Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles: what do users think?

Carlos Donato: Charming location with a bar across the hall. Staff was accommodating and professional.Noteworthy details: Historic Hotel

Katherine Dal Chele: Valet are rude and pushy. Esp. Joe or Joel. Desk staff is curt. Rooms are hit or miss, the hotel is 100 years old, but the rooms dont need to look like it. False advertising on website, I was supposed to get breakfast with my room and I didn't.Walkability: Lots to do nearbyNoteworthy details: Gorgeous hotel full of history.

Bob Gosford: Great to come back to this hotel that still feels like an old friend left too long between visits. An ideal location to access all that DTLA has to offer and staff offer excellent help and advice.I particularly enjoyed indulging in a nightly Black Dahlia cocktail at the Gallery Bar.Thanks to Victor, Romulus and Mr Wu for keeping me entertained and happy!

Tilt Hotel Universal/Hollywood, Ascend Hotel Collection: what do users think?

Sabrina: I enjoyed my stay and it was close to universal rooms were affordable compared to everywhere else and especially how close it was. I left my glasses in the room and they were so helpful they got them and the manager reached out to me personally to assure me she would ship them out to me. I was expecting to pay but she said she wasn’t gunna charge me! 10/10 I will be coming back!!

M Fis: Great Value, no it’s not a new hotel but it has been refreshed. Comfortable Beds, Starbucks across the way along with a few really good restaurants and two convenience stores. Not a super busy area which makes it safer. Close to Hollywood Bowl and Universal. I will be back!Nearby activities: Universal Studios. Hollywood bowl. Starbucks. A great pizza place. Gas and the entrance to 101 right across from the driveway.

White House: The service at this hotel was remarkable! We lost our car keys the day before checkout and were so stressed trying to figure out what to do when we realized they were missing the morning of checkout. The gentleman at the front desk was so kind and helpful! He allowed us to keep all our bags in the lobby while we waited for a locksmith to come make us a new key. Also, we loved that we could walk to Universal Studios so we didn’t have to pay for parking at the park. It’s only about a .7 mile walk so it was perfect! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Bo V.: Freshly renovated rooms with good facilities, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, only the rooms on the side facing away from the street are recommended. There is too much noise on the street side. Parking spaces are subject to a charge. Location: not enough restaurants in the area within walking distance. But the price is appropriate for the locationWalkability: not enough restaurants in the area within walking distance.

Kaitlyn Myers: Good government rate. Fairly convenient location; really convenient if you’re there to visit Universal Studios. Comfortable enough. Overall quite satisfactory.Nearby activities: Universal Studios, Universal Citywalk

Patrick: The people who work here are extremely helpful. They had great recommendations. The rooms are a bit run down but are an affordable choice for visiting Universal Studios. The pool, though indoors, is freezing.

Viviana Pacheco: Location very close to Universal Studios, approximately 3-4 minutes by car. They have several restaurant options nearby and a Starbucks. The reception staff were very friendly and answered all of our questions. The room was very nice and clean. Very spacious, we stayed 3 children and 2 adults in a room with 2 queen beds.I hope to come back soon!

E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel: what do users think?

Maddison Woore: I recently stayed at the E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown LA and close to many popular attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel's fitness center was a nice added bonus. The price was also very reasonable, especially considering the location. However, the hotel could use some updates in terms of decor and technology. But overall, I had a great stay and would recommend the E-Central Downtown Los Angeles Hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in downtown LA.Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-appointed providing a cozy atmosphere.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here were really delicious and authentic in taste.

Yoji I: , so I got it at a 7-Eleven next to a gas station, which was about a 5-minute walk away. There was a kitchen truck at the intersection in the back and we got dinner. The burrito and large fish and chips cost about $17, which was very reasonable and delicious! Restaurants are good, but things like this are also good.

April Hergert: , but if you stay here, you'll be handy to a ton of what LA has to offer, so you won't be hanging around the hotel much anyway.Rooms: The interior design of the rooms is nice, with bold colors and a nice atmosphere. The beds are crazy comfortable. It's hard for me to fall asleep in a new place, and I dropped right away here.Nearby activities: LA LIVE is right outside the door, the garment district is only a few blocks away, the bus to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm is right out back. What isn't there to do here?Safety: It seems like a pretty safe area. I didn't run into any problems.Food & drinks: There are so many food and drink options nearby that it's easy to forget that the hotel also has nice food and drink options.

