Benoît: Stayed there for my birthday and wasn't disappointed.Was great with a hapoy birthday, a birthday card, a birthday cake and champagne! Thank you to the team!Room was gigantic, bed was perfect with perfect pillows of various firmness.Staff is really nice.Only weird thing is the use of a transfer elevator which is a bit annoying.I had a great experience here and would highly recommend staying there.

The shower head is in an awkward position & you will get drenched immediately when you turn it on. Our reservation on the app said that we had access to club lounge, but we were firmly denied it. In Los Angeles, you should also have more vegetarian options in your restaurants.
Tanuomaaleu Ah You: Great place to relax. Very Busy on Laker Game day but the service was not compromised. The Fennel Chicken salad needed more champagne vinaigrette. The ambiance is gorgeous and relaxing.Nearby activities: LA live is next door with tons of eateries. And you have Regal Cinemas across the street for a movie night.Walkability: Conveniently located on Olympic and Figueroa in Downtown LA and just outside of Korea town.

Isaiah Herrero: Nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, the SLS Hotel at La Cienega offered a brief yet memorable stay during our exploration of the city. Despite our Airbnb in Beverly Hills, we found ourselves drawn to the hotel's elegant rooms and inviting ambiance. While our time was short, the experience was nothing short of welcoming and luxurious, providing a delightful retreat from our adventures across LA.
Ashley Thomas: The only reason this hotel gets 4 stars is because of the food and the hotel staff…the rooms themselves are 2/3 stars. But the food- omg delicious!For breakfast I had the mushroom omelette, bacon, and sourdough toast…the toast I could have done without, but the omelette was probably one of the best I’ve ever had. For a late dinner I had the mini burger + fries and it was the perfect serving size and cooked to perfection - 10/10!The hotel is walking distance to the mall, so I loved the location as well.

I found the staff friendly. The design I found a little strange, with mirrors pretty much everywhere. The foyer seemed to be lacking energy, but overall good experience.

Katrina Samen: The Intercontinental downtown is a huge, buzzy, well maintained hotel, and I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially assisting guests to navigate the very confusing elevator system to check in and leave/enter the building. Better wayfinding signage is needed. But I did appreciate the china service set for my room service breakfast, not plastic, as in other hotels. The US just needs better coffee overall!Rooms: As an IHG member, I was upgraded to an amazing room with a stunning view.
Richard: There is a lot to like about the hotel.If you're going to stay downtown, it's very conveniently located and very central. Also, the views? Good luck beating the panoramic views of the city anywhere else.The gym is tremendous both in size and offerings. Probably the best gym I've seen at any hotel. Very diverse equipment and they have a real squat rack, lift platform and bench press racks. An extreme rarity for most hotels.I was also impressed that the hotel uses Breydo products, which are fantastic.I did have an issue during my stay, but no hotel is immune from this happening though. It's how the hotel responds and I can confidently say, this hotel is first class. I didn't expect anything but the hotel went way above and beyond to make it right. So in the oft chance you have a problem, this hotel does a very good job here. My dealings with the staff were all top notch. Maria at the front desk was wonderful at check-in as was Franz in the front office.I definitely look forward to returning next time I'm in town and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

You can view mountain and the 360 degree view of while city.Rooms are very nice and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. I wish American hotel start putting international plug. Toilet are clean and spacious.Hotel lobby is located at 70 floor. You need to go to lobby every time you want to go to your room. It is maze to find the elevator. However, there are multiple elevators so you don’t wait for more than 1 mins.Hotel is fully accessible and has cafeteria and bar. There are meeting rooms for conference and business meetings. Gerald Balbalec: Used to be great during the 1980s, 1990s and up until 2015. Nowadays the hotel guests that have stayed there make the hotel look bad. Nowadays, some of the hotel guests are mostly thuggish, criminals or wannabes disrespecting hotel staff, always complaining to get anything FREE and continue to make themselves think they can have anything their way. "Disrespectful degenerates need to show some class, respect and dignity for themselves!" I commend the hotel staff for putting up with these types of guests. As for the rooms and service from hotel staff, I have no problems with since they are respectful and have done a decent job despite being understaffed during the COVID-19 pandemic and at present. Update: 4 Stars for now until the majority of the disrespectful type of people visiting or staying are no longer or discouraged to stay and or visit. If and when the hotel rates starts to increase due to inflation. Hopefully it happens sooner than later. By the way, a lot of hotels in the Los Angeles area are being affected by the same type of degenerates. I also forgot to mention the Valet parking is currently at $49 per day with limited parking spaces and so far, not enough employees in that department to deal with so many vehicles, rude people before or when the "GARAGE IS FULL." Once overcapacity happens,, hotel guests and visitors will be waiting to get inside for at least 1 or 2 hours from the garage entrance and by then you will be denied parking because THE GARAGE REALLY IS FULL. Plus it takes even longer to get any vehicle out. Once everything goes back to some type of normalcy, the star rating will go up in the near future.

