Tiffany Music Academy: what do users think?

Yurii Nosov: An amazing place to start learning a completely new instrument!

Anne Pavy: have been taking the Intro to Music class for the past few months and they absolutely love it!!

Invest Int: Excellent music school - teachers are very professional, pleasant and friendly. My 6 year old son does weekly private piano and weekly group singing class and enjoys it very much. We love Tiffany’s Music Academy!

Lindsay Christensen: Our 6 year old son has been taking piano lessons at Tiffany Music Academy in Palms for 1 year now. Zach is an excellent teacher, he makes the lessons interesting and fun. Our son doesn't usually want to participate in many activities, he's a pretty laid-back homebody, but he's actually excited to go to his weekly lessons with Zach. We're very happy with him as a teacher, thank you!

Cathy Lass: My son has been taking one-on-one drum lessons at Tiffany Music Academy for a little over a year, and loves it. He recently joined his high school’s drum line, and is the least experienced musician in band. His instructor Zach now tailors the weekly lesson to the dozens of cadences and songs my son must quickly learn. Zach has provided not just expert instruction, but encouragement and advice, which is greatly appreciated. Zach has gently yet quickly boosted our son’s skill AND confidence! Additionally, Tiffany has always been graciously flexible in rescheduling lessons when needed. I highly recommend TMA!

Reena Doshi: We love Tiffany Music Los Angeles and Ms Frances is wonderful. She has taught our kids piano and watching their improvement week by week has been so amazing.

Ingrid Jackson: My 5 year old loves Tiffany Music. We live in Beverly Hills and it’s just a short drive for an amazing group of very talented teachers and children. Zach is my son’s favorite teacher. He is super cool, fun and knows so much about music. He’s a drum expert and really encourages the kids to play what they love. Piano too! I look forward to many more years of music education and growth.

David Lefebvre: . This is the kind of music exposure I wish I had growing up! We're excited to enroll our daughter next.

Bonnie Romero: I highly recommend Tiffany Music Academy!!! It took a long time to return to the piano, but so glad I did. The environment, the staff and the synergy makes this music school stand out from all the rest. It’s truly a community that is eclectic from all ages to all backgrounds and experience.

Jonathan Genish: We love Tiffany Music! Our two daughters learn piano with Frances who is patient and skilled. The kids also love the recitals. Highly recommend.

Nik Mavinkurve: My son loves Geordy! He is obsessed with the drums now and is excited to go every week!

Kerry Kaplan: I absolutely love Tiffany music academy. We live in Venice CA and my daughter is 8 years old. She is currently taking piano and voice lessons here. The teachers are amazing. We love the new studio!Kayla has been taking lessons here for a few years now and we are pleased with her progress and confidence. Her teacher Bre and Karen are amazing. This school is all you need. Thanks

Mahsa Abazari: It’s a lovely place and great teachers.

Isaac Gasi: My 2 daughters are now being part of Tiffany music for 4 months, and they love it, the older one loves playing drums, she says is easy because the way her Teacher taught, and the little one enjoy so much play with instruments and sign, she just loves it, and doesn't want to miss a class.Thank you for all your effort on spreading the music with kids, and keep rockin'

Nathan Greenfield: The school is wonderful! The space is great -- a really fun place for adults and kids. The teachers are great: enthusiastic, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Special shout out to Breanna! Her energy keeps everything enjoyable.

Laura McMullan: My son is 15 and doesn't like to do ANYTHING- that was until he started taking drum lessons with Geordy. Now he can't wait for his lesson each week and practices all the time. Geordy's communication with us as parents has been incredible. I highly recommend Tiffany Music Academy and Geordy as a teacher.

Silvia Saavedra: My 11 year old son Matthew has been taking voice lessons at Tiffany Music Academy for the past 3 months with Sydney and I couldn’t be happier with the improvement I’ve noticed not only in his voice but also his confidence. Sydney’s warm and supportive style of teaching has allowed Matthew to truly express his best singing self, so much so that even after only 3 months, he had the confidence to be part of the quarterly recital. We hit the jackpot with finding this amazing academy were Matthew is so happy to be at that he will now be joining the group piano classes. The staff is very professional, supportive, and knowledgeable in their trades.

