Petit Trois: what do users think?

Rain: Food was really good but our original waiter wait on break then didn’t come back for a long time in which a new waiter came and we had to remind her of our order.

Numan Karabıyık: Words are not enough to express this experience, but I will try to make it as simple as possible. Everything was exceptional.Chicken Liver Mousse and Escargot are my superstars. There is no need for a further comment on the Onion Soup, you’ll know what I mean when you have it.Trout Almondine is in a perfect balance of citrus and nutty combination. Fish cooked so right that yhe skin was super crunchy while the meat was still soft and juicy. Before dessert, there was a nice and subtle grapefruit sorbet as a palate cleanser. On the sweet side, Rice pudding is super delicious but noting can beat their Creme Brûlée.I’m telling you, don’t be cheap, order as much dishes as you can and try most of the menu!

Le Petit Paris: what do users think?

Anna Marczuk: and our very picky kids - they managed to make a marinara pasta for my daughter and pizza for my son. The atmosphere here is amazing as well! Look for yourself.

Blinkin Firefly: The atmosphere was very LA meets France. It was lovely that we got to sit on couches for our dinner party. But for me, a restaurant all comes down to the food. The French onion soup was not up to par for me. The baguette crouton should be floating on the top of the soup, with a generous portion of cheese melted over the top of that. This is not what we got. There was a small amount of crouton at the bottom of the soup. The cheese was sitting at the bottom of the bowl too. You had to dig around for it with the spoon. It's misleading because the pictures online for this restaurant show a classic French onion soup. I was disappointed, though it tasted ok. The margarita pizza was good. Some of our food was in rather small portions. If this is the case, the food needs to be outstanding. Otherwise you're kinda getting ripped off, no? The creme brulee was also just ok. The custard was on the gritty/dry side. It should be soft, delicate, and creamy. Take more pride in your food quality, Le Petit Paris! It was a bit sloppy. You should hire someone to teach you to up the gourmet game. Don't cut corners! The place looks too nice for that. Four stars for the atmosphere I guess.

Petrossian Restaurant & Boutique: what do users think?

Wes Stevens: Delightful, decadent, discerning. Staff is charming, spot is perfect. Caviar and smoked fishes are the finest.

Chrissy Liotta: Delicious food. Amazing eggs Benedict

Aliyar: Great Caviar!

S Mc: Over the years, Petrossian has remained so consistent with their offerings of not just luxe caviar, but other foodstuffs as well, with great supporting sauces, creams, desserts, etc. Since the pandemic there's a bit of cutting back, though not where it really counts for me. I do miss getting their print catalogs, but their online presence is good and stacks up well against those of other caviar purveyors

jessica tilly cats: Exceptional experience at Petrossian Caviar! Chris provided an incredibly attentive caviar tasting, offering personalized recommendations and pairing suggestions with champagne that will elevate our New Year's celebration. His expertise and care made the experience unforgettable. Moreover, the meticulous packing of the caviar in ice ensured its freshness, arriving perfectly for our celebration. Thank you, Petrossian, for the exquisite service and quality products - highly recommended for anyone seeking a top-tier caviar experience!

Zan Lee: One of the best breakfasts that we have had in Los Angeles this year. They specialize in dishes with caviar and although expensive it is definitely the sort of place that is worth the visit. Service was polite and prompt, and parking was extremely easy. They don’t have a parking lot however, we are able to find metered street parking directly across the street. We had reservations at 11 when it opened and spent pretty much our entire meal alone in the dining area which was great. They have a lot of great options on the menu, so it was hard to choose what to order because there were so many that we wanted to get. It’s really bright and open on the inside. The tables are not too close together, they have fresh flowers all around the dining area and overall it looks very elegant. They also have a large area where you can buy different jams, caviar, smoked salmon, other things. We started off with a couple of lattes and some orange juice, which was a great and sweet start to the meal. For our dishes, we chose the Eggs Benedict and the Caviar Frites. Both had a lot of caviar on them and had delicious flavors. The eggs on the Benedict were cooked perfectly and the sauce was really well-made. The fries were good alone themselves but with the crème fraîche and trout roe it really made them special.Overall a delicious brunch option in West Hollywood. I would definitely recommend to anyone and look forward to coming back in the near future.