Gered K: The rustle of whispering crickets roared in crescendo as we approached the precipice. Overwatch from the entrance we see the sound wasn't crickets but the small warbled of a cloverleaf mantle of burbling fountains of crystal clear water.The first view was amazing, the lobby and open courtyard and 24 hour food selections are awesome.They had booked our room though and the "deluxe" room they replaced it with was staring straight at the outside elevator.The elevator ride was fun, but it was so strange to see your room on the 11th floor before you ever enter it.Beds are nice and pillows are variable firmness which allows one to mix and match to achieve the level of comfort home may provide.Both nights here were interrupted by extremely loud talking followed by very loud music. But the first time stopped by itself and the second time a security guard fixed the problem extremely fast.All in all 4 stars is fairSorry this review isn't as funny my others. marie lopez: From the moment we pulled up in front of the hotel, the hotel staff was welcoming, friendly, professional, and helpful. Valet, Doorman, Reception/Check-in staff all greeted us and answered all of our questions. The hotel itself and the room was very clean. The room was very roomy, plenty of space. The bathroom was large with a separate bath tub and also a shower stall. Water pressure was good, and the water stayed hot throughout our showers. The views of downtown LA were beautiful. Plenty of outdoor places to walk through and enjoy. Plenty of places to take beautiful pictures. The area is safe and clean. Plenty of places to dine or enjoy a few drinks. I really appreciated the extra security features, although you will always need your room key handy to use the elevators or to come back into the hotel from the outside court area on the second floor. Family friendly hotel with an outdoor giant chess board, corn hole, giant connect four games. The Angel Flight Trolly will take you down to more restaurants and more sightseeing areas. I highly recommend Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza.

Jess Valiente: Have stayed here twice for business trips and I've enjoyed it both times. If there is one complaint I have, it's that the coffee shop in the lobby can be a challenge to actually enjoy - they only ever seem to have 1, MAYBE 2 people working there at a time which causes a long line of people in the morning trying to get their caffeine, and I have usually ended up getting coffee somewhere else. But the facilities are nice and the room itself is comfortable and clean. I look forward to my time at the JW.

J.A. Sanders: This is my favorite hotel in Los Angeles. I used to live in L.A., but I've returned on several occasions. I usually stay with family, but I have stayed in hotels, and this is my absolute favorite. I remember the hotel from back in the '90s as well, when it had a very European style throughout, but now it's modernized; I generally don't like modern-looking hotels, but this is probably the only exception. Everything about the Sofitel exudes class. I don't stay here overnight often, but I try to have lunch here at least once every time I come out. I've had nothing but great experiences eating here, and as far as the rooms are concerned, immaculate is how I would describe them. One of my favorite occasions was when a friend of mine had a small dinner party for family and close friends on the eve of her wedding, and the staff went out of their way to make everybody feel special, not just the bride and groom. I'll always remember how kind the staff members were to me after I lost my only pair of prescription sunglasses; the hotel offered to pay for a replacement, but I refused with appreciation. Of all the hotels in L.A., the Sofitel deserves a blue ribbon for quality, service, and overall beauty. I can't wait to come back.

Naveen Allin: This place was amazing. Will definitely come back. Affordable. Has a "vibe". I found the shared rooms to be clean and comfortable. The customer service was kind and efficient. The downstairs coffee and breakfast was amazing. The lobby was relaxing, spacious, cozy, and classy. The evening live music was intriguing. The Saturday house music pool party on the roof was mind blowing with the LA skyline around me. It felt like a new discovery was waiting for me every time I returned to the hostel.THEN!John and the security team very kindly mailed me an item I left there with ease and understanding. 10/10.
Wilford Karsten: There were many amenities in the hotel itself with a restaurant, coffee shop, bar, and a rooftop bar with a pool! It can be a little loud at night if you’re on the street side but, you are in a major city after all.
Chit Min Swe Tin: I had a good experience staying there. Especially because I had a very ethical roommates and helpful staffs. The room and the bathroom was very clean. Good quality mattress. Nice view on the rooftop. My only issue was that all electrical outlets in the room were loose and they didn’t charge my devices properly. Other than that, very good experience!