Lara Saivar: guitar and my daughter

Rita Gyomber: I enrolled my grandson in the summer camp here in Los Angeles last year. He always had an interest in music but had never taken lessons before. We were so proud of him when he performed on stage with his band and performed his piano song. Great teachers, great location!

I highly recommend Jon as a teacher, he takes a personal interest in his clients and responds to any questions quickly!

Jenna Duby: Jon is an amazing teacher. He has been teaching my sons since ages 4 and 5 and there couldn’t be a better person to teach such young kids in a way that they understand and in a way that makes them love playing piano. He is intuitive, patient, quick-thinking, clever, and authentic, all while keeping my kids’ learning and growth a priority every week. He has a great ability to capitalize on each kid’s interests and learning styles, meeting them where they are at and then providing appropriate challenges. Jon is the best!!

Carolina Romero: Great teacher. Make fun for my daughter to play piano . You can do zoom classes or in person.

Jennifer Clemons: I've been taking group lessons, with Jon, for the last 5 months. I started trying to teach myself, to play piano, following along to Youtube videos. I very quickly decided to take lessons. I feel that getting feedback has helped me learned a lot more, in a shorter period of time, than I would of trying to learn on my own. Jon is a great teacher and I highly recommend taking lessons with him.

Aharon Rubenstein: Jon has been teaching three of my children for a while now and it's been going really well. He is kind, patient, and excellent with kids. We have already recommended Jon to our friends and they are working with him now as well.

Gail Goswiller: I am so happy that I connected with Jon and Digital Piano School...easy way of learning while staying at home. Jon is an amazing teacher!

Rose Brunais: Jon is a wonderful teacher, very patient with those of us who are adult beginners. I have taken lessons from him for 6 months now and never has he made me feel inferior because I have waited so long to learn to play the piano. He answers every question until we are satisfied with the answers and he encourages us to reach our goals and then exceed them. I would highly recommend his group or private lessons to anyone who seriously wants to be better and playing the piano.

Stacey Napoleone: and more traditional exercises that build her skills. He is a kind and encouraging teacher and keeps my daughter on task while challenging her just enough to keep the lessons both fun and productive. We highly highly recommend Jon and Digital Piano School!

Jeffrey Kelly: I have been wanting to take piano lessons for a few years now. I found Jon on Facebook and love his teaching. Jon lessons are easy to understand and follow. Jon goes the extra mile to help his students out if they don't understand a concept or if they have a questions by making a short video or a email on the subject. I am starting my lessons at age 55. I wish I would have started at an earlier age with Jon.I highly recommend Jon's Piano Classes.

Jessica Hansen: Jon is an excellent teacher with a knack for making online learning of the piano doable! He provides all of the materials and exercises, and makes progressing very achievable. He also provides several different class structures to make learning customizable and easy if you're unable to attend a live class! 100% recommend. ☺

They are an incredible performer with years of experience in many different musical genres. As such, they bring a wide range of skills and knowledge to their harp lessons and can help students achieve specific goals. Leng will establish a healthy harp technique, foster your musicality, and introduce you to unique repertoire as well as help you to learn the songs you wish to play. I am also a professional harpist and I enthusiastically encourage anyone looking for a harp instructor to begin lessons with Leng!!

Paige Burrows: Meredith's energy is inspiring and her words are encouraging. I loved getting her perspective on my work. She helped me see my photos in a different way and made space for me to go deeper with them through a writing prompt. She had so many good insights and offered some great ideas to play with in the future. I'm very grateful for her feedback!

Miranda Holmes: Leng is the best harp teacher around! They are a compassionate and enthusiastic teacher who always breaks down new skills into easily accomplishable steps. If you're not sure what to do next, they can guide you through, and if you have specific songs or techniques you want to work on, they will get you there! Through Leng's skillful instruction, I have become a more talented and confident harp player. Starting my harp lessons in Los Angeles with Leng was one of the best decisions I ever made!

Claire Fairtlough: As a beginner harpist, I was nervous looking for harp lessons in Los Angeles. When I met Leng, my nerves instantly went away. The patience, kindness, and understanding Leng has for her students is unmatched. She has taught me a range from classic lullabies to improvising my own pieces. I highly recommend taking a class with her!

