He was very polite and answered all my questions. He said I probably needed a new LCD screen only or he could transfer the data to my new computer. His prices were right and I decided to go with the new screen. He had my computer ready later that day. I ended up taking the new computer back because I was so happy I got my old computer again. I will definitely keep going to Computer Palace. for all my computers maintenance.

George Rogers: The new MacBook Pro had an unexpected bath when the pup jumped up and knocked over a glass of chardonnay. Apple wanted 760 to replace the motherboard. Opened it up and dried it out - it tried to turn on, over and over again. The guys at SFCR took it in, and opened it up. He's cleaning it as we speak, but harvested my daughters report off the drive and gave me the data on a CD so that she can finish it this weekend. Felt really comfortable with their explanations and the metered parking out front was easy. Love this shop.

I called him and got an immediate on-site appointment, even after 7 pm. He spent more than 30 minutes to make a detailed diagnosis on my laptop and made his suggestions. He talked to you like your friend and made you feel he really tried to help you instead of making money from you. Shortly after I left, he already found the price of parts and sent me the breakdown quote. He didn’t charge me anything for the time he spent on diagnosis and estimate, didn’t even ask for small deposit. I believe he is the best computer service guy you can find in this area.
Loren Cooper: I found Gary by accident about 3 years ago he's an excellent repairman very fair with the prices and he takes very good care of his customers. How I met him I called his company asked and inquired about some information and he gave me free information on a problem I had with a previous computer that made it possible for me to use it until he changed over the hard drive and got a new one set up for me. Most technicians will not give you free information that's what I really appreciate about Gary that's why I keep going back.

He was very responsive while he had my computer and was patient with me through the process as my computer is my lifes work. 10/10 recommend
Darlyn Ovalles: I came across a laptop for sale on Craigslist and the seller gave me a receipt with the company information. To avoid getting scammed as I had experienced in a similar situation before, I decided to do my due diligence. I called the company using the number listed on the receipt and provided them with the seller's document. The company quickly confirmed that the receipt was not in their records. Thanks to their speedy response, I was able to avoid being ripped off.

Mario Sulaksana: Had to get a new desktop computer for work and they had just what I needed! I called ahead and asked what was in their inventory and walked out with a beautifully refurbished 2015 iMac the same day. Very fair pricing. Seems to be reliable for repairs too. Definitely recommend.
Yasmin Le Comte: Best service ever! A few weeks ago I needed my laptop fixed, but I was flying out of town the next day. The sweet gentleman in the store stayed long after closing to try and fix my laptop, and he fixed it. He was completely understanding of my situation. It was all part of the warranty, and he worked on it until late evening. So nice of him, best customer service ever. Thank you MacHorizon!