ManVs Fish: I really Enjoyed my stay at The E Central Hotel.Rooms very clean and Modern trendy look. Also Friendly staff . From Maria at front Desk to Tony helping me with my luggage or Lorenzo serving me a cocktail at the Lounge . The staff was very accommodating. The Property felt very secure . And the Location is Amazing. Walking distance from Crypto and Convention Center. Metro down the street as well as bus stops to get back to Union Station close by.

Brandon Robinson: Excellent stay

Sidney Clementina: First stay at this location and City. Good and friendly Service.Missing a restroom on ground level.Rooms: Rooms with good space.

The Moment Hotel: what do users think?

Catheerine H. Kathy: The Moment Hotel in Los Angeles is a trendy and vibrant property that caters to young partygoers. The lobby doubles as a bar and breakfast lounge, and the hallways are lined with black-and-white Hollywood-themed murals. The standard rooms are on the smaller side but are stylishly decorated with splashes of purple, orange, or green. Each room offers typical amenities like flat-screen TVs, rain showers, minibars, and air-conditioning. The rooftop bar is a great spot to enjoy a drink with a view. While the hotel is a bit pricey, it offers a unique and lively atmosphere that is perfect for those looking to be in the heart of the action.Rooms: The rooms are spacious and well-appointed providing a cozy atmosphere.Food & drinks: The food and drinks here were really delicious and authentic in taste.

Jeff Bell: Very nice people. Clean rooms. Have been here before would stay again.

Alex: The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for service is because of 1 person, the rest are ALWAYS nice and kind and helpful. Their beds and pillows are amazing. 24/7 access to a Balcony is a major plus, and it has comfy couches with Sunset Blvd view 🏼 BEST hotel for the price and location. I wanted to keep this to myself in case they realize they could charge alot more but now that I won't be going back because apparently check out and late check out times change according to the mood of 1 petty, passive aggressive person, im gonna go ahead and give an honest review🤣 Vivienne is the nicest coolest person ever, u better hope she's the one to check you in 😅 my whole life people become mean and rude the more often i see them even though I am always kind and respectful, and Vivienne always made my day with her steadfast energy👏🏼 also the night shift guy, forgot his name but literally this hotel is unmatched. HIGHLY recommend 😌 it sits dead in between sunset strip and the Hollywood walk of fame. Amazing restaurants walking distance, lots of variety in the room styles. Every room has dimming lights which is amazing for someone with epilepsy, also has an automated shade that will black out the room OR let in lots of natural light. 9.9/10 🙌🏼Safety: Cameras everywhere, front desk can see everyone that comes in & out which was very comforting as someone whos had stalkers & now has PTSD. The fact that I felt safe in here is sooooo rare.Walkability: Anything you could want or need within a mile

Mondrian Los Angeles: what do users think?

Mannie Daly: Once you learn the hotel is loosely based off Alice in Wonderland, you'll see it in a whole different light! The design choices become so thoughtfully selected, with black and white checkered bathroom floors, pops of teal, multi-dimensional side tables, etc. It combines whimsy, with luxury, with traditional. The in room dining was very fast! I had my order within 15 minutes of placing it, and it was excellent.I wish I'd had more time to enjoy the pool, but learned it's an iconic spot in LA!The hotel is in a great location being clean, safe, and being the perfect central location to lots of other parts of LA.

Eva Boguski: My family and I just spent five nights at Mondrian Los Angeles for March break. Everything was top notch at this hotel, from arrival to departure. The front desk staff, especially Rachel, were beyond helpful and kind. They accommodated every request with patience and understanding. We had a gorgeous, huge room on the 10th floor and we literally never heard a single noise all night. The room was clean and functional with lots of room to sleep our family of four comfortably. The pool is gorgeous and warm and my 12 year old stepdaughter had a ball swimming in it each day. The bar staff made us delicious mocktails. The restaurant in the hotel, Casa Madera, was the best meal we had on the trip. The lattes at Cafecito in the hotel lobby were perfect. The valet staff were excellent. The check out was seamless. I can’t say enough good things about Mondrian LA. Thank you for an amazing vacation! ♥️

Madeline Philp: Such an amazing hotel in the perfect location. The staff is great and goes above and beyond. This was my second time staying here and this time was even better than the last. The concierge is so helpful and a special shout-out to Ben who was extremely helpful when I was sick one day. He even checked on me the next day and was very kind. Also thank you to Mina for helping us book our car service.