XtineTV: I wanted to find a private photography lesson as a birthday gift for my bestie who recently purchased a Nikon camera. I am so happy I found Meredith at Louder LA.Meredith was super communicative, friendly, and made sure she would address my friend’s needs. Furthermore, Claire is very experienced and understanding, and has an impressive educational and professional background. She has been my favorite teacher, and I strongly encourage anybody interested in voice or cello to study with her! Thank you Claire for everything!

Hevin _: Soma is the most patient person I know! If you’re looking for a great violin instructor in LA then I really recommend her!

Savo Najem: Soma is a great violin teacher! Very pedagogical and helpful. Choose her if you want to get the most out of your violin lessons!

Valerie Vedette: Soma Najem was my violin teacher for a long period of time and I took her lessons in LA long distance via zoom, but also face to face in Sweden. I’ve had other teachers before, and I can say with zero hesitation that she was the best one. I liked that she was easy to talk to, and how she helped me through my difficulties. Also, I really don’t like it when I can tell a teacher does the same thing with all of their students, like the lessons are rehearsed, but this wasn’t the case with Soma. I could tell she planned lessons specifically for me and that she put a lot of effort into them. And she was really good at analysing me while I played the violin and pointing out every little thing that I could improve, like my vibrato, or how I accidentally slide my bow down the strings, and how my notes are off etc. She gave me some great exercises to better my flaws, and I saw a huge improvement in my skills really fast. Communication and adaptation are so important when someone is teaching you a skill, and she really has those things down. And lastly, she’s so sweet and friendly! I really enjoyed our lessons together. They were never stressful because she always found the right words to encourage me. I even consider her a friend now, and we send each other holiday postcards.I have zero complaints! I just had to leave a review and say how much I loved her lessons. Thanks to her I’ve even performed live at my local theatre a few times!Thank you so much Soma, and I hope you become the world’s most famous violin teacher.Sincerely,Your Admiring Student

max steinman: I had the honor of being one of Ella’s piano students. It was such an enjoyable experience. She has so much patience, and provided great insight/clear explanations for all of the valuable principles that one should know to excel in her Piano Lessons. I would recommend her to anyone!I also know that she offers Voice Lessons in Los Angeles, as well as Songwriting Lessons. I can guarantee those would be of value to anyone interested in starting or further developing their experience in the above fields.Thank you Ella!

Jessica Schell: Ella teaches piano, voice and songwriting lessons to my 2 daughters, ages 7 and 17. Her engaging personality and talent at teaching make the lessons something they look forward to every week. She follows their interests, customizing her teaching to their music preferences and abilities and has encouraged their love of music. My 7 year old loves pop and musical theater, and Ella has greatly improved her ability to sing on key. My 17 year old is in a rock band, and Ella has helped improve her performances and increased her self confidence on stage. If you are looking for piano or voice lessons in Los Angeles, Ella is a great choice.

Morgan Siskind: I've been impacted by the WGA and SAG strikes and decided to take up a new hobby with my free time. I hired Ella to give me piano and voice lessons in LA. It was an amazing experience. I learned just as much as I laughed. Can't recommend enough x

Ari James: Erin has been my French tutor for a year and a half. She’s been a great help on my journey to learn the language. I started with Erin as a complete beginner. Over the course of a year and a half, I’m able to hold basic conversation and read at an Intermediate level. She takes her time on the more difficult lessons so that they’re easy to comprehend and retain. I’d highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a French teacher who is attentive, flexible, and knowledgeable on the language and culture.

Jeremy R: Juampi is simply the best.I met Juampi when I first moved to Buenos Aires with my primary goal of learning Spanish. Four years later, I still take classes with him online — but more than an incredible Spanish tutor, he’s become a dear friend. He knows when to focus on the nitty gritty of grammar, learn new vocabulary, or simply just practice conversational skills. If you want to make learning Spanish truly fun, with an incredible tutor, take Spanish lessons with Juampi. I’ve referred him to dozens of my friends and they all have nothing but wonderful things to say. I absolutely love being conversationally fluent in Spanish, and I owe a lot of that to Juampi!

L.A. Music Lessons: what do users think?