Juinn Tan: I ordered the smoked salmon flatbread and bibb salad and wish I had more room in my belly for more! The smoked salmon flatbread was too perfect. From the perfectly baked flatbread to the sprinkles of red onion and Capers on top. I really couldn't fault it at all.The salad was also such a great balance between the creaminess of the burrata, the crunch of the beans and radishes and the right amount of dressing. It's too bad I couldn't finish it because I was too full from taking on the flatbread solo!Overall I had a really delicious brunch, served by really friendly staff and it made for a memorable first meal in LA.It's quite pricey but honestly worth ever penny!

Oliver Wilson: Absolutely one of my favorites for brunch or breakfast. Impecable food and incredible wine. The champagne list is as good as it gets in LA. Always a shady spot to sit in with the dogs. Great service and management is on point and helpful with a deep knowledge of wine. Every dish we on the menu is delicious. The Niçoise salad is really good. Highly recommend the Krug vintage champagne.

Jericho Green: If you're feeling like a 30oz tin of caviar for what ever reason, this is the place. While the Ossetra President is my personal fav, you really can't go wrong with their selection. Their service is impeccable and will fulfill just about any reasonable request. If you're near Robertson, definitely head over there and enjoy a nice cold, crisp sauv blanc, their burrata salad, and a tin of Ossetra- youll feel like a million bucks. Or maybe what it feels like to have a million bucks?

Taix French Restaurant: what do users think?

Tatiana Bugaeva: I loved it

Rob C: , suddenly thrust his arm through the old man's back. His fist blasted through the man's chest and blood splattered all over our table! The server had a ring in his bloodied hand, presumably pulled from the senior's wind pipe. He then handed the ring to a handsome black man, who proceeded to propose to his well-dressed boyfriend. After having to be subjected to all of this, the restaurant didn't even offer to comp our bill.Otherwise, the food and service was fabulous.

Blinkin Firefly: . Unfortunately the top was way too burnt, and the bitterness really over-powered the custard. That was disappointing. I had to avoid eating the blackened parts which was most of the top. If I go back, I hope they will accept a request to go easy on the brulee. The waitress was lovely! 3

Holly Lieberenz: Just tried this restaurant after years of driving by and wondering if it was good. It did not disappoint! Not only did our trout and steak fries taste terrific, but the portions were huge! Prices very reasonable. Easy valet lot.Staff is excellent! Decor dated, but large booths so you can have a private conversation. Will definitely return.

Marina V: Have been coming to this beautiful historic restaurant for a few years now. Everything is great, the food and the service and the vibe. It's pretty amazing that this place has been aeound aince 1927. Highly recommend!! Escargot is excellent! Fries are the best too. Trout almondine is very good.P.S.The valet guys now take Venmo, which is super convenient!

Evillincoln: The good.... The food was phenomenal. Possibly the best calamari I've ever had. Every ounce of food had heart and soul in it and that isn't rare in Los Angeles but It never gets old. Our waiter was absolutely fantastic and all of the staff really was pretty great. The bad.... It was absolutely freezing cold in this place. I think it's a really old building and they don't have central heating so we went on a 47° night and it maybe was 60° inside. That made for a very uncomfortable eating experience. It was also oddly quiet for the first hour we were there until they realized that the music wasn't playing. Eating at a restaurant with no music is really strange. I know this is an LA staple and I guess it's decor is similar to how French restaurants are but there's a lot of gold and honestly the whole place kind of looks like your grandmother's house. Absolutely worth the trip though! 👍🏿