I told the front desk about the air conditioner and put it in the new room. The new room was perfect and very quick to help.The service was great.Had breakfast there and it was perfect. I didn't eat dinner, but I wanted to. The location is in a very good location. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Cindy Cheong: . I can handle it and it’s not deal breaker for me. Bed was comfortable. Slept well.There’s a bar and seating area for food inside the hotel. We didn’t eat there. I took a look at it. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.There was one issue that did end up getting resolved during our stay. The previous tenant of the room who checked out apparently tripped the automatic smoke detection system they had in place and it ended up charging us as the next tenants.We did have to end plans a bit early to go back and talk to staff but they ended up resolving this issue within minutes and made sure that I received a copy of the reversal of the charge.I can't really fault the staff or the hotel for putting measures into place for detecting people breaking smoking policies but I do warn that things can slip through the cracks and to just talk with the staff members in a calm manner.I still enjoyed my experience of staying at the hotel no matter.Nearby activities: Convention venues nearbyFood & drinks: Fast food and quality restaurants available nearby
911eVoX: with 800 sq ft place in DTLA. It included a mini bar, and recovery equipment coming in very useful after a long run. I experienced excellent reception from the staff on a busy night with a Lakers game nearby. The food was okay at the breakfast restaurant in the morning, but there are so many options in the vicinity that would be worth exploring. I am a solo traveler, but felt right at home staying on the 12th floor. Gym was okay, but there was plenty of running trails around that allowed me to get out of the hotel and get some activity in. I usually stay at the Intercontinental or Ritz in town, but I believe I will be staying here going forward. Excellent service!
Jason C: Went with Hotel Figueroa since it was close to the Union Station as I needed to catch Amtrak for the second part of my travel. Booked the hotel via American Express, so got some additional perks. When I checked in, got upgraded to Junior Suite and $100 food and beverage credit, which I used at the hotel bar.The room was large, bed was comfortable, the sofa was very soft when you sit, it sinks in lol. Since it's close to downtown, be careful when you explore the area, while there are lot of homeless people around, they won't bother you, but still be mindful when you walk around. There's also lot of food trucks around the hotel, so you have few food options. Overall, had a great 3 nights, the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Every worker from the door guy, front desk, security, waiter, to my awesome housekeeper had great customer service. Kudos to your Management team. Maddison Woore: I recently stayed at the E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown LA and close to many popular attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's fitness center was a nice added bonus. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the location. However, the hotel could use some updates in terms of decor and technology. But overall, I had a great stay and would recommend the E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in downtown LA.Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-appointed providing a cozy atmosphere.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here were really delicious and authentic in taste.
Yoji I: , so I got it at a 7-Eleven next to a gas station, which was about a 5-minute walk away. There was a kitchen truck at the intersection in the back and we got dinner. The burrito and large fish and chips cost about $17, which was very reasonable and delicious! Restaurants are good, but things like this are also good.

The beds are crazy comfortable. It's hard for me to fall asleep in a new place, and I dropped right away here.Nearby activities: LA LIVE is right outside the door, the garment district is only a few blocks away, the bus to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm is right out back. What isn't there to do here?Safety: It seems like a pretty safe area. I didn't run into any problems.Food & drinks: There are so many food and drink options nearby that it's easy to forget that the hotel also has nice food and drink options.
ManVs Fish: I really Enjoyed my stay at The E Central Hotel.Rooms very clean and Modern trendy look. Also Friendly staff . From Maria at front Desk to Tony helping me with my luggage or Lorenzo serving me a cocktail at the Lounge . The staff was very accommodating. The Property felt very secure . And the Location is Amazing. Walking distance from Crypto and Convention Center. Metro down the street as well as bus stops to get back to Union Station close by.