Bethany McWhirter: Very supportive and encouraging, gentle style, seeks to inspire the students to work hard to make beautiful music

Johnny Lee: This is the fourth piano teacher I have found for my eldest daughter, and Andrew was the first piano teacher for my second daughter. Different from other piano teachers, Andrew is full of artistic atmosphere and positive energy. What he conveys to children is not only beautiful repertoire demonstrations, but also a professional attitude towards classical music and the ability to make children love piano. The most important thing is self-learning and independent thinking. Musical ability. How I wish my eldest daughter's first piano teacher had been Andrew. This is a rare piano teacher. If there are hidden dragons and crouching tigers in Los Angeles, Andrew is the leader among piano teachers. We drive over for an hour every week, all for the love of supporting children. My second daughter is 6 years old and has just been studying with Andrew for more than half a year. She always practices by herself, and with Andrew’s clear teaching process, my sister can easily play many of her sister’s repertoire such as Bach and Haydn’s Minuet. . This is slowly cultivated through Andrew's unique teaching and flexible and interesting demonstrations. I introduced two friends to study, and the children both showed their love for piano and practiced piano independently. This is absolutely commendable. I sincerely hope that Andrew can not only train students but also piano teachers. We are very lucky to find Andrew along the way.

Peter Boyle: .As an adult beginner on piano, and over 50 years old, I had wished to learn 2 things all of my life: 1

Briana Ellerbe: I highly recommend Dr. Andrew Boyle for music lessons, especially with little ones! Our four-year-old son took a lesson with him, and I was honestly a bit nervous leading up to the lesson. My son gets very excited and is very interested in tons of things all at once - I was a bit anxious that he would not be able to focus during the lesson. However, Dr. Boyle was so wonderful and patient with my son, and went with the flow of my son's interests. For example, if he got excited about the pedals, Dr. Boyle showed him the purpose of the pedals. When he got excited about different keys or sounds, he found a way to teach him about what he was interested in. By the end of the lesson, my son was able to find C and D on the keys, and he also learned the number assigned to each finger. He was so excited about what he learned, and continues to show me the number assigned to each finger. He had a fantastic lesson and learned so much in just a short time! He couldn't wait to FaceTime his grandparents and tell them about it.As other reviewers have mentioned, I must say the home was also so beautiful and peaceful! Their front room is so cozy and relaxing to sit in during the lesson.

Daniel Outlaw: Andrew is a SPECTACULAR teacher! I’m studying music at the university level and even with that background, his breadth and depth of musical knowledge continuously amazes me. I’m always learning something new with him and his ability to communicate complicated ideas helps me to become a better musician. Will PROUDLY continue to take lessons with him!

Stephen Gordon: Highly recommend piano lessons with Andrew! Our 4-year-old daughter said "Can we do another piano lesson?" as we walked away after our trial lesson - truly an enjoyable experience. Andrew is thoughtful and kind as he instructs, adding encouragements along the way.The location is great - lots of street parking. And sitting in the living room of Andrew's home transports you to another era - the beautiful built in wood cabinetry, Craftsman architecture, light drifting in through the windows as the notes are played on the piano.

Sara Powers: My twin 7 year old girls had a trial lesson with Andrew recently in his home. Andrew was very patient and engaging with them, and put them at ease immediately, even when they felt nervous at first. He was well-organized, explained things clearly and age-appropriately, and they felt eager to try their best and focus hard. Andrew has his home set up so that siblings can do something quietly while the lesson is going on, so it was easy for me to bring both and have them switch off smoothly. For being as accomplished a pianist as he is, Andrew was so approachable and encouraging with my young girls at their beginning level. We plan on continuing lessons with Andrew!

Greg Christman: Great instructor! Beautiful Piano! Highly recommend! Dr Boyle teaches from a beautiful home and a beautiful Yamaha, He was very attentive to my son, his abilities and I highly recommend, He helped my son take the next step and grow… I look forward to more

Guillermo Aguila: Andrew is a very good piano teacher who is able to cater his lessons based on each student’s interest, age, and personality. At the age of 75, I started to take piano lessons from him. I have no talent in music much less in piano and so I did not have much expectations of doing well but I have learned a lot with Andrew’s patience and expertise. He even makes me eager to learn more.My 6 and 9 year old grandsons have also been taking lessons from Andrew for about a year, and they have made a lot of progress. My 6 year old grandson has progressed at a faster pace than his older brother did at the same age, under a different teacher.I highly recommend him.