K Victoria: We had a fantastic weekend here.I thought the pool would be cold but it was nice. Fantastic views of the city. If you go early you hear lots of birds and see the mist come up into the sky.Fun party on the Saturday night. They handed us earplugs and offered us free entry. If you can't beat em, join em. We were tired but still had fun.The rooms were clean, the showers were really cool with different faucets. The hotel shampoo was lime and bergamot. I used it over the one i brought.Wine key included with the room. Balconies were great, loved the mattresses, pillows, sheets, the breakfast restaurant in the hotel is so good too. So quiet you can have a conversation. We can't wait to come back here.

InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown, an IHG Hotel: what do users think?

Katrina Samen: The Intercontinental downtown is a huge, buzzy, well maintained hotel, and I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, especially assisting guests to navigate the very confusing elevator system to check in and leave/enter the building. Better wayfinding signage is needed. But I did appreciate the china service set for my room service breakfast, not plastic, as in other hotels. The US just needs better coffee overall!Rooms: As an IHG member, I was upgraded to an amazing room with a stunning view.

Richard: There is a lot to like about the hotel. If you're going to stay downtown, it's very conveniently located and very central. Also, the views? Good luck beating the panoramic views of the city anywhere else. The gym is tremendous both in size and offerings. Probably the best gym I've seen at any hotel. Very diverse equipment and they have a real squat rack, lift platform and bench press racks. An extreme rarity for most hotels.I was also impressed that the hotel uses Breydo products, which are fantastic.I did have an issue during my stay, but no hotel is immune from this happening though. It's how the hotel responds and I can confidently say, this hotel is first class. I didn't expect anything but the hotel went way above and beyond to make it right. So in the oft chance you have a problem, this hotel does a very good job here. My dealings with the staff were all top notch. Maria at the front desk was wonderful at check-in as was Franz in the front office.I definitely look forward to returning next time I'm in town and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Jaspal Singh: April 2024 5*Stayed for 4 nights at this place and it is just amazing property. You get one of the best view of Los Angeles. You can view mountain and the 360 degree view of while city.Rooms are very nice and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. I wish American hotel start putting international plug. Toilet are clean and spacious.Hotel lobby is located at 70 floor. You need to go to lobby every time you want to go to your room. It is maze to find the elevator. However, there are multiple elevators so you don’t wait for more than 1 mins.Hotel is fully accessible and has cafeteria and bar. There are meeting rooms for conference and business meetings. Staff is very courteous and helpful.Rooms: Very niceNearby activities: Shopping streetWalkability: Train station is opposite the street

M.d. Washington: A Luxurious Oasis in the Heart of Downtown LANestled in the vibrant heart of downtown Los Angeles, the InterContinental Hotel offers a truly remarkable experience that seamlessly blends luxury and convenience. From the moment you arrive, the top-notch customer service sets the tone, with attentive doormen and staff members escorting you to the elevators, ensuring a warm and personalized welcome. While the check-in process might seem a bit unconventional, as it's not located on the ground floor, it's a small hurdle that's quickly overshadowed by the hotel's many outstanding features. The elevators, although slightly confusing at first, become easier to navigate once you get accustomed to the system.Once you step into your room, you'll be greeted by a spacious and well-appointed sanctuary that exudes comfort and elegance. The accommodations are thoughtfully designed, offering all the amenities you could desire, ensuring a truly relaxing and indulgent stay. But the InterContinental Downtown LA is more than just a place to rest your head. If you're in the mood for a casual atmosphere, the cozy bar area beckons with its inviting ambiance and ample seating, complete with multiple TVs for your entertainment. One of the standout features of this hotel for me was the coffee area on the lower level, providing a convenient spot to fuel up on your favorite caffeinated beverage throughout the day.I was in awe, and for sure will return! It’s no wonder why this hotel continues to be a favorite among me and many discerning travelers. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, the InterContinental Downtown LA promises to make your stay truly unforgettable. As always..if it’s great..we be at it!

Ethan Stone: Incredible views! Nice pool as well.

Raphael Alfred: Not often I have the opportunity to stay in a hotel like this one. Found it to be very nice and welcoming. Staff incredibly nice and helpful. Lobby is on top of building - 70th floor with guest rooms on floors below. Cannot access guest rooms without going first to the lobby on 70. Great views of the city!Rooms: Clean, quiet and comfortableSafety: Great security presenceWalkability: Metro station is across the street and walki g distance to LA Live, Convention Center and Crypto Arena.Food & drinks: Food is so so for price paid

Miyako Hotel Los Angeles: what do users think?