Hadder Galo: I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taix, a french restaurant, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant and sophisticated, with traditional french decor. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was greeted by the waiter who escorted me to my reserved table. The lighting in this section of the restaurant was dimmed, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that was perfect for a romantic evening out or a quiet dinner with friends. The tables were well-spaced, providing a sense of privacy and exclusivity. The overall atmosphere was quiet and serene, with only the soft murmur of conversation around you, making it an ideal place for couples, friends, and families looking to enjoy a delicious meal in a relaxed setting. The service was attentive and professional, with servers who are knowledgeable about the menu and able to provide recommendations. I decided to eat the Steak Frites au Poivre which is a classic French dish that typically consists of steak that is pan-seared and served with a peppercorn sauce, and fries. The steak is typically cooked to the desired level of doneness and I chose medium well in order to balance both tenderness and flavor and I must say, it was an incredibly delicious experience. The steak itself had a rich and complex flavor, with a perfect balance of tenderness and juiciness. The peppercorn sauce added a bold and savory taste that complemented the steak perfectly. The fries were also amazing, they were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, they balanced the richness of the steak. The dish was presented beautifully, and it was clear that a lot of care and attention had gone into its preparation. I highly recommend giving it a try if you ever have the opportunity, it’s sure to be a culinary delight. In addition to the delicious meal, I also had the pleasure of trying one of the restaurant's desserts, a chocolate mousse. I must say, it was truly a decadent experience. The mousse had a rich and velvety texture, with a strong milk chocolate flavor that was both intense and indulgent. The mousse was whipped and it was so silky that it was almost like cream, it was incredibly delicious and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable dining experience. It was the perfect end to a perfect meal, and it left a lasting impression on me.

Perch: what do users think?

Erdem: As someone from NYC, I wasn't fascinated by the view. LA's downtown area seemed quite sketchy, too. The food, however, was amazing! The service was friendly too. At the end of our dinner the manager came to check if we had a good time. He was very personable and gave us great recommendations of places to go after dinner.Ps. Valet parking is available.

Olaf Thamm: A must do when in LA!

Olivia Rankin: I truly enjoyed my experience at perch. I arrived during the happy hour around 4 PM. This was the perfect time to go. The restaurant wasn’t really crowded and we got one of the best seats in the restaurant that overlooked the city. Not only was the view awesome, but the food was also very delicious. 🤤I recommend coming during the happy hour honestly because you get the opportunity to order a little bit of this and a little bit of that. During this time you can order from their happy hour menu and fromfrom the dinner menu.

Swats: The rooftop on the 15th floor is great, but it cannot accommodate many groups. Just five groups can occupy most of the amazing view, leaving no seating space for others. It would have been better if there were more seats. The patio on the lower floor is fantastic, and the ambiance is even better than on the rooftop. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the warmth from the heaters. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the food as the kitchen was closed, but the other service staff were polite and friendly.

Becky A.: Really lovely rooftop - gorgeous views during the day and at night.Got the chance to come here for a group event and tried the chicken skewers and brioche beef sliders and they were really good.Had the Moscow mule which was more on the sweeter side than I’m used to due to the candied ginger but it was still a decent drink.

A Food Affair: what do users think?

James Berkowitz: , the main section where all business and order activity takes place, and a back patio which I did not check it out as it was very windy and chilly outside. I’m particularly sensitive with noise and found that the front section was in earshot of passing traffic, however, upon being inside in the main entrance transported into warm and welcoming ambiance of black and white photos hung on the wall, unusual artifacts similar to the clock pictured, and distinct furnishings that were also used for utensils and needed items.I was greeted promptly even though busy on a Saturday night and dining solo which has its challenges was met with a few options for a welcoming stay in which I chose a private like table near the hall leading towards the kitchen.Servers were prompt with taking order along with a quick turnaround in bringing to the table. Also, upon completion of meal removing finished plates and silverware. Table touches with a smile and friendly conversation regarding food and guest experience were delightful.I ordered the French Onion Soup, Fresh Market Veggie Casserole, a glass of Malbec, and French Chocolate Mousse for dessert. All were succulent and amazingly delicious!!! I savored every morsel and spoonful embracing the moments of exceptional taste and quality. Truly magnificent seasonings, texture, and portions that were perfectly sized. The atmosphere was filled with great energy. A table celebrating a birthday, couples enjoying themselves, group tables laughing and conversing. Good vibes!!!This is a top notch professional restaurant that knows how to take care of business with wonderful hospitality and welcoming presence.Regarding budget, my bill came to $79 including tax before tipping so prepare for a $100 per person if ordering a full meal from soup, entree, glass of wine, and dessert. Every penny well worth it!Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options. Not for vegan as there is cheese in the vegetarian items like the Veggie Casserole and French Onion Soup.

rebekah Soto`: Everything I’ve tried is amazing! Always fresh and every ingredient on your plate matches. The service is excellent. Owners are amazing and always welcoming. The chef always comes out to make sure you enjoyed your meal! My favorite also is the server always knows what one to pair with your food and suggest great options. Best French restaurant in Los Angeles! Mustttt try

Jonathan Stahl: I have nothing bad to say about this place. I can tell you that this place can up there game in many ways. All in all the place has good service good food in the atmosphere was good too not great but goodParking: They have parking

L'APPART by AIR FOOD: what do users think?