Sarah Rasmussen: Dr. Andrew Boyle is an extraordinary pianist and piano teacher, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for piano lessons!Andrew has been a colleague of mine for over 8 years, and he consistently brings incredible artistry and an immense knowledge of music to everything he does, whether it be performing, teaching, or collaborating. He is kind, patient, and thoughtful with a wide range of experience and education in not only classical piano, but also other musical styles, skills and topics. As a fellow piano teacher, it has been a pleasure to have joint piano recitals of our students together. His students have shared that they are very inspired, motivated and learn a lot from Andrew. His spacious studio in Los Angeles has a beautiful Yamaha grand piano along with two other high quality digital pianos for collaborating and practicing. I recently recorded in the studio space and really enjoyed the tone of the piano and the kind accommodations from Andrew and his family, who make it a very comfortable and welcoming place for music learning.I would be happy to refer any students to him, and I give a confident recommendation of Andrew's expertise in music education!

Alyssa Gordon: Definitely 5 stars for this piano teacher! Andrew is very approachable and accessible due to his humble nature. Our 6-year-old son is full of energy and words, and it is remarkable to watch Andrew thoughtfully engage with him and guide him into learning. Andrew's home studio is peaceful and pleasant, and he has a spot where siblings of the student can color or read books during the lessons. It is a very helpful and accessible set-up for a family of 3 little ones, as we start up piano lessons for the first time!

Sonia Mentz: , and yet he creatively communicates concepts to the novice musician

Doniel Sherman: Andrew is a phenomenal pianist and teacher!!I could not ask for a more supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable teacher to start me on my piano journey at age 30.In each lesson we review the pieces I've been working on, we discuss new concepts and music theory, and we look at the new techniques I should work on for the following week. He holds me accountable which motivates me to practice, but is understanding if my schedule gets to busy and I need an extra week to learn the piece. He has a wide array of tools and methods that he uses to help me improve to reach my piano goals. After only a year of training, friends and family are already impressed by my piano skills and the pieces I'm playing.I look forward to my lessons with Andrew each week and highly recommend lessons with him at L.A. Music Lessons.

Abigail Lockyear: My experience with Andrew as a piano teacher has been great. He is very knowledgeable and explains things well. His patient and encouraging approach combined with his expertise make him an excellent teacher. Andrew has helped me improve my playing so much since I started taking lessons with him.

Nery Profeta: Andrew is very patient with my daughter. He is very patient and knows how to encourage her in her piano playing. He customizes his lessons to her musical interests.

Cindy Price: Andrew has been very helpful in getting our daughter over a slump in her playing. He has been encouraging and patient through the process.

Keith Williams: Want your child to win competitions, and not just participate in them? Want those application fees for festivals turn into scholarships? Piano Lessons With Valery Goldes: what do users think?

Valerie Washburn: Val has been teaching my son piano for the past several years, and I am convinced that the is one of the best piano teachers in LA. He has high expectations for his students and treats them with respect, and this really works. My son has made more progress than I ever imagined he could by this age. Val also incorporates theory and ear-training into his lessons, which is incredibly valuable for giving children a foundation for music as a lifelong pursuit. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Tanner Hodgeson: Valery is great. After only a few lessons I was able to play a piece I'd given up on after years of attempting to self teach. He's encouraging and challenging. I'm excited to continue to take lessons.

Melinda Yang: I've been taking lessons with Val for awhile now and as an adult it is hard to learn an instrument as it is- and Val made it super easy, fun, engaging and motivating for me to learn. I played a little as a child but mostly forgotten everything. I would recommend Val to anyone who truly wants to learn the piano even as an adult complete beginner!

rashid roashan: Valery has been my piano instructor for the past several months. I was a raw beginner when I began lessons with him and have been astonished with how quickly I have been able to grasp some of the more difficult concepts like reading music. I really struggled with commitment to piano and his passion for music has inspired me to practice much more. I have been impressed with his professionalism and commitment to his craft. He is one of a kind as an instructor and ideal for any level of piano experience.

Aiting Riley: Val is my favorite piano teacher. I must say that his piano skills and knowledge are so incredible. He is not only a concert pianist but also a great educator and composer. I learned so much knowledge about music and piano from our lessons. I am truly grateful to find a teacher like Val and look forward to have more lessons with Val in the future!!!

