Erdem: As someone from NYC, I wasn't fascinated by the view. LA's downtown area seemed quite sketchy, too. The food, however, was amazing! The service was friendly too. At the end of our dinner the manager came to check if we had a good time. He was very personable and gave us great recommendations of places to go after dinner.Ps. Valet parking is available.

Olivia Rankin: I truly enjoyed my experience at perch. I arrived during the happy hour around 4 PM. This was the perfect time to go. The restaurant wasn’t really crowded and we got one of the best seats in the restaurant that overlooked the city.Not only was the view awesome, but the food was also very delicious. 🤤I recommend coming during the happy hour honestly because you get the opportunity to order a little bit of this and a little bit of that. During this time you can order from their happy hour menu and fromfrom the dinner menu.
Swats: The rooftop on the 15th floor is great, but it cannot accommodate many groups. Just five groups can occupy most of the amazing view, leaving no seating space for others. It would have been better if there were more seats. The patio on the lower floor is fantastic, and the ambiance is even better than on the rooftop. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the warmth from the heaters. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to try the food as the kitchen was closed, but the other service staff were polite and friendly.

I was dining with others at the San Diego-area restaurant on May 29 to celebrate my brother getting engaged. When the dinner plates began to arrive at their table, I received a hot plate of steak, but my BLACK boyfriend did not! Instead of steak, he was served an empty hot plate sprinkled with parsley. While delivering the empty plate, [the server] looked at my BLACK boyfriend and said: ‘You’re probably used to a loud sizzle with your hot plate, but ours is silent. Enjoy."The server told him that he had once “spilled a drink on a Black guy” while working as a bartender and thanked McKillian for “your good behavior for not acting out.”
Ayanna Kennedy: I went to Fleming's before a concert at the Peacock Theater in LA Live. I love steakhouses and dine at them regularly, and I would consider this a good steakhouse overall. The food was really good and the cocktails were nice and balanced. We had a bit of an issue with getting seated and serviced initially, but the service definitely improved throughout the dining experience. It was a bit louder than I would say a typical steakhouse is, but I assume that's the area it's located and the fact that there were events in L.A. Live. I would want to come back to try it out again.
robert squyres: First time eating here was on 2/24/2024. It was fantastic food and a great experience. Our table split a couple sharable sides.The first item was the Fleming's Potatoes, which to me was a very rich and flavorful au gratin type of dish.The second item was the crab cakes. I have never had a crab cake before, and I think these spoiled them from here on out. They were jam packed with crab, seared perfectly, and the red pepper and lime sauce was perfect with them.The third item was the flash fried brussels sprouts. I have had brussels sprouts before, but these were the best I have ever had. The crispy texture, along with the sauce that was on it was perfect. I can only guess what was on them, but it tasted like balsamic vinaigrette with either honey or brown sugar. I will have to try and figure out how to cook these at home!For dinner I had the Main Filet Mignon with the Diablo Shrimp on top. The steak was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth!Accompanying dinner they served nice fresh bread with 2 different butters. The first one was a champagne infused butter, and the second was a cheddar and herb butter. Both were fantastic, but if I had to choose I would take the champagne butter any day.The other two dishes we had was the Petite Filet Mignon and the Miso-Glazed Chilean Sea Bass. I do not have pictures of those two dishes, but I was told that both dishes were fantastic!I would return here again, but I would reserve it for a special occasion or anniversary. It is fantastic food, just not something that can be afforded on a regular basis.

You can receive the same food & it may even be slightly cheaper if it falls within the time for happy hour.My go to is the Caesar Salad with Salmon, as pictured, Sweet Chili Calamari & a nice cocktail.Parking: Parking is free for 2 hours, WITH VALIDATION, if you park in the L.A. Live, underground parking garage. The entrance is on Olympic right next to the Yard House Restaurant. Ask your server for validation, they'll provide you with a ticket.

