Omar: . Circa has been by far my favorite living experience in my adult life. I lived in the East tower for the full 3 years at Circa, in unit C on the 31st floor. Loved it. The gym is exceptional. The pool is exceptional. The entire 8th floor amenity deck is exceptional. In addition, you also notice that the appliances and finishes at Circa at above and beyond that of the standard apartment complex. You will notice this when you leave. Also the front desk staff

Meisha Harris: My boyfriend booked this apartment for my 26th birthday via airbnb. The unit we had was beautiful and spacious. The amenities are nice.😍 They have grills, lounge areas, and a gym. They keep this place clean and smelling good. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the pool & lounge area. I wouldn’t mind coming back to stay here.

The Maintenances was always quick if I ever had any issues. The Head of maintenance department, Antonio had always been nice and treat everyone like a family!!! Thank you!!! They make me feel like a family during my stay!!! I really recommend this apartment to anyone and would love to come back if I make it back to the area in the future.

Lindsay Jenkins: I love everything about this place EXCEPT I can hear every footstep the people upstairs make. The bass of their music is rattling my walls. I asked around and other people on my floor have the same problem. I guess it’s a building issue. I’ve lived in many different apartments, I’m a downtown girl, so I don’t mind noise- but this is the worst I’ve experienced.
100 REP FITNESS: Very friendly staff, the building is cleaned daily which I think is a great, I also really enjoy the amenities the building has!
Brittany Smyth: I moved into G12 in June 2023, and it was the BEST decision I've ever made. The staff, the cleanliness, and location are top notch. I would recommend this building 10 out of 10 times. Thank you G12 for allowing me to live life at the speed of luxe!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to view a studio but the 1 bedroom was beautiful with the added plus of in unit washer/dryers. I was definitely impressed and don’t regret my decision. We will see once I move in.Zach is the leasing agent assisting me through the process. I actually walked in as he was sending me my welcome email. He was able to answer my questions before and after my tour.I am definitely excited about this move.

Leon Feng: I’m looking for a studio unit and found this place on Zillow. Very easy to book a self-house tour through AI text. They don’t have studio unit for show at this moment but I got to see the one bedroom unit. The floor plan seems more reasonable than lots of other buildings I visited. The amenities are cool. The leasing agent Zach is also super patient and helpful during my tour. The rent rate is reasonable in this area. Sadly before I get home and apply, the studio unit I like was reserved by another person. I might have to sit around and wait for another studio unit I would like becoming available.

My wife and I appreciate a lot about Radius: the location of the building and the wonderful view of Immanuel Church, the design of the lobby, many thoughtful public areas, such as gyms, a swimming pool, public living rooms and an operated roof with gas fireplaces. We really used all this and quite often. High-level professional designed this building; absolutely everything was thought out and provided for, down to the smallest detail.Not long ago, the building halls were renovated and electronic locks were installed on the doors. A couple of months ago, a new fire alarm system was installed and the air conditioning and ventilation systems were checked. Thanks to the Smart Home, there is always a comfortable atmosphere in the apartment.The main thing I would like to note is the high level of service. Public areas are cleaned regularly and diligently. We have NEVER had any problems with service at Radius. Once there was a leak in the kitchen during our vacation, the unrivaled Alisha fixed everything and even removed the consequences of this universal flood! She even replaced the filters in our refrigerator so the ice was fresh again. Alisha was ALWAYS friendly and professional; it is a blessing when you deal with such a conscientious person. Another person who made our lives easier is Carlos. Carlos has saved our plumbing from clogs several times, as well as our washer and dryer. Carlos and Alisha are the guardian angels of Radius.I would especially like to mention manager Jenny Molina, whose human qualities make her created for working with people. Jenny always responded to our requests and helped with any difficulties that arose. A month ago, I and my wife went to visit our neighbors and we liked the layout of their apartment so much that we also decided to move to a larger apartment. We contacted Jenny and ended up moving into an apartment with exactly the same layout, on our floor!I recommend Radius to everyone who is thinking or doubting! You will not regret the choice you made.