Shuman Zhang: Val is the best piano teacher I've ever had and I recommend anyone who is interested in taking piano/music theory/composition lesson to study with him. He truly understand how to motivate a student and he's a very kind and patient as well. It's always fun to watch him demonstrate a piece during class and he's so talented. He also inspired me to become a better musician myself and I'm really lucky and grateful that I've found him as my teacher.

Annie Little: As a musician and music educator myself, I was very particular when it came to finding a piano teacher for my 9-year-old daughter. Valery has exceeded my expectations. Not only is Valery a highly skilled musician himself, but he is an excellent teacher. He is the perfect combination of being kind and patient as well as being strict and setting high expectations. Valery is also keen to see my daughter's individual strengths and help inspire her to develop them. He is giving my daughter the well-rounded piano and musicianship skills I was hoping for that will serve her no matter where her path takes her. Valery could help you no matter how big your goals are.

Alexandria Lanier: Positive:ValueHe is a awesome teacherVery professional🙂

Spencer G: Being a pianist, and being a teacher — are two entirely separate skills. Valery excels at both of them. He understands how to break a concept into digestible parts, and I can imagine him being patient with students of any level, or age.Valery's teaching style is not overwrought with drills and exercises. It reflects a nice balance between discipline, and enjoyment of playing. He is flexible depending on your goals, and places a refreshing emphasis on creativity.I recommend Valery for all players; beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Laurel Busby: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueMy son has been delighted with his lessons with Valery. He not only enjoys the lessons, but leaves them inspired and determined to improve his skills. He is gaining increased competency in both piano and composition, and Valery really gets my son and focuses the lessons in a way that has him moving steadily and quickly forward.

Lindsey Stoddart: want to play which makes the lessons feel personalized as opposed to playing whatever songs are in a music book.

Jennifer Oeding: I’ve been seeing Val for a couple months now. I’m an adult student new to the piano, but not new to music. After years of music teachers throughout my life, I knew the kind of teacher I was looking for and met with 4 other instructors before finding him. Val is incredibly patient, kind, yet pushes you to believe in yourself and there is no way I would be where I am without his support and expertise. I highly recommend Val to anyone looking for a dedicated and quality teacher!

Matthew Gale: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI'm a primarily self-taught pianist, and I was seeking a teacher to help round out some of my fundamentals and take my skill to the next level. Val has been an amazing mentor and has been monumental in leveling up my skills! I highly recommend Val for anyone that wants to seriously improve with piano!

Michael Akiva: Val is an amazing instructor. I've been playing piano on and off my entire life and decided to get back into it. I'm glad to have found Val. Not only does he understand theory and practice, he simplifies it in ways that I wish I could have had as a kid.If you're looking to take lessons, Val is the man. Whether you're looking for jazz or classical, he has you covered.

Peirene Huang: A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination, and instill a love of learning- Brad Henry. This quote totally describes Val. I’m very happy to see the progress that I have made from the first class till now. He is very knowledgeable and also know how to design the lesson in order to support students achieving their goal. I highly recommended his class!

Carabella Riazzo: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI came to Val because I needed more guidance than YouTube videos lol. He's a great teacher, keeps it interesting & fun but also challenges you; so you can grow and improve. Very professional & encouraging as well! I highly recommend his services for anyone interested in, or already playing piano.

Lili Yen: Val is a Juilliard-trained pianist and a wonderful teacher. After 6 years of piano lessons with 3 different teachers, we finally found the piano teacher that we should have had all along. In the first lesson, he assessed my kids, both of whom are completely different. He understands where each kid need to be challenged and how to address each of their weaknesses. He seems to know how to encourage them and motivate them. For the first time, my kids are inspired to play music and they actually seem to enjoy it. The lessons are virtual, and it is still high quality. Highly recommend Val!!!

Jing Ban: He is a profesional pianist. Not like other piano teachers, teach with words only. He shows you with his own hands. He also knows abundant songs. Whatever the song I know he can play.

LAVOCE Music Academy: what do users think?