Andréa Araujo: I decided to check out a new brunch spot with great reviews on Google. I made a reservation, but I believe that the restaurant also accepts walk-ins. The ambiance was lovely with live music, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to my expectations. For brunch, they offered a variety of buffet items, including croissants, crepes, and other dishes. However, to my disappointment, I found a strand of eyelashes in my juice. The service was unsatisfactory as well, with only two waiters serving the entire restaurant. This was unfair to both the customers and staff. I had to grab utensils from other tables because my table had none. While the idea of a brunch buffet is great since customers can choose what they want to eat, the staff and owner should pay attention to these little details. Perhaps it would be better to try the restaurant for dinner instead.

Jim Sherman: oysters with a mango and pomelo gele, which I was a little concerned about being too sweet and strong to over power the oysters, but quite unexpectedly it was subtle. I was very upset that there was no French onion soup as I heard it was the best soup of that y type in LA, so we got the pizza with snails as an appetizer and it was delicious . For the main , I got the duck confit with a piquant red fruit sauce and it was outstanding... Not to rich! How did they do that? Partner got the lamb shank which was good too with its sauce. I'm still glad I got the confit. Will return for the bœuf bourguignon, which they make with red miso and butternut squash. Strangely inexpensive, or at least well priced. Reasonable enough that I could become a regular...

julien jeannot: I recently dined at L’appart and was blown away by the experience. The ambiance was charming, with dim lighting and cozy seating arrangements. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, providing excellent recommendations. As for the food, each dish was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delight. I especially loved « Tartare de Duck Breast »that really well seasoned and « Boeuf Bourguignon », which was cooked to perfection. Overall, I highly recommend L’Appart for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. I’ll be back when I come back in LA.

pasjoli: what do users think?

Stephen Lim: Really love this restaurant. One of the best food crews on the West Coast, from a level of attention to detail on food and service. I think it was smart for them to loosen up a bit with a la carte service instead of traditional pre fixe for this tier of restaurants.Love the recent collaborations. Here are some shots of their recent event with Yangban.

Adreena Angela: The interior of this place is quite attractive and it's got a very good menu if you're into very classic French food, and aren't afraid of everything being very rich and buttery.I found the appetisers and hors d'oeuvres better than the mains, which were pretty heavy. The tartare, dauphinois and chicken liver was exceptional.A nice meal marred slightly by the service which was a but uncomfortable. The relentless upsell was a bit much.

Cameron Harati: They were out of the duck when I went which was disappointing and everything else we got was good but nothing crazy. Maybe the Michelin star is for the duck, but otherwise, I don't see it. Get more ducks!Food: 4/5 …

Cate F.: , mostly because we ordered the most expensive dishes on the menu, but I’m really glad I did have the duck at least once! I would definitely go back!

Alan Dyck: It was an amazing experience in a beautiful setting. Great and differentiated appetizers. Top tier mains. Perfectly attentive front of house, took care of plates and drinks without intruding—so hard to get this right. And the desserts! And coincidentally, my birthday the day before, and my date’s birthday the day after. We got a nice unobtrusive candle to blow out together, and they treated us with kindness and respect.

Lit S: Great place to.eat

Gayane Alaverdyan: Cafe Chez Marie is like a smal paradise in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We enjoyed brunch with my husband at this cosy place. The food was fresh and delicious professionally served. The music played was pleasant. The owner and staff are nice. I wish we discovered this place earlier.

Roy Urman: Without a doubt the best breakfast in California!Marie is a wonderful chef and an amazing host.

Todd Makeever: Cafe Chey Marie is a nice place to have breakfast or lunch, especially if you want to dine alfresco. The food was tasty, but seemed a little on the expensive side for 2 people. Overall a nice breakfast experience.

Sam О.: Delicious, properly french great quality food and amazing service in such a lovely location.I highly recommend.

David Lawler: Marie is wonderful. Her presence exudes a palpable love for food, people, and her business when she greeted me. The food was excellent, I have gone twice and it is a very good staff who help make it run smooth. I will return and hopefully get to see more of her beautiful smile. A very refreshing experience.