Cristine: Food is amazing as always! The Blueberry Lemon Drop is a little different here than at the other Fleming's I've been to, but still tasty! Absolutely love their filet mignon. They have a seasonal apricot and thyme green beans side, and that is pretty amazing as well! Would 1000% recommend taking a rideshare to this location. I would honestly drive the extra miles down to other Fleming's locations only because the parking situation here at the DTLA/LA Live absolutely sucks especially on the weekends. The "complimentary" photo was interesting, but nice when you're having dinner with friends you rarely see!

Blinkin Firefly: The atmosphere was very LA meets France. It was lovely that we got to sit on couches for our dinner party. But for me, a restaurant all comes down to the food. The French onion soup was not up to par for me. The baguette crouton should be floating on the top of the soup, with a generous portion of cheese melted over the top of that. This is not what we got. There was a small amount of crouton at the bottom of the soup. The cheese was sitting at the bottom of the bowl too. You had to dig around for it with the spoon. It's misleading because the pictures online for this restaurant show a classic French onion soup. I was disappointed, though it tasted ok. The margarita pizza was good. Some of our food was in rather small portions. If this is the case, the food needs to be outstanding. Otherwise you're kinda getting ripped off, no? The creme brulee was also just ok. The custard was on the gritty/dry side. It should be soft, delicate, and creamy. Take more pride in your food quality, Le Petit Paris! It was a bit sloppy. You should hire someone to teach you to up the gourmet game. Don't cut corners! The place looks too nice for that. Four stars for the atmosphere I guess.

We were served by a bloke called nick who noticed my wife didn't care for her cocktail and comped it for us without us mentioning it, even though it was simply down to personal taste.The restaurant also supports local knife makers offering a choice of handmade steak knives from a local small business instead of the usual cheap restaurant supply knives.If I ever return to los Angeles I will come back here.

Tried the pumpkin pancake, and it was bomb - tasty but not too sweet, with a nice kick from the pumpkin seeds. The beef dish was tender, flavorful, and just right. Definitely going back to check out dinner next time!

James Berkowitz: , the main section where all business and order activity takes place, and a back patio which I did not check it out as it was very windy and chilly outside. I’m particularly sensitive with noise and found that the front section was in earshot of passing traffic, however, upon being inside in the main entrance transported into warm and welcoming ambiance of black and white photos hung on the wall, unusual artifacts similar to the clock pictured, and distinct furnishings that were also used for utensils and needed items.I was greeted promptly even though busy on a Saturday night and dining solo which has its challenges was met with a few options for a welcoming stay in which I chose a private like table near the hall leading towards the kitchen.Servers were prompt with taking order along with a quick turnaround in bringing to the table. Also, upon completion of meal removing finished plates and silverware. Table touches with a smile and friendly conversation regarding food and guest experience were delightful.I ordered the French Onion Soup, Fresh Market Veggie Casserole, a glass of Malbec, and French Chocolate Mousse for dessert. All were succulent and amazingly delicious!!! I savored every morsel and spoonful embracing the moments of exceptional taste and quality. Truly magnificent seasonings, texture, and portions that were perfectly sized.The atmosphere was filled with great energy. A table celebrating a birthday, couples enjoying themselves, group tables laughing and conversing. Good vibes!!!This is a top notch professional restaurant that knows how to take care of business with wonderful hospitality and welcoming presence.Regarding budget, my bill came to $79 including tax before tipping so prepare for a $100 per person if ordering a full meal from soup, entree, glass of wine, and dessert. Every penny well worth it!Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian options. Not for vegan as there is cheese in the vegetarian items like the Veggie Casserole and French Onion Soup.

Nathalie van Linder: Fabulous place. we really loved the service, the atmosphere, and the food. Everyone's food was delicious, especially the brussels sprouts!. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that my chopped salad sounded much more exciting on paper than the actual product. It was basic and disappointing so I will order something else next time. However, appetizers and other entrees were delicious.

