Yunah Hahn: Staff here is hit and miss. Today, sales reps were wonderful. Last time, it wasn’t. The only thing I come back for is the Grand Pro Tennis shoes. It’s my favorite white sneakers. The only problem is it never goes on sale. Like today, almost the entire store was having 50% sale except this pair. Also, make sure the shoes are in mint condition. Sometimes I get a pair with wrinkled leather. It happened several times. I feel that because the shoes is so delicate it can easily get damaged when customers try it on. I like this shoes since it’s so light! It also has enough cushion. I can also wear it with casual outfits and dresses during summer. It was the single pair of shoes I took to Rome. It was the best option. Made my feet very happy even after walking all day.

A lovely seller, but she hid the possibility of a discount accepted in the store until the moment she feared she would lose the purchase. In my opinion, if there is a possibility of receiving a certain sale, the seller should use this tool in advance and not try to hide it, this is the reason for dropping the star.

Charles Coles: Nicely organized with fashionable yet functional apparel. Not just dress shoes! This place is the first stand alone boutique like store I've been to for this brand. Normally their shoes are found sold at high end department stores like Nordstrom's or Sak's. But not only did I find dress shoes and casual shoes sold in this store. I also saw men's clothing. Both business and dress casual. Very cool spot to find a unique type of clothing in their brand Was worth the time I spent to pop in on my lunch. And yeah, they have shoes there too! No pics though. You'll have to check it out...

I brought the shoes into the store and expected to have to give a long- winded account. No need. Assistant manager Colin Tidwell took care of the problem immediately. I appreciate the first class customer service as much I do the shoes. I own many pairs of Allen Edmonds. In the future, the Century City store will be my first stop.

善善: The store is spacious and cheap. Recommended as a souvenir.It's like a larger version of a shoe distribution center.They were selling versions of MERRELL that aren't available in Japan. Boxes can be disposed of at the cash register, but they cannot be returned.Men's sizes around 38 or so are available in fairly cheap corners...