Roxanne Gabel: and shared with Joe's parking. The hotel is walking distance from departures though if you don't have heaps of bags. I'd estimate a 10 minute walk.Check in was easy. The room was beautiful! It's a lovely hotel and quite luxurious. There's a nice coffee shop in the lobby as well.I would 100% stay here again. Alex Meiring: Hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms & hotel itself were spotless! Not once did it give off that nasty hotel smell that you usually get. Staff was nice for the most part, some of the front desk girls seemed uninterested in my questions but they were the late night shift. The shuttle to the airport was a hassle! Drivers were rude! We were fortunate to have a car so we didn’t have to rely on them much.And the roof top deck…some of the most AMAZING VIEWS of Los Angeles & LAX. I can look past the small stuff. I’d 100% recommend this hotel for family & friends. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee cafe, & donuts sold in the lobby.Rooms: HUGE ROOMS, with HUGE WINDOWS. Nice lighting, beds were comfortable, & bathroom was amazing. Only thing that didn’t work great in our room was the mini fridge.Safety: Always felt safe. Never had any issues with anyone. They have security walking around as well. That was almost anywhere in LA.Noteworthy details: The roof top deck is a great place to soak up the sunshine. We enjoyed breakfast everyday of our stay! And the views are hard to beat..even in the mountains.
Michael Sih: Convenient LAX location with free 24 hour shuttle. Leave up to 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up. Shannon at the front desk was wonderful both times we stayed there. The breakfast bar was not kept well stocked and the selection was very limited. The suites and dining area were great.Rooms: Suites were great. We had a 2 room suite with a kitchenette, dining bar table, sofa and available adjoining room.

Mannie Daly: Once you learn the hotel is loosely based off Alice in Wonderland, you'll see it in a whole different light! The design choices become so thoughtfully selected, with black and white checkered bathroom floors, pops of teal, multi-dimensional side tables, etc. It combines whimsy, with luxury, with traditional.The in room dining was very fast! I had my order within 15 minutes of placing it, and it was excellent.I wish I'd had more time to enjoy the pool, but learned it's an iconic spot in LA!The hotel is in a great location being clean, safe, and being the perfect central location to lots of other parts of LA.
Eva Boguski: My family and I just spent five nights at Mondrian Los Angeles for March break. Everything was top notch at this hotel, from arrival to departure. The front desk staff, especially Rachel, were beyond helpful and kind. They accommodated every request with patience and understanding. We had a gorgeous, huge room on the 10th floor and we literally never heard a single noise all night. The room was clean and functional with lots of room to sleep our family of four comfortably. The pool is gorgeous and warm and my 12 year old stepdaughter had a ball swimming in it each day. The bar staff made us delicious mocktails. The restaurant in the hotel, Casa Madera, was the best meal we had on the trip. The lattes at Cafecito in the hotel lobby were perfect. The valet staff were excellent. The check out was seamless. I can’t say enough good things about Mondrian LA. Thank you for an amazing vacation! ♥️

If you go early you hear lots of birds and see the mist come up into the sky.Fun party on the Saturday night. They handed us earplugs and offered us free entry. If you can't beat em, join em. We were tired but still had fun.The rooms were clean, the showers were really cool with different faucets. The hotel shampoo was lime and bergamot. I used it over the one i brought.Wine key included with the room. Balconies were great, loved the mattresses, pillows, sheets, the breakfast restaurant in the hotel is so good too. So quiet you can have a conversation.We can't wait to come back here.

Valerie Thom: While the procedures for registration, check-in & checkout are not yet seamless nor intuitive not to worry, the stay was great. The daytime onsite staff are there to bridge the gap getting you checked in & settled with competence & kindness. The DTLA location, as well as the beautiful historic building, with it’s interesting rooms, rooftop pool & soon-to- be restaurant seal the deal. I recommend the Kasa Stiles Hotel without reservation. Great stay that exceeded my expectations. Looking forward already to my next stay.

Tia Collins: This hotel has definitely been a home away from home. I travel often and a Platinum Elite member and the staff is very professional and always welcoming. On my last few visits Mr. Daniel Bruington has always gone above and beyond to make my experience more than amazing for myself and my children, and I am extremely grateful. My 8 year old broke her toe and he had a microwave brought up so she could pop her popcorn and watch a movie. This may seem like a small thing, but it made a memory for her that she will always remember. It’s the little things and the attention to detail and noticing things without having to ask. Daniel’s professionalism and work ethic is extraordinary and goes a very long way. The rooms are also spacious and extremely clean. It’s also very safe and private which is also very important to me. When I’m in the area this hotel will always be my first choice.
Clif Kimpson: Top of the line experience, small temp problem with the room. They fixed it with a space heater within 20 minutes of my call. I didn't have much of a view, but so what... definitely first class.Rooms: Roomy clean and timeless.Walkability: There are theaters, restart and UCLA within a mile.Food & drinks: I ate at STK on property 😋. The food was good if it was a bit overpriced.