Jolie Sheffer: , but that is more than outweighed by the cleanliness, convenience, and service.

William Allen: My room was tastefully decorated and surprisingly spacious for a downtown venue. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and spotless. The room faced the rear of the venue overlooking a parking lot and some of the downtown skyline, but it was thankfully quiet, which was most important to me. There were also excellent dine-in and cafe food options on-site.I found the Miyako an incredible value given its location and the consistently high level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to LA and highly recommend it!Rooms: Very nice room

Wilshire Crest Hotel: what do users think?

The Greatest Show On Earth: Stayed here for 2 nights in Mid-December.As an Orthodox Jew, this hotel was perfect. I could stay here without worrying about electronic locks or other things that would make staying at other hotels tricky on shabbos. Also, the room was very nice and the staff were very friendly. They even let me store my suitcase there before check-in time so I didn't have to drag it with me all over the area while I was waiting. Aron answered any questions I had in my emails to him.The continental breakfast was nice too. Nothing fancy, mostly cereal, yogurt, muffins, and I think there might have been oatmeal. There's also a hot water urn for coffee/oatmeal, plus a microwave in that same room. Finally, I want to thank everyone at the Wilshire Crest for helping to make my stay there so amazing!

Donna Scarlet: Beautiful, clean environment.Wonderful personnel. Great location.Too many good things to list.I will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!Rooms: Room looked recently remodeled. Everything looked new and clean. No carpet. I liked that.Nearby activities: Close to museums and restaurants.Safety: Clean, pleasant residential neighborhood.Walkability: Safe, pleasant walking environment.

Hilton Los Angeles Airport: what do users think?

J Marshall Schoonover (J Marshall Speaks): Hilton LAX: Where Meetings Take FlightSoaring above the ordinary, my recent meeting at the Hilton Los Angeles Airport unfolded like a first-class experience. From the dedicated staff to the versatile meeting room itself, the entire encounter transcended expectations and propelled our gathering to new heights.A Room That Metamorphosizes: The meeting room itself was a marvel of adaptability, a chameleon transforming to perfectly suit our needs. Chairs pirouetted with ease, morphing from a conference line to a collaborative circle in a seamless ballet. This fluidity mirrored the flow of our discussion, ensuring every participant felt comfortable and engaged in the intellectual dance.A Crew Worthy of Applause: The setup crew, under the watchful eye of Christina Nickerson, deserve a standing ovation. They functioned with the precision of a pit crew, meticulously addressing every detail before our "touchdown." Their attentiveness and professionalism instilled a sense of calm that permeated the entire meeting, allowing our ideas to take flight without turbulence.Christina: Captain at the Helm: Christina Nickerson, the Manager of Catering & Events, embodied the spirit of a seasoned airline captain. She expertly navigated any concerns or questions we presented, ensuring a smooth and successful journey. Her proactive approach and genuine care for our needs were truly first-class service. In conclusion, the Hilton Los Angeles Airport's meeting space and exceptional staff provided the ideal environment for a productive and engaging gathering. For those seeking a venue that elevates your meeting to new altitudes, look no further.Sunday, April 21st, 2024Highly RecommendedJ Marshall Schoonover

Dan Beekhuizen: Very nice counter staff, clean rooms, close to airport, busy place, over 1000 roomsNearby activities: Lots of other hotels near byWalkability: To JW Steakhouse and Andiamo

Mathias Baumann: Paola at the front desk is just incredibly helpful. I travel to this hotel very often for business and can always count with her to help me find the best accommodation possible. She is just the best.I always have to take a star off, due to the high prices at this hotel. When it comes to food, it just doesn't go with the price tag. Breakfast Buffet is not even close to the $36 and that is just an example....

Saba Gvetadze: A little outdated but very affordable and quite clean. Service was great! They really take care of parking and are invested in providing the best experience.Rooms: Design is old, but you can teal that it’s well maintained.Safety: Parking is probably the safest place in LA.

Riley P: I had a great experience staying here for three nights as a solo female traveler. The staff were incredibly nice. The security guard was so kind. He greeted me with a smile and escorted me from my uber to the door in the pouring rain with an umbrella. He definitely made me feel safe. Like other reviews mentioned, he was a primary reason for booking. The room was just what I needed and the location was far better than expected. Thank you New Seoul!