My wife had the albacore steak with white beans and said it was the best albacore steak she’s ever had. Cocktails were also delicious. Lisa C.: Two Michelin stars.After eating the set meal, I felt that the appetizers were the best, with surprises, and then gradually became ordinary😅 But the platter is really beautiful, and the theme of the sea and trees is presented.I opened a bottle of red wine, but the next day I got a rare headache... 4 of us drank 5 bottles of water, and it felt like the water kept being boiled for us to drink 😂The desserts were very ordinary, but I actually had some leftovers. I love desserts. It cost almost $600 per person to walk out... My friend thought this time it was not as delicious as last time.

My significant other doesn’t eat raw fish and I forgot to mention it when booking, but the staff asked at the start of the meal and they were happy to accommodate the preference despite it being last minute. The somm absolutely nailed the pairing the night I was there. My group loved every single pour so much that we asked for a detailed list of the tasting. Chiara Gallo: We celebrated our 10years anniversary at Providence LA and we had such a tasteful culinary journey. Everything was phenomenal. From the main dishes and the different side menu such as Maines oysters, chitarra truffle pasta, prawns, Comte truffle. There were the best things we put into our body in 2024 so far. Again everything was excellent and very well wine paired. One of our most desirable restaurant to revisit.
David Baker: A very nice experience.Service was a little spotty: At one point, a diner was served a dish they were deathly allergic to, after the restaurant had multiple warnings. On another course, half the plates at the table didn't have the sauce that went with the protein. The room was a bit cramped, with servers having to ask diners to push in their chairs. Halfway through the meal, our server had to leave and handed off duties to someone else. We waited a long time for the bill at the end of the meal and eventually I went hunting through the restaurant for a server, learning that they'd charge everything to the credit card on file; it would have been nice to be told that, and given the opportunity to review the charges.Still, the food was fantastic.

Otieno Okatch: Got here a little early and overheard their boisterous staff meeting, what followed next was a completely fulfilling dining experience from service, to atmosphere, to the wonders on the table. As a vegetarian, I’m always on the lookout for delicious options. The Caesar salad visually stunning and certainly one of the best I’ve ever eaten. Great place to take your wife and friends for a dining experience.
Gloria Echeverria: It was such a lovely evening. It was very loud and a bit difficult to hear our great wait staff. Everything else was perfect and delicious. Their Old Fashion was on point and worth the price. The Peruvian Scallops was the best way to begin the meal. They were light, sweet, with a few different flavors that came together beautifully in my mouth. The chicken pâté was silly smooth on charred sourdough and was balanced well. I had to try the pasta. You could tell the spinach ravioli filled with osso buco was made by talented chefs. The "chocolate tart" was delicious and not too sweet.
Armando: A very pretty friend and I decided to try Bestia on a Thursday at 5pm. After arriving and entering an outdoor patio that leads into the indoor seating, we couldn't help notice the bright blue wall, nicely trimmed tree, outdoor string lights all coming together to make a quiet eating experience but my pretty woman friend wanted us to experience the inside. Inside was livelier, more people, closely positioned tables,and an open kitchen facing the eating area. Cool modern music that's not too loud. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the coconut red chili oil scallops garnished with herbs and a slice of strawberry. I was pleased with the combination of flavors. Then we shared the bone marrow pasta, which was packed with savory flavors and interesting soft textures. It was delicious. Of course, we had to try the herb ceasar salad everyone raves about when talking about Bestia, and the hype is all true. We then shared a marguarita pizza and let me say this, despite the overly salted tomato sauce, the napolitano style crust elevated the rest of the pizza ingredients. I had old sunglasses: a tequila blanco cocktail with sweet citrus flavors all well balanced, I couldn't just have 1. My pretty friend had unsweetened ice tea, which was refreshing with a subtle fruit flavor. For dessert, we shared the chocolate dessert with a crispy sweet and salty crust that complimented the rich thick chocolate mouse that was just the right amount of sweet. It's the kind of place you take an attractive friend you really, really like. Recommend you plan at least a couple of weeks ahead to get a table because this place has a big following.
