Lindsay Jenkins: I love everything about this place EXCEPT I can hear every footstep the people upstairs make. The bass of their music is rattling my walls. I asked around and other people on my floor have the same problem. I guess it’s a building issue. I’ve lived in many different apartments, I’m a downtown girl, so I don’t mind noise- but this is the worst I’ve experienced.

jay lee: Aliso, aliso, aliso. Oh how I love you so much! This building is by far one of my favorites. Perfectly nestled in a gem of a district. The amenities are top tier and like no other, 2 story gym and club room, pool and hot tub, rooftop lounge. Newer, well maintained and clean community. Literally it has everything you need with an all star team. The team is incredible, very nice, more than Knowledgeable, charismatic and create a tour for me that felt like no other. I highly recommend this place. Oh oh oh they have 4 weeks free plus some other specials. Best best best place to live.

I appreciated how he ensured the leak was completely fixed before finishing up by letting the water run for awhile and even testing how it would handle the garbage disposal. This apartment complex is deceivingly quite considering it’s in the heart of Hollywood.Not only was Janae informative and knowledgeable, but her warm personality made me feel like I was already a part of the community. Sadly, someone got the unit we were interested in, otherwise we would be residence at El Centro.

Didn't ever feel rushed or pressured, he seems like he genuinely wants to make sure future tenants find their dream apartment and is willing to put in the extra effort to help you find what you want. He was kind enough to even stay late making sure I saw every unit I needed to to make my decision.

However, voicing my concerns Sky Williams did a great job reassuring the positivity of the living environment in Josephine. Travis Sorenson: This review is long overdue. I had my official move in date about two weeks ago and I have been so busy with life. But I definitely have not forgotten the experience , the service and the consideration that the management of this building has. For starters this building is by far one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen or moved into. From floor to windows to ceilings and hallways and even parking structure it’s just clean as it can get. The management here is incredible they take pride in their work and give 1000% attention to tenants and possible future tenants I had the price page of working with Josh R who was on top of it from start to finish he was available every time I needed to speak or had a question and he was quick to call back if I left a message. He made this entire process shift from a complicated one to a super easy one with just a few pointers . He got my application in super quick and had me move in ready within an easy 2 to 3 days tops. It was a ton of back and forth and I know alot of work on him but he was just so pleasant about it all every step of the way. He showed me several units until I found the one I was happy with, he was just great that’s all I can say. This place has a huge package room and a huge mail room all very secured , parking is secured, building is secured amazing! And a night security ! The rent is a good value the places are nice , I’m overall very impressed and happy to be a part of this new place to call home. Many many many thanks to Josh and the maintenance crew who has already completed 3 service orders for me for minor little things. But they are on it that same day or the next! And thank you to the girls in the office as well who were so friendly and fun to work with during this process. Many thanks to you all!

Gordon Chapman: decided to start beeping in the wee hours of the morning.The amenities are great, there’s a parcel locker for deliveries and a small fitness studio next to the rooftop patio. It’s a great location for transit, literally 5 minutes from 7th St Metro. Valet parking under the building is optional, but also offers detailing.It’s very clean and well maintained, the units are large and get a great deal of sunlight, I love the hardwood floors and exposed brick & concrete. The units facing 7th St & Grand Ave also all have double glazed windows, which makes the building surprisingly quiet considering all the hustle and bustle of downtown life.If you’re looking to live in a Downtown loft, Brockman is a great option.

Kevin Reynolds: I'm about to celebrate my second anniversary at The Brockman. Man, I love this place. My unit is awesome. Love the wood floors, the brick and the huge windows. The kitchen and AC are the best! Everything.And the location cannot be beat! Steps from Whole Foods and above one of LA's best restaurants with one of LA's best bars across the street. Golds Gym is a few blocks away along with a Macy's, Norstrom's Rack and an Alamo Drafthouse. It doesn't get better in LA!But what makes the living experience here the truly special and warm is the staff. Mike and Michael, who manage the place, are always there to help in any situation. Vincent, a truly great building supervisor, is just amazing and handy and I've never had to wait for a repair more than a few hours.I come from a great doorman building in NYC, and while the vibe is just different because the cities are so different, this is as close to feeling the NYC professionalism and care that LA can offer.I'm gonna hang here for a while. I love it,.

Alexandra Rotondo: the apartments are HUGE and well lit. this is probably the only apartment complex I've ever lived in where I don't regularly hear noise from neighbors or outside.definitely one of the biggest perks though is the team that works here.

Ty Atwood: Lived here for several years. Never had a problem. Great management, great valet service in underground gated garage. Amazing location in DTLA overlooking 7th st. Would recommend to anyone wanting the downtown experience.

It takes me less time to take the bus than drive to the medical center.Unlike what most reviews mentioned, I have not had any problems regarding food deliveries so far. That said, I can see why it could be an issue because this is a large community

Anthony Huang: but I really love my apartment. The fact that there's fewer units means that I never have trouble getting the elevator and I don't have to make nice with neighbors. I like the historic feel and big windows plus the rooftop bbq for when I entertain

arden ash: This is a very specific review of the current staff at the Milano Lofts. In particular, I'd like to call attention to Gabriel Serrato and Leo Sarkissian. The Milano is a classic building with vintage appeal. And, as we all know, vintage requires active and attentive maintenance. Kudos to these two for their dedication to finding solutions and resolving issues. I've been impressed and pleased.

Carla Araya: I've lived here for almost a year and really enjoy Milano. I fell in love with the floor to ceiling windows and the amount of light that comes in. My apartment is super spacious and I rarely hear my neighbors. I have the stackable ventless washer/dryer which isn't all that bad - I just have to do smaller loads. The entire team both sales and service have been extremely helpful. Love it here and highly recommend!!