Bryce Peterson: Sending my daughter here for piano. Instructor seems expert and I'm satisfied with quality of lessons she is receiving here. Btw they have after school and tutoring as well, which I'm considering. Good place to drop off your kids for few hours while they learn bunch of stuff

Kay West: My son started drums and piano in September 2019 and has come so far in only a few months time. My husband and I were completely blown away when we would hear him practice at home and then turned into a little rockstar during his winter performance! He picked up reading music fairly quickly and has found great joy in both the drums and piano because of his instructors. The instructors are passionate about teaching music to their students and it clearly shows. The owner is very kind and loves each of her students. I've already recommended LaVoce to friends when they found out our son was taking up drums and piano. We highly recommend LaVoce and can not wait to see what an amazing musician our son will become!

Kristin Shewfelt: I just so happened to meet the Mari, the Director of LAVOCE Academy of Music, at a sushi bar. The lunch turned into a discussion of her music academy and I told her about my life-long desire to play the cello. I've been a Yo Yo Ma fan as long as I can remember and no one else plays Ennio Morricone or Brazilian tango like he does. And there you go. I am now taking cello lessons at age 61. My teacher Hannah gracefully and quite patiently guides me through the beginnings of learning the instrument. And as I learn how to pull horsehairs across the strings, I hear the young children at the piano, on the drums, at their violin, and I am amazed at the width and breadth of what this wonderful Academy of Music does for the community. Mari recently hosted a holiday recital at a local church to display all that talent bursting from this academy, a little jewel on the corner of Highland and Wilshire. Again, amazing. Wonderful musicians all with loving and supportive parents. You couldn't ask for more. And Mari works from sunup to sundown to make sure it all keeps going. I consider myself so lucky and look forward to learning more and getting a warmer sound in 2020!

Ken Spector: A wonderful music school with highly skilled, patient, and caring teachers. Be sure to request Silvija as a piano instructor.

Morgan Baek: It is wonderful moments where I live in this place every Saturdays! Our whole family getting various lessons such as Drum for my 5 years old son, flute for my 10 years daughter, Piano for my hubby and daughter!Truly professional teaching skill even for adult!! WOW!!

Hell_ Girl: This school is great. I recommend it!!!

dj Nanzy showtime: It's a great play to learn music. My niece is taking his first piano lesson and my nephew is taaing his first guitar lesson there. They both enjoy it especially my niece.. she is getting better. The teacher is also friendly, always giving us the update about the kids progress. Very recommended.

JACKY BAEK: Моя дочь занимается фортепиано всего 2 месяца и уже выросла.мы очень благодарны нашему учителю.

Clapped Trim: Я хожу туда, это удивительное место с хорошими учителями, и это весело.я рекомендую это#рекомендуемые

Elizabeth Kim:

Bryan Peace:

Deborah Moman:

Beyond grateful to everyone here for the fantastic work they do and for giving me a new amazing hobby which has turned into a passion.

Lorelei Tong: Regina is a wonderful teacher. My 6-year old son turned to her after some unpleasant experience with a previous teacher who just didn’t seem to care. But now my son loves playing piano and he loves her lessons so much that he once said, “I want Regina to be my piano teacher forever!

Ms.Regina, the director, has greatly helped and improved my son’s piano skills.Hollywood Art Academy has exceeded our family expectations! If I am not wrong ,two years ago we were just looking for a music school to take our 12 and 9 old boys to music classes. We picked this school simply because it was close to our house. However, we have been pleasantly surprised on how professional, loving and talented they are! Our sons love the classes and look forward to them every week. This place has definitely inspire theirs skills in so many ways! I would also highlight how respectful and sensitive they have been during these past difficult months. Thank you Henry! Bach which are relatively complex. My teacher is Regina and she is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, passionate about music, patient with me. Regina keeps lessons interesting, finds new partitures that are fun and adequately difficult for my level. She is also very accommodating in case I need to reschedule a class. If you looking for piano tutor for yourself or your kids - this school is the best school you can find!

Kirk, who is the director of the Academy, is very kind and cares for his students. I'm currently taking voice lessons with Dan and so far he has helped me a lot in developing my singing skills. He's very patient and he's very clear on teaching you the techniques to learn how to sing. I highly recommend Hollywood Academy of Music and Arts.

Jessie Kelly: I've been taking drum lessons here for 6 months and it has been AMAZING. The staff is friendly - Kirk the manager is nice, helpful, and clearly cares a lot about the school and its students. Samantha is great and always kind. My son with great desire runs to her lessons. And he plays great. He quickly adapted to the local format for studying music and successfully completed his homework on his own. Although he didn’t do his homework very well in Russia, he studied at a music school in Russia for two years. I'm glad we chose this school here.

