The structured workouts eliminate the need for planning; I simply show up and everything is ready. The trainers are supportive and motivational, always pushing you to get one more rep in. The community atmosphere adds an extra layer of encouragement and camaraderie. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a comprehensive and engaging fitness experience.

Thomas Mendolia: I did as many personal workouts you can imagine, from the apps, to the strategies from YouTube fitness stars. Nothing stuck with me until I did F45. I became part of the 100 club purely because it made exercise enjoyable, and when I finished I felt like I had accomplished something big for the day. All the trainers were incredibly gracious and helpful. Paul was always personally attentive and pushed me further than I thought I could go. Amanda and Angela were always a foundational smiling face that made class such joy, starting my day with happiness. Anthony definitely pushed me the furthest with his tough love approach, every time I finished a class with him I was proud of myself. And Jacobo brought such a unique and motivating energy that filled my soul each time. These were my core trainers that I had class with, each with their own individual style that gave me exactly what I needed in my fitness journey, and beyond. Even the newer trainers such as Kara were developing their unique brand of motivation that made going to F45 every day a unique experience. To me, that's what I needed in an exercise, something fresh every time. Unfortunately for me, I moved away, but I will miss the friends I made, and I will miss this group of trainers that guided me past my initially perceived limits. Thank you to all of you.

I never work out so I was scared of looking like a newb.One day I decided to sign up and it was such a fun experience! The awesome music really gets you going and you're usually teamed up with someone so you're not doing the workouts alone.You build camaraderie and friendships in class because you see how everyone just struggles together and also supports one another. You can tell the instructors really care for your well-being, and pushes you to do your best.My fiancé told me that me joining F45 was one of the best things that has happened to me because he's seen how much stronger I've become, and I agree! Andrew Chao: I've been a full time member here for 6 months now, but I've been coming on and off for the last 2 years. It's a great community. You don't get the peer pressure to go too hard like you might in a crossfit class. Don't get me wrong, you'll want to push yourself because of the music and hype. There's screens in front of every section of stations so regardless if you're a more experienced lifter or not, it's nice to have a visual cue when a trainer can't be quickly available. Trainers are always walking around keeping eye out on form, or they'll help out at the ones that are a bit more complex.

Cheryl Saguros: Paul is great at providing guidance to help you reach your goals. By the end of the Challenge I lost 6.6 lbs. in body weight, had 15% fat loss and lowered my body fat % by 2.7%. I was really happy with the results and I even won the Coach's award, which was a surprising bonus!To continue the momentum, in September 2023 I signed up for my next 45-day Challenge. This time I didn't count macros since the healthy eating habits that I established from the previous Challenge carried over. I found that I craved healthier foods, which satisfied my appetite so I didn't need to eat as much or overeat. I continued to work out daily at the gym and that helped me get stronger. Back in May I could barely do one unassisted pull-up. Now I am up to 7 unassisted pull-ups. I found that consistency is key to get to this point. By the end of the second Challenge I lost 11.7 lbs. in body weight, had 20% fat loss and lowered by body fat % by 2.8%. I ended up being the female winner for the Challenge!In the last 4 months I have lost over 20 lbs. in body weight

She really does have a vested interest in improving your athletic performance while making sure you have a fun time during each workout. We can’t recommend her enough!Ganbatte Fitness is an exceptional place to train; whether you’re a lifetime athlete or someone who’s just dipping their toe into the CrossFit world. LUIS GARCIA JR: I started visiting Rise in December of 2022. Initially I just wanted to learn the basics of boxing, and have fun, so I took a class a week. Soon after, I discovered the amazing commitment of the coaches, the members, and specifically Taylor. Everyone works very hard, everyone is very supportive and encouraging. It’s a great atmosphere. This made me want to join the Rise family, and I became a full time member by March 2023. It was the best decision I’ve made for my lifestyle. At 45, I’ve lost approximately 30 lbs, I’ve learned the value of matching a proper nutrition regimen with consistent exercise. Im stronger and more active than I was at 35! It’s been a truly life changing experience. If you’re ready for a positive lifestyle change, don’t think twice, Rise will take you to the next level.

Ian Hoge: Great Gym and community. Ive been going here for 5 months. I was initially intimated by crossfit but the staff is so helpful and welcoming. The workouts are tough but they dont take a lot of time so it feels reasonable. I definitely feel the strongest I have been in many years.

I've always struggled with double-unders--Luis was very patient and encouraging as he coached me on the proper technique. I have seen a lot of great progress in a few short weeks that I know I would not have achieved without Jason and Debby. Overall, I would highly recommend Jason’s program to anyone regardless of experience level, health history, or anything else that may be holding you back from finally working towards your health/body goals!

Nana Wilberforce: after having two babies. Jason was super responsive and professional. He asked what my goals were and talked me through the process and sent the information in writing as well. He provided an 8-week postpartum diet, cardio, and strength plan. It allowed for modifications as a breastfeeding mother and was very doable, though it required a lot of dedication as expected. I worked with personal trainer Dennis who is very knowledgeable, prompt, and flexible with training times. They are both bodybuilders and are very knowledgeable about diet and fitness, including knowledge beyond just heavy lifting. I am fitter and stronger than I was before having both babies and they have refreshed my dietary habits such that I have been able to maintain my weight during the holidays with ease.

She brings weights, bands and other equipment with her each session. I have been training for only three weeks and I am extremely pleased with my results, as far as strength, stamina and posture. Jason also has an online magazine with a variety of topics which I can access. In only a short amount of time I can see my strength increasing in a very favorable way and intend to continue with this trainer indefinitely. I couldn't be more pleased.

My concerns washed away as he treated me with respect and always responded to any questions I had on a timely matter. Rory Fitzpatrick: Jason’s a really great trainer. I do the virtual personal training program because I know form, I just don’t have the knowledge to build my own plan. Jason’s always been very responsive whenever I have questions. He doesn’t give you a cookie-cutter plan; I have a few physical limitations and my gym doesn’t have the widest variety of equipment and he was very understanding and helped find the right exercise substitutions.I found the diet plan really helpful because it’s flexible enough where I can try different foods, but specific enough about how much and when to eat so I actually see results. Be clear with your goals and stick to what he says and you’ll definitely be happy with where you are in just a few months.