Thomas Genack: Fantastic, authentic French cuisine with friendly service in a really neat old building on Santa Monica Boulevard. Excellent deserts too; I recommend the creme brulee.

Le Petit Four: what do users think?

Arthur Jacquot: I recently visited Le Petit Four and I must say, it's one of the best French restaurants I've experienced in Los Angeles. The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. We started with the snails, which were superb, followed by a Quiche Lorraine and Salade Niçoise for the entrées. Each dish was simply incredible, perfectly capturing the essence of French cuisine. The ambiance of the restaurant enhances the authentic French vibe, making it a must-visit for anyone in search of genuine French dining. I absolutely recommend Le Petit Four if you're looking for a top-notch French restaurant experience.

Emilio Lopez: Service: 5/5

Shane Mang: Delicious. Solid restaurant for a business lunch, or a date night. Lots of classic French dishes to choose from. Staff are friendly. Feels like a throwback to what dining in LA must have been like in the 50s or 60s.Parking: Lots of parking behind the building.

Dave Thomas (Savageglory Photography): A pleasant eatery reminiscent of a bustling Parisian brasserie. Items on the lunch menu were reasonably-priced with no frills and correctly-prepared. Patisserie and boulangerie items were fresh and seemed generally baked the same day. Welcoming interior makes one feel like they’re not at a busy corner at Cienega and 3rd.

Le petit Restaurant: what do users think?

Artin Matt: I had an exceptional dining experience at Le Petit Restaurant. This charming French establishment truly captures the essence of France. I made reservations for a special birthday celebration one week in advance and requested a specific table, which they graciously accommodated. Upon arrival, we took advantage of their convenient valet service for $13, eliminating any parking worries. As we entered, the hostess warmly greeted us, already aware of our special occasion. The restaurant's cozy ambiance resembled a rustic French country kitchen, adding to the overall charm. We opted for a delightful 6-course meal to fully immerse ourselves in French cuisine. Our culinary journey began with the Bigeye Ahi Tuna Tartare, a perfect blend of fatty and lean tuna topped with creamy avocado. The second course, Black Mussels Poulette in a rich white wine reduction with shallot sauce, was generously portioned and could easily suffice as a main dish at $16.95.To cleanse our palates, we enjoyed a Caesar salad before delving into the main courses. Our knowledgeable waiter expertly guided us through wine pairings and recommended a bottle of 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape, perfectly complementing each dish. After the appetizers, we indulged in the main courses. The fifth course featured a delectable Crispy Duck paired with wild rice, haricots verts, baby carrots, and a delightful fusion of orange and Grand Marnier priced at $39.95. Following that, we savored a 16oz Creekstone USDA Prime Angus Ribeye Steak as our next entrée, accompanied by a cognac black peppercorn sauce and pommes frites for $54.95.As we approached the final course, we were treated to a heavenly Soufflé au Chocolat, served with vanilla bean ice cream, chocolate and vanilla sauces, and a dollop of whipped cream. This decadent dessert provided a fitting conclusion to our exquisite dining experience at Le Petit Restaurant, leaving us thoroughly satisfied and impressed by the culinary artistry on display. In addition to the à la carte menu, Le Petit Restaurant offers specials and set 3-course meals, as well as daily specials for those seeking a more streamlined dining experience. While opting for these options can simplify your visit, I highly recommend stepping out of your comfort zone and exploring the diverse flavors and offerings on the menu. Embracing the opportunity to try new and unique dishes can truly elevate your culinary experience and introduce you to a world of delightful flavors and textures. Don't hesitate to embark on a culinary adventure and savor the full range of offerings that Le Petit Restaurant has to offer.Overall, Le Petit Restaurant provided an unforgettable gastronomic experience, offering authentic French flavors in a delightful setting. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to savor exquisite French cuisine in a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.Parking: Parking is bit difficult but doable. But the restaurant does offer valet parking for $13 bucks.

Fatima Marques: Came here for my birthday with my husband, the food was absolutely fantastic. I had the peppercorn ribeye steak with shoestring fries. The steak was perfectly cooked and tender and the sauce was spot on.My husband had the lamb shank with couscous and he loved it.Great wine pour too. Thumbs up!!!!