Louder Now! Music Lessons: what do users think?

Terrence Pallend: Matt is a great guitar teacher! He makes difficult concepts easy to understand, keeps things fun, is patient, and will help improve your playing.

Jules Desmond: John is an excellent teacher! He has been teaching my 10 yo son drums this year. He is able to foster a love for the instrument and for music in general. He has broadened my son’s musical taste, always picking fun songs while also letting him choose songs that he wants to learn - often improvising a level appropriate drum part! While my son doesn’t always find enough time to practice, John is very patient and positive and my son always looks forward to his lessons, which at this beginner stage is the absolute main thing!

Maya Siklai: My son’s drum teacher, Juan, is an excellent instructor. He is well organized, always has a plan for his lesson so my son gets the most out of his 30minutes. He is kind, encouraging and enthusiastic. I have already seen a lot of progress in the month since he started lessons with Juan. The school itself is well run by John who communicates in a respectful and timely way. Thank you Louder Now!

Geraldina Alvarado: My daughter and niece love their Drum class with John. He is super kind and patient with my girls.

Stephen Lubin: John is a great teacher!I was a self-taught guitarist for 11 years, and always had trouble progressing past early-intermediate techniques/songs. I could play chords nicely enough, but struggled with more advanced strum patterns, fingerpicking, and music theory. I went through cycles of getting into playing again, becoming bored, then putting the guitar down for a couple months and losing progress.Since starting lessons with John, I have learned so much and playing guitar is more fun than ever! I am able to play more advanced songs, and have a way better time just jamming out.I feel more confident playing around my friends and will even jam with some people. Louder Now! has been a really positive experience for me that has let me get more out of my music.

Renee Newsome: My son just started lessons with Juan in drums and guitar and he is stoked and really loves it! Juan is always super positive and encouraging! He makes playing music so fun.

Maureen Padilla: My daughter is almost 15 and loves her electric guitar lessons with Matt at Louder Now. Matt makes each lesson fun and engaging. My daughter has learned an array of chords and songs in a relatively short amount of time, which has given her a great sense of accomplishment and motivation to continue learning an instrument.

Kathy Mashalla: , writes down practice exercises/ what you learned that day.I highly recommend to anyone

Daniela Cruz: . Very grateful to have had her as my first drumming instructor! :

RICHARD CONUI: Matt is a good guitar teacher and a cool dudecoolness

priyanka doshi: Just started lessons with John for my 4 year old. He tries to incorporate songs that interest her. She loves practicing Frozen everyday and looks forward to her weekly lessons.

Chad Sarahina: I’ve been taking guitar lessons with John for over a year now and it’s been an incredible life enrichment. He’s great at finding what I need to improve on and takes the time to make sure I understand. I try not to miss lessons, but he makes it really easy to schedule make up lessons or give credit for the next month.

Wendy Tapia: Our experience with Louder Now! Music lessons has been nothing less than amazing. My son has been with John for a year now, and he’s learned a great deal. Most importantly, I really appreciate how patient and helpful John has been with him and it’s what keeps my son coming back.

Josh Kamensky: I've been mucking around on guitar for decades & finally decided to get to know the instrument properly. Matt has been a great teacher, choosing a broad selection of pieces that challenge me on different axes and introducing tips and tricks along the way. I'm having more fun and playing much better.

Becky Jacobus: Karen is great!

Agam Darshi: John is so patient with my son. He's a great teacher, and is able to teach while also being thoughtful about how my son learns, who is 6.

Arsalaan Hashmi: Guitar lessons with Matt are really fun and informative. He takes time to listen to you about what you’re looking to get out of the experience and what style you want to pursue. I can easily tell how much I’ve improved even with a few months of lessons. John is great at organizing everything and makes scheduling easy!

Megumi Anjo: John is a fantastic teacher.  He is very friendly, enthusiastic, kind and has a good sense of humor.Every lesson is full of learning, fun and he keeps me motivated.  He can teach different kinds of instruments so I appreciate that I can learn another instrument at the same time.  If you are looking for a music teacher in Los Angeles, I definitely recommend.