Arman A: Nice building with great management, maintenance, security, and cleaning crew. Shoutout to assistant property manager Kevin for being there to help prospective tenants get their questions answered and current tenants with anything they need. Despite the building being old, it is maintained very well and the cleaning crew does a superb job at keeping the common areas tidy. For example, every single morning the floors of the lobby and elevators are either being swept or mopped. The hallway carpets have been washed and cleaned numerous times during my time here, and everything looks very fresh. I have never had an issue with my packages because the security has been on top of it and the building has parcel lockers. Overall, safety is no issue here. As mentioned, the building is old and it does show its age in some aspects, but any issues that arise are immediately mitigated by the management and staff. One example is that the gym recently had a small water leak from the ceiling but instead of closing the entire gym for an indefinite period, they patched the part of the ceiling that was affected and kept the gym open for us until a plumber or someone can resolve the issue. On another note, I think one of the biggest pros for The View is its location, which is literally in the heart of Ktown, and there are many EV charging stations available for tenants. Another pro is that the tenants here are respectful, quiet, and clean. The biggest con I have had thus far is the size of the elevators. Don’t expect to be able to fit large furniture in them when moving… although rumor has it that a king sized mattress fits in the largest elevator, haha. I would recommend The View to anyone looking for an apartment in Ktown.

Armand Harvey: was an excellent welcome to Los Angeles, and was always available to answer any questions I had about the property, the city, and life in general.The unit that I moved into was in excellent condition, and Kevin worked with me to keep my unit through unemployment, and a unit upgrade after a promotion. He was extremely organized, and made the leasing process extremely easy and convenient.I requested to have EV Charging fixed at the property, and within a week - it was done. I asked for my unit to be repaired, and maintenance had already completed the work before I returned home from work the next day.If only all property managers were this diligent, kind and thorough.Thank you View, and Thank you Kevin!

Emilie Ramos: I found the staff to be super responsive and friendly. The rooftop is so lovely; I love the pool and Gym. There is also a dog-walking area. It's centrally located in a lot of cool places. Also, they are pretty quick on maintenance calls. I found that making a request and going down and talking to the staff is the best way to get a response.

Any and everything I’ve ever needed his help he is right on it and doesn’t hesitate to keep me updated so I’m not just sitting around wasting my day. Either that or he sends someone to help. Thank you Mike for always being there whenever I have utility problems or needing something built. As long as I’m living here knowing that Mike is here I’m here.

Thank you Mike for going out of your way for me and my daughter many times. I love the valet guys! Sweet, kind and my car is always on time and in good shape. All the staff greet us with a smile and we get to know them, Londy, front desk guys, and many others that I don’t want to miss but can’t remember their names right now. It’s a beautiful, safe building that has so much to offer. Exceeds my expectations in every way!

freg: Awesome building inside and out. The signage inside could be a little better, but there were courteous ushers at every door, so finding your way around won't be very difficult. The seating is just roomy enough to be comfortable. It was a bit creaky though, and if people in the row above move, you will feel their movement. Sound was great, and views in the orchestra section were amazing. The gardens outside are a nice touch. I would love to come back soon to see another concert. Also, the store had wonderful novelties and gifts!

Rey Ellis: Excellent maintenance team, always responds to requests within a day and are in and out in no time. It's only two dudes but they keep the entire place running. It seems this place was so hastily constructed that everything needs maintenance all the time, despite the apartments only being 12 years old. If you're going to renew your lease, check the current listing prices for apartments and pressure mgmt to match it, or they'll keep trying to raise your rent.

Eric: Recently moved in with the help of Anthony from the leasing office and Hugo from maintenance. We had a tight window for move-in, and was able to get everything done within a few days. Hugo was able to fix several problems we noticed in the apartment prior to move-in. Anthony was very helpful as we figured out how to get packages delivered correctly, and super nice while helping us get everything set up. Excited to live here!
Edward Richmond: Just moved into Westside Apartments two weeks ago. Our initial experience has been wonderful. The building is well maintained and offers excellent amenities, and our apartment was ready on time: spotless and with all appliances working perfectly. Anthony in the Leasing Office has been professional, friendly and always available to answer our questions. He walked us through the application process, step-by-step, and helped a great deal during our move-in. Hugo in facility services has also been very friendly and helpful.
