5 more of her for the amount of residents the building has. It’s a big job and she does it all with a pair of 5 inch heels on.

Thea offers all the bells and whistles, regarding amenities but it was Adriana who made Thea feel like home. From the moment we met during our tour, we knew she was someone we could trust which important when finding a place to call home. She was invested in meeting our needs and made sure the leasing process was seamless and simple. We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and work with such a great and genuine person, in Adriana. I highly recommend her, if you’re looking to take a tour at Thea. You won’t be disappointed.

We felt comfortable and secure throughout our visit.Overall, our experience at Thea Metropolis was excellent. The friendly leasing office team, the beautiful property, and the sense of safety we felt all contributed to a positive impression. Despite not being able to see the amenities, we are confident that they will meet our expectations. We are excited to return and explore everything Thea Metropolis has to offer.

Omar: . Circa has been by far my favorite living experience in my adult life. I lived in the East tower for the full 3 years at Circa, in unit C on the 31st floor. Loved it. The gym is exceptional. The pool is exceptional. The entire 8th floor amenity deck is exceptional. In addition, you also notice that the appliances and finishes at Circa at above and beyond that of the standard apartment complex. You will notice this when you leave. Also the front desk staff

He was very knowledgeable about the property and went to great lengths to understand my individual needs and priorities.I would highly recommend checking out the spacious layouts at Josephine, especially if you can get Kaya to give you a tour!

The concrete and half walls really make them stand out and there is amazing views in most units. Kaya Evrenos has been my leasing agent and he's been amazing. Didn't ever feel rushed or pressured, he seems like he genuinely wants to make sure future tenants find their dream apartment and is willing to put in the extra effort to help you find what you want. He was kind enough to even stay late making sure I saw every unit I needed to to make my decision.

The tour was so pleasant he is so friendly and genuine. He answered all the questions and concerns I had and more. The way the tour, application and living process flowed was so seamless. Kaya really cares about quality and comfort and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Absolutely the best person to work with in the office, hands down!! I would recommend asking for Kaya to have an unforgettable experience and step into high quality living.

However, voicing my concerns Sky Williams did a great job reassuring the positivity of the living environment in Josephine. She was kind enough to accept me 20minutes before her next appointment and joyfully guided me through my tour + follow up!

The initial staff at the front desk were very prompt in checking me in & gathering all needed information prior to the tour. Not only was Sky extremely attentive to my wants and needs as a tenant along the tour, but she was very patient and detailed with every unit shown. She made sure that all my questions were answered, I was well aware of the features within each unit as well as the amenities within the building. Everyone is super professional and kind. Anything you need, they are on it! The units are also incredible. The views, the finishes. I could go on and on. When I'm here I feel like I'm at THE most luxurious hotel and I don't ever want to leave. Jason, Martin and Rudy are the next level amazing! They make my inability to manage my daily packages and deliveries due to my job easy! I work a lot and shop a lot and they are always there to pop those packages in my door!
